I was referred to Craig Aronow through a friend. Being young I did not know much about the law. From the moment I sat down with Craig he was nothing but patient, considerate, and super supportive. I was always filled with a ton of questions and he always got back to me within the same day to answer them. This I found super helpful when you have a million things running through your mind. I commend the fact Craig always gave me options to go about handling my case in different ways and always kept me informed. The best part was having him give me a list of things I needed to complete on my end from day one till the end. The list was always easy to understand for someone who knows nothing about the law. I also enjoyed working with his Paralegal Nyree, she went above and beyond to help me and always worked around my schedule to get things done. She was always readily available and as patient as they come! I Couldn’t have picked a better team to work with!

I was in a car accident about 3 years ago. Not knowing what to do, we (my husband and I) were referred to Mr. Mr. Aronow through a family member. He came highly recommended and we were told he is the best you can get.
So we scheduled an appointment to meet with him at his firm. From the moment we met him and shook his hands, we knew we were in the right place, with the right person and in good hands. Mr. Aronow exuded such calmness, caringness, knowledge, respect and most importantly, professionalism during the meeting process. He listened to us contently and then explained to us in detail the whole process. He told us how everything will start from beginning to end. He showed us such compassion that was so greatly needed to get us through this ordeal.
As time went on, before the successful conclusion of the case, Mr. Aronow and his assistant, Nyree Benitez, were so accommodating whenever we had questions or concerns. They were always available to answer all of our questions and address our concerns that pertained to the case as it progressed. They were very prompt with answers and advice either through emails or phone calls. Nyree was such a huge help in this whole process. She was so wonderful with helping us with all of our concerns. She made us, especially me, feel at ease. She listened, assisted us with all of our needs and explained all of the litigation terminology that we were not accustomed to so well.
With such professionalism, we knew that this case was going to have a great outcome. Mr. Aronow did not fail us but fought for us. He was with us every step of the way which made it so much easier for us to stay calm. He guided us the best way possible and always kept us informed on the status of our case.
At the end, Mr. Aronow did such a fantastic job that we won our case. With him by our side, we were awarded a settlement that we were very happy with.
My husband and I would highly recommend Mr. Aronow to anyone whether it may be a family member, a friend or anyone who is looking for a great lawyer. He and his firm is the place to go to when you need proper guidance and professionals to represent you. His vast knowledge and humble demeanor was such an asset to our case.

After being involved in an auto accident in May 2013, I retained an attorney to handle my case. Almost a year later, I realized this attorney did not have the necessary experience the case warranted.
Then a highly respected colleague referred me to Craig Aronow and his firm. From the very start I could tell he had the experience I was looking for. He explained the whole process and not only did he answer every question and concern I had, but he went above and beyond my expectations. He told me to focus on my recovery and in getting better and that he would handle the rest. From that point forward, I knew in my heart I was in "good" hands and that this time I had the "right" attorney.
While we were ready to go to trial , Craig put his super litigation skills to work and was able to settle the case. I am so happy that he was to obtain more money than what I expected.
As far as the office staff, there are no words to express how pleased I am with Nyree Benitez, paralegal to Craig. She was very caring and was always concerned about my well-being. My calls and emails never once went unanswered. She did an outstanding job.

We met with Tim to discuss the documents needed to create an estate plan. He explained the documents and provided us with legal advice on the best way to create a plan to make sure our estate would be left to our children. He was patient and answered all of our questions in person, when we called him and through email as well. Tim was very flexible when making appointments and accommodated our needs. I came to Ron for help when I ran into problems writing my first book. It was a biography of a Hollywood actress and I needed legal advice to protect myself and to ensure that all necessary permissions were secured. From the start, I found Ron to be completely professional and totally knowledgeable about the entertainment business. I felt that he took my case very seriously and did not consider my dilemma to be frivolous, which was a fear of mine going into this. He was always extremely supportive and encouraging. I was referred to Paul out of necessity by a consultant, so I didn't know what to expect. I've always had a decidedly negative opinion of most attorneys and I expected more of the same. What I got from Paul, and the associates at his firm, was the polar opposite. First, an understanding of the intricacies of my particular situation, and an explanation of the law, and my options, in plain English. Second, they took a personal interest in my situation, and even advised me on several occassions to choose a simpler resolution, even though it obviously meant lower billings for the firm. Third, I was always kept current on any status changes in the various pending issues/cases that they were handling for me. That is something I have never been able to get from an attorney. I always knew what was going on within an hour of when it happened. And all this at a very reasonable hourly rate, plus extremely detailed billing statements, which is another attorney first for me.

I have used Paul and his firm for both personal and business legal matters for over 10 years. He is an excellent lawyer and also an honest and honorable man. He was always truthful about all matters. I was always kept informed about the proceedings and the billings. He would tell me when I was wrong and recommend the best course of action. Honesty like that is hard to find.
His firm handles all legal matters for my computer consulting company. I have had to go to court 3 times for business disputes and Paul won every case. In addition to business litigation Paul also does all the company's contract work and general legal counsel.
Paul has also handle all my personal legal matters such as real estate, estate planning and taxes. Once again because of Paul I have never been on the loosing side in a legal dispute.

Michael J. Forrester initially was a "random" attorney I only picked because his office was close to my house; however, it must have been dumb luck to find such an amazing attorney who not only is competent, caring, concise and credible but highly capable!
I had a case that started out in 2018 and most attorneys would put you in the "collect the dust" file. Not this guy! My case had steam from 2018 to my settlement date which was officially May 9, 2022. Mr. Forrester kept me informed from the initial stages of my case, during and even after it was over STILL took my calls to further explain and/or clarify all my questions. I am probably the biggest doubter, pain in the "you know what" and very detailed client; yet, he was kind, patient and professional all in one and ALWAYS greeted me with a smile and NEVER rushed me on the phone or in person. Mr. Mirne is a highly respected attorney who has a wildly successful eviction rate if you are trying to evict tricky and lying tenants. My case was an owner-occupied property holdover case in which the unit needs mass repair. For a very fair fee payment process, we applied to Essex County Court for an emergency hearing, in which throughout the process, his paralegal Melissa was extremely pleasant and answered all questions with class during the stressful matter. We won our case and now I am applying for two separate lawsuits for recovery of rent and other attorney fees.
Pros:
An outstanding attorney with advance knowledge of NJ Landlord Tenant Law and statutes
Very Professional and caring staff
Intimidating and diplomatic presence in the courtroom
Aggressive and Tactful legal mind
Affordable pricing and payment schedule (could be anywhere from $500-2500 for his services depending on what you need done)
Cons:
Due to his high success rate, has a lot of clientele and can take some time to get back to you in a timely manner (when you are the best, you have it like that)
My case was in Essex County, in an Emergency matter, but it was held virtually, since Essex County will go back to in-person trial, it is very unlikely that he will take a case outside of Middlesex, Ocean, Monmouth, or Mercer County. But it is worth a try.
Overall, this lawyer is well worth the money, time and services. Trust and believe, that no tenant wants a letter from Michael D. Mirne in the state. Accordingly, you can feel confident that his firm will get you the best results possible, and more than likely you can expect an eviction, a lockout, and a judgment for possession of your property.

Carolina assisted me with an ongoing matter that I had with a neighbor in the apartment complex I lived in. For over 1 year, we had multiple complaints with these neighbors to the building management that included several calls to the local police department. Back in March I was forced to move into an apartment. As a first time renter, I have never looked at a lease let alone one that was 40+ pages.
I had ten days to be out of my home and was anxious to sign my first lease, especially one with over 40+ pages. My friend recommended I call Sam and gave me his phone number. After I called, Sam had me send him my lease for him to review.

I hired Sam to sell our existing home as sale by owner and buy new one via an agent. It turned out to be the other way around as sale was thru an agent and and I bought from the seller directly. Sam was excellent navigating us thru each step of the process and made the Agent/Sale by Owner switch very smooth. Sam and his office were excellent on follow-ups and remembering where the process is for each transaction is as I was talking about two properties at one point.
