Attorney Berman is a consummate professional. He is very respectful and also highly approachable and accessible. He listened to my concerns with empathy and with a genuine desire to clear me of charges related to a misunderstanding gone horribly awry. He achieved the practically unachievable: convincing the judge that I deserved a Continuance Without a Finding for a charge for which judges typically do not issue CWOFs. He was able to do this drawing from his extensive criminal defense experience and by working closely with me to ensure that my case was the strongest that it could possibly be. As landlords, we contracted Erica to review our existing lease and modify as she saw necessary. There were definitely a few sections that we were missing in our agreement. She was quick to pick up on that and amend appropriately for any future tenants. She was very prompt in reviewing the lease and return the modified version for our review. Her time and cost estimate were very reasonable and competitive.

Attorney Click recently represented our large extended family in a case where a prominent attorney attempted a land taking by claiming adverse possession. When we approached David, he was extremely busy but agreed to represent us in a timely manner that was needed to answer the complaint. Prior to contacting David we had spoken with other lawyers who were reluctant to go up against this particular well known law firm. David does not shy away from difficult. He knows the laws and is able to articulate his thoughts in a concise manner. He was very professional and nice to work with, and listened to any input that we wanted to contribute. He offered to travel to meet with the multiple people involved as most did not live nearby. The case reached a settlement agreeable to all defendants as well as the plaintiff having to pay all of our attorney fees. We highly recommend David as an attorney.

A commercial customer canceled my contract and refused to pay the outstanding invoice, a five figure sum. David took on my case after direct appeals failed to product any results.
David is a careful, detailed listener and assembled a fairly complete picture of the situation by the end of our first phone call. Subsequently, he spoke with other involved parties, prepared the necessary affidavits, and filed suit in Norfolk Superior Court.
His preparation is very thorough, exploring multiple avenues of enforcing the payment of my invoices. Ultimately, he presented my case in Superior Court with clarity and force. When the judge compliments your attorney on his presentation, you know you've picked a winner.
After the first day in court, opposing counsel promptly advised his client to move to a settlement. I was reimbursed nearly 100% of the outstanding debt.
While I would prefer not to go through any of this again, David would absolutely be my first call. He is top notch, well prepared, and knowledgeable regarding the intricacies of the legal system and its exacting requirements. -- Highly recommended.

Last year I was injured while shopping in a larger department store. I felt hopeless and had no idea where to turn for help. My medical bills were adding up, and i had limited use of my right hand due to the injury. The department store had several of their own representatives and lawyers calling me and offering little to no compensation. They kept telling me to sign a release statement of theirs. I didn't know what to do and I was about to give up when a friend of mine gave me the number to Hamilton and Hamilton. I found Josh when I was looking for someone to help defend my roommates and I's security deposit against a shifty landlord. Having never had to speak with a lawyer before I'd been intensely worried about the whole process and had lost a couple nights sleep leading up to meeting for the first time.
After getting to talk to him however, it seemed like all the stress of the situation melted away. He explained exactly how the whole small claims process works in simple terms, helped me walk through my documentation and all of our options, and listed the various outcomes we could expect.
We started the ball rolling and our landlord almost immediately folded and gave us back the sum of our deposit. Thought we had the option to try for triple damages, my roommates and I didn't want to pursue it, and Josh never pressured us in any direction.
Now the whole matter is resolved, and it was way easier than I'd been expecting. I hope I don't ever have to hire help to deal with a landlord again, but if I do, I'll most certainly come back and speak with Josh.

I hired Ryan Rucki to represent me in my recent purchase of my condo. As it was my first purchase, I was very nervous. Ryan always took the time to answer any question that I had - and there were many! He always returned calls and e-mails promptly. He also explained every aspect of the transaction in a way that I completely understood and was very knowledgeable. As a Paralegal with some experiences, I thought it was a piece of cake until I got lost in the process of the rules... I like to joke with Shehzad that he is too honest to be a good lawyer.
Shehzad is warm, friendly, honest, trustworthy, diligent, thoughtful, caring, and tireless.
He took on my first case against a big employer, and he went toe to toe with the highest price Boston lawyers, and he won. He handled their posturing, their threats, their aggression with calm demeanor and the facts.
Shehzad's fees were more than reasonable. His bills were always detailed, specific down to what he talked on the phone about, not just "phone call" items. He was amazing with his turn-around time, and often asked me question late into the night as he did his homework for the case.
Shehzad's practice is a family practice, with his wife and mother-in-law. Each has their specialities, so if Shehzad is not the best choice for your case, one of the other family members may have the expertise required. The practice is small and away from Boston, so you don't get the suit-and-tie salesman treatment and then handed off to a paralegal or a junior lawyer, but just an honest, wholesome lawyer trying to advise and advocate your case with conviction and passion.
I highly recommend Shehzad Rajwani, and I continue to entrust his advice on our business and other legal matters. I have had a half dozen lawyers over the last 15 years, but now that I have Shehzad, like a good auto mechanic, I won't let him go anytime soon.

Shehzad was referred to me by a friend of mine. Shehzad was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. He listened to me and then explained what the worst and best case scenario would be. Of course, I hope to never need to use Shehzad again because of the situation, however if I did need an attorney, Shehzad would be the first person I would call. I thought he was fair, honest and an all around good family guy.

As a controller for a mid-sized company, we had sent some delinquent business accounts first to a collection agency and then to a lawyer. No luck. We then sent the accounts to Attorney Levine and received full payment on all three accounts within 3 weeks. She was amazing. Now we go directly to her and rarely a problem. Per her advice, we bring the smaller stuff to small claims court ourselves and avoid unecessary collection/legal fees. We highly recommend her.

I have had several divorce lawyers throughout the years and by far Attorney Grossman has been the most competent and trustworthy of the group. Given our past history with bad attorneys, my wife and I started out slowly to get comfortable with Attorney Grossman and over a short period of time it was clear that she was very good at what she does, provides excellent advice, listens to her client's desires, and works constructively in a resolution. Marianne helped me contest a DCF negligence finding that was erroneous, political and based on a improper facts. She did her homework, worked with me to define a strategy, and constructed a rock solid case based on specific details and irrefutable logic.
She was thoroughly prepared for the Fair Hearing and laid down a detailed argument that the other side could not factually dispute. She skillfully interviewed the witnesses and carefully poked holes in DCF’s initial finding. Her argument was so logical and on point, that the DCF case workers had to admit during the hearing that they cannot stand behind many of the facts presented in their finding.. Her preperation paid off and the finding was reversed.
I strongly recommend Marianne to those in the education profession looking for someone who understands the complexities of our field.

David Baker was excellent for all legal matters of this civil case involving intimidation and harrassment. Over the months he advised on factual and evidentiary needs to comply with the law. I have hired Tim Moriarty to be my attorney a couple times in criminal cases. He is a very nice and a very smart guy. He is easy to talk to and has the answers to your questions. He works very hard for his clients and I think hes worth every dollar. I think he is fair priced compared to what other attorneys charge and don't do for their clients. He is very good at what he does, he explores all avenues in your case and will let you know your options. He will be truthful to you, hes not there to just take your money. When he is in the court room presenting facts or whatever he might be doing he is amazing, you can tell he is in his element. He does a great job at how he lays all the evidence out then sums it together. I know he enjoys his job and it shows. Hes an all around great person and is the attorney I recommend to everyone. I hired Chris after being hit with a restraining order from my soon to be ex-wife right before the holidays. Chris worked very closely with me and my divorce attorney to understand the background to my case, helped analyze the implications of the restraining order and thoroughly explained my options going forward. I found myself in a tough situation when my landlord threatened to withhold my security deposit and demanded that I compensate him for two years of water and sewage bills amounting to just under 3k.
