It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Richard S Nichols, Stanley W Kallmann, and Elizabeth A Compton at Weiner Law Group for their outstanding performance in representing me for a personal injury case. Overwhelmed and wondering how to best proceed with my injuries, Mr. Kallmann recommended Mr. Nichols for his expertise in personal injuries. Mr. Nichols worked diligently to investigate all potential avenues forward, and recommend a legal path to navigate my situation, maximizing financial results, while minimizing impact on me. He continuously informed his partners and me of the updated status of my case, and his group was always aware of what was being proposed or required further discussion. Mr. Nichols is a remarkable hands-on, detail oriented lawyer. He identified and acquired all the important medical documents and videos; and with efficient perseverance, he negotiated insurance liens placed on my account. Mr. Nichols legal knowledge, dependable follow up, negotiating skills, and reliable communication style were absolutely incredible. He knows exactly how to get an awesome personal injury settlement. Mr. Nichols and the Weiner Law Group have an extensive group of lawyers that know how to get amazing results. I feel privileged to have Mr. Nichols, a partner, and his group to represent me.

I've known Tama for many years and contacted her for some help. She advised us on our options regarding some issues with our product liability case and helped us tremendously with an ongoing problem with my son's schooling. I would without any hesitation recommend Tama for your legal needs. She's bright, smart and very honest which is a winning combination.

Mark O’Brien did an absolutely phenomenal job representing us in a real estate transaction that would have, without a doubt, fallen through in any other circumstance. His guidance, advice, and expertise proved absolutely critical in resolving so many issues that kept springing up throughout the transaction. He helped us navigate communication with an extremely difficult and sparsely responsive seller side. Mark was professional, efficient, and extremely responsive throughout this entire process - he was available to answer all of our worries and questions with extreme clarity and without delay. I can’t express enough how crucial his representation was in helping us close this transaction and secure our home. We’re extremely grateful to Mark, and will definitely be using his services in the future!

Mark O'Brien represented many of my clients in Real Estate Transactions for my buyers and sellers. What I appreciate the most about him is that he is very reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. Mark's professionalism and the respect he earned in the industry are second to none. When I email an executed contract to Mark, he acknowledges it immediately and stays on point from start to finish. I am an active Broker who closes deals regularly. Many of my accomplishments are because of my choice of attorney representation. Whether for the Buyer or Seller in the transaction, Mr. Obrien gets it to close thoroughly and efficiently. He is highly respected in the industry, and many Counselors speak positively of him. I have never had any complaints from anyone. I refer with confidence and trust that he will get the job done.

I was referred to Archer and Greiner from a real estate attorney in Pennsylvania, I made the initial call, had a pleasant conversation, was asked to forward some documentation, which I did immediately. I was awaiting a call back and did not get one, so a few weeks having gone by, I called the office, was told the attorney that I was working with was busy, I never got a call back. I waited a few more weeks and called again, once again the receptionist told me that the attorney was not available. I informed the receptionist that this will be the second time I am doing this dance and that I am more than willing to pay for any services. I also informed her that I am a successfully retired business owner and had also served as a fighter pilot in the US Air Force, worthy of the attorney's phone call. I have not received a phone call back. I also registered this same complaint directly with Archer and Greiner via a contact form on their website, I have not heard anything from that communication either. I can only guess as to why. It would have to be one of 3 reasons, 1) The lawfirm is so disorganized that they cannot keep track of contacts and calls, 2) The attorney does not want the business 3) The firm is so busy that they are not taking on new clients. I would imagine and expect that a professional organization such as Archer and Greiner look to be, would in case 2 or 3 have the common decency to just tell me that, however, since they haven't I must conclude that the answer is either 1 or that they do not conduct themselves in a professional manner.

We need arbitration reform and arbitrator regulations. There are no valid checks and balances with truly getting a fair, impartial and unbiased process. Arbitrators have more power than a judge. Little to no appeal options with binding arbitration. With no valid checks and balances the arbitration process can portray as a scam. I had asked one arbitrator (a retired judge at this firm) to clarify a potential conflict and concerns of bias. Instead, the arbitrator dismissed the case without a hearing. I would not recommend the American Arbitration Association as the process is not fair, unbiased and impartial as they advertise. I had reached out to vice presidents to get involved with the process and they never even responded. The unfairness is so blatant, the area I was assigned, the AAA administrators do not even provide their own names. It's an ethics and moral issue if you can't put your name on your work.

Our attorney Kevin Dimedio of Dimedio Law in Haddonfield, NJ has reached out to Kenneth Miller and, John Leake Jr about these checks that John Leake Jr claims were all sent out at the same time now no one can seem to find 2 of them they are missing. Being an attorney I would think Kenneth Miller would advise his client to use priority mail with confirmation numbers when dealing with checks. Free advice for you Ken use it! It’s very unprofessional and, should be brought to someone’s attention so we can conclude this matter and, move on with our lives being as though everything was finalized by all parties involved. I’m sure our parents never dreamed this would be handled so terribly when they agreed to hire Kenneth Miller for a job this important dealing with their financial affairs. I couldn’t include this in my review I left on the firms website because it was removed for only telling the truth about this matter I figured email works well also. Hope you all enjoyed your lunch have a great rest of the day!

I had been stuck in a six year post judgement child custody battle with my ex-wife. My case took so long my prior attorney had to retire before my case was finished. I was referred to Tom who quickly absorbed my case history, quickly ascertained what the problems were and developed a strategy that resolved my case in just a few months! I found him to be direct with me, which I really appreciated, as well as completely empathetic to my plight. After being stuck in the family court legal system for years and after asking for help from multiple attorney's I wish I had found Tom right off the bat! Thank you for everything you did Tom!

’ve had the privilege of working with many professionals, but these lawyers have set a new standard for excellence. From day one, they have gone above and beyond, making my case feel as important to them as it is to me. What truly stands out is how they take the time to understand every detail, treating my concerns as their own. They don’t just respond promptly—they make me feel like I’m their top priority at every turn. Their ability to navigate complex legal matters with both skill and compassion has made all the difference. They approach my case with a personal touch, ensuring that my best interests are always at the forefront. Whenever I’ve needed clarity or support, they’ve been there—ready to guide me like family would. It’s rare to find a legal team that combines professionalism with genuine care, but they manage to excel at both. I can confidently say I have found not just great lawyers but lifelong allies who are invested in my success. If you’re looking for representation that goes beyond just doing the job, this team is the one you can trust.

They were happy to talk with me on the phone when they took my money but after that very poor contact. I sent 8 emails to multiple members of the firm but got no response. I actually drove over an hour each way to find their office all locked up at 10:30 on a Wednesday morning. I sent two return receipt requested USPS letters which were never signed for. I could never reach my attorney despite numerous phone calls. Completely devoid of ethics. The "Ethical" description on their website is a joke and in poor taste. Don't make the mistake I and others made. They are scam artists.

I hired Mr. Adams to defend me in a basic matter. His counsel through the duration was specific on one point that became the sticking point in getting the matter settled. On and on it went....costing me plenty of money. Eventually, the matter was settled and, when it was settled, Mr. Adams counsel on that specific point was unambiguously contradicted by the Judge and Prosecutor and it's on the actual court record. In attempting to address this afterward with Mr. Adams, he could not even be bothered to return a call or address all the bills that ensued as a result of his erroneous advice. In checking with other criminal defense attorney's, none agreed with Mr. Adams advice and all agreed he was wrong. I'd add as well that Mr. Adams is VERY hard to reach and not terribly responsive.

I contacted Joe Bimonte for a case of a holdover tenant that wasn’t paying rent or agreeing to leave. I talked to three lawyers and Joe was the cheapest so I went with him. Boy, what a costly mistake. Joe is a nice guy to talk to so I wish I didn’t need to write this review, yet his lack of professionalism has cost me dearly. First, he struggled with basic things like prompt replies. I would send an email and not hear back for 1+ week. I often needed to send 2-3 follow-ups to then get some excuse for late reply, multiple times. I started putting reminders to check in on Joe frequently, something I don’t even do for the 20-year-old interns at work. After filing the case in court, Joe got in touch with the tenant’s lawyer to negotiate. Each conversation he tried to convince me to cater to her demands, to the point where I wasn’t sure if he was representing me or her. Yet after agreeing to all that, he still wasn’t able to reach an agreement. Then, the culmination came when I finally got a court date. He never showed up! Joe told me he had another case that was more important, and so he needed to prioritize that one. After 7 months of waiting for a court date and not getting rent, the case was dismissed due to Joe’s no show and I had to start over. Another case he submitted to court was collections for unpaid rent, and there too he achieved no results. After firing Joe I talked to other lawyers. Most didn’t want to take the case adding that Joe had made so much mess that it was too much to fix. When I finally found a lawyer that took the case, they submitted it to court and shortly after there was a court date, the tenant was out. Overall, Joe’s lack of competence has cost me more than $10K in extra lost income.

$13000 in divorce fees and I got snowed. Was more worried about her billable hours the representing me. I gave this firm my life savings every penny I had and got nothing. She never advised me nor went back to the judge when my ex refused to relinquish his right to our home post divorce. Never kept our records and never filed the quadro that was paid for. In fact at our final hearing when my ex showed up with no attorney she bent over backwards to make sure he got a fair deal. Despite the fact that he wasted hours and hours of my and her time. Which I was billed for and paid. Don’t hire this woman to represent you unless your a man. Because it is all about the money and she will waste yours as well and you’ll end up being just another one of her victims.

Ms. Giusti handled my very complicated divorce. She was there for me every step of the way, keeping me informed and fighting for my rights. I would highly recommend using her. In fact I have referred friends to her and they have been highly satifsfied with her services. Equally important, the office staff was friendly and responsive as well. If Ms. Giusti was away in court or busy with another case, the office staff was very helpful. Very important to have the whole 'team' on your side !

I obtained Katherine after my divorce was final. Two years after the divorce my ex was asking for a reduced alimony amount. Katherine was extremely knowledgeable and I was impressed that she knew all the details of my divorce. His order was denied and two years later I was back in court for another reduction on the alimony. Katherine has great insight on what was being done to me. She was aggressive and pointed out the honesty of the case. Katherine is understanding and fights with her heart. Not once was I disappointed with her ability to represent me. In fact I am remarried and she was able to get me alimony for 10 years even though I remarried. If you are looking for an attorney with honesty, heart, and who will fight for your rights she is the one for you. Katherine is an attorney who truly cares!

Ms. Giusti, conceided to so much, she knew what little interest in my share of the home I was getting, she was looking only forward to a quick pay day. Ms. Giusti knew that her adversary was getting paid through an unlimited stream of cash, I don't know why Ms. Giusti did not excuse herself from the case. She promised me monies back on the retainer I gave her, she not only took the whole retainer but took more than twice that from the little interest in my home. The only monies that I would have left to live on after the divorce. Ms, Giusti advised me not to contest the divorce decree in front of the judge, because of the quick pay day. the final divorce has left me very unsure of my future I work two jobs, over 70 hours weekly, and still I have more monies going out then coming in to survive needing me to spend whatever small monies I received from my interest in the home the only monies I have to live on. Ms.Giusti never advised me that if I should miss any alimony payments that I would be taken away shackled and taken to jail. How can Ms. Giusti allow such a cold, heartless final divorce be filed??? if anyone is contemplating retaining Ms. Giusti,, all I have to say is BUYER BEWARE!!!!

What a Litigation Lawyer Can Do for You

A litigation lawyer specializes in representing individuals, businesses, or organizations involved in legal disputes. Whether you're the one filing a lawsuit or you're being sued, a litigation attorney will advocate on your behalf throughout the entire legal process. Their goal is to resolve disputes, either through negotiation, settlement, or trial. Litigation lawyers can help with a wide range of disputes, including contract disagreements, real estate issues, employment disputes, personal injury claims, and more.

Litigation lawyers provide strategic legal advice and manage all aspects of your case, from filing motions to representing you in court, ensuring that your rights are protected and that you have the best chance of achieving a favorable outcome.

When Should I Hire a Litigation Lawyer?

You should consider hiring a litigation lawyer if you're involved in a legal dispute that you cannot resolve on your own. Common situations include:

  • Breach of contract disputes: If a party to a contract fails to fulfill their obligations, a litigation lawyer can help you seek damages or enforce the agreement.
  • Business disputes: Litigation lawyers can represent you in cases of partnership disagreements, intellectual property disputes, or business fraud.
  • Employment disputes: If you're facing issues like wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, or wage disputes, a litigation lawyer can help resolve these matters through negotiation or court action.
  • Personal injury claims: If you've been injured due to someone else's negligence and are seeking compensation, a litigation attorney can help you pursue your case.
  • Real estate or property disputes: When there are conflicts over property ownership, boundary issues, or lease agreements, a litigation lawyer can assist in resolving the dispute.

Hiring a lawyer early in the process is beneficial, especially if a lawsuit seems imminent or you have already been served with legal documents.

What Does a Litigation Lawyer Do?

A litigation lawyer handles all aspects of your case, from the initial investigation to the trial and even the appeals process, if necessary. Their role includes:

  • Case assessment and investigation: Analyzing the facts of your case and advising whether it’s worth pursuing or defending.
  • Pleadings and motions: Drafting and filing documents to initiate or respond to a lawsuit, including complaints, motions to dismiss, and answers.
  • Discovery: Gathering evidence, including depositions, interrogatories, and document requests, to build your case.
  • Negotiations and settlement discussions: Attempting to resolve disputes through mediation, arbitration, or settlement talks before going to trial.
  • Trial representation: Presenting your case in court, examining witnesses, introducing evidence, and making legal arguments before a judge or jury.
  • Appeals: If necessary, filing appeals to challenge or defend the outcome of the trial.

Litigation lawyers are also skilled negotiators and often work to resolve disputes outside of court to save time, money, and stress for their clients.

How Are Litigation Lawyers Paid?

Litigation lawyers typically use a variety of fee structures depending on the type of case, the complexity of the legal matter, and the financial circumstances of the client. Common payment arrangements include:

  • Hourly rates: Many litigation attorneys charge by the hour, with rates varying based on experience and geographic location.
  • Flat fees: For specific, predictable legal tasks (such as filing a motion), lawyers may offer a flat fee.
  • Contingency fees: In personal injury or other cases where you seek damages, a lawyer may work on a contingency basis, taking a percentage of the settlement or award if you win.
  • Retainer: Some clients pay a retainer fee upfront to secure ongoing legal services. The lawyer then bills against this retainer as work is done.

The exact structure should be discussed in the initial consultation to ensure you understand how and when you'll be charged.

How Much Does a Litigation Lawyer Cost?

The cost of a litigation lawyer varies significantly depending on the nature of the dispute and the lawyer’s experience. Factors affecting the cost include:

  • The complexity of the case: More complex litigation involving extensive discovery, expert witnesses, or multi-party suits typically costs more.
  • Time spent: Litigation cases can be time-consuming, especially if they go to trial. The longer the case, the higher the legal fees.
  • Type of fee arrangement: Hourly rates can range from $200 to over $1,000 per hour, depending on the lawyer’s reputation and location. Contingency fees generally range from 25% to 40% of the settlement or award.
  • Stage of litigation: Cases that settle early in the process are often less expensive than those that proceed to trial or appeal.

It’s crucial to ask about cost estimates during your initial consultation to avoid surprises.

Top Questions to Ask a Litigation Lawyer

Before hiring a litigation lawyer, it's essential to ask key questions to ensure you're choosing the right representation:

  1. What is your experience with cases like mine?
Ensure that the lawyer has experience handling your specific type of dispute, whether it's a contract issue, personal injury, or business matter.
  2. What are the potential outcomes of my case?
Ask for an honest assessment of your case's strengths, weaknesses, and the likelihood of success.
  3. What is your fee structure?
Clarify how you'll be charged, whether by the hour, a flat fee, or on a contingency basis.
  4. How long do you expect my case to take?
While it's hard to predict, an experienced lawyer can give you a rough estimate based on similar cases.
  5. How often do you settle cases versus going to trial?
Some lawyers are more inclined to settle, while others may be more experienced in the courtroom. It’s important to understand their strategy.
  6. What is your approach to resolving disputes?
Some lawyers prefer aggressive litigation, while others focus on settlement or mediation. Choose one whose approach aligns with your goals.

How to Check the Credibility of a Litigation Lawyer

To verify a litigation lawyer’s credibility, consider the following steps:

  • Check bar association records: Ensure the lawyer is in good standing with the state bar and has no history of disciplinary actions.
  • Read client reviews and testimonials: Online reviews can provide insight into the lawyer’s professionalism and track record.
  • Look for litigation experience: Review the lawyer’s website or professional profile to ensure they have handled cases like yours and have a record of success.
  • Request references: Ask the lawyer to provide references from past clients who can speak to their effectiveness and approach.
  • Research their trial experience: If your case is likely to go to trial, ensure the lawyer has a history of courtroom success.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make your first consultation with a litigation lawyer productive, you should prepare the following:

  • A clear outline of the dispute: Provide a timeline and key details about the legal issue you're facing.
  • Any relevant documents: Bring contracts, emails, letters, or any other documentation that pertains to the case.
  • A list of key players: Provide the names of individuals or companies involved in the dispute.
  • Questions about fees and the litigation process: Make sure you understand how the lawyer plans to approach your case and how you will be charged.
  • Your goals and expectations: Be clear about what outcome you're hoping for, whether it's a settlement, compensation, or another resolution.

By coming prepared, you can ensure that your initial meeting with the lawyer is both efficient and insightful, giving you a better sense of how to proceed with your case.
