I called her office and Im surprised that she picks up her own calls NO Secretaries! She kept me posted at all times delivers result and I mean even weekends and very late night she's up working on your case. She is not a greedy lawyer, although SHE DOES HAVE A RIGHT TO BE... I tell her accurate info and soon as she asked me to read and review her documentations and letters I do it, and she reciprocate and goes above and beyond her clients cooperation.... THAT'S THE KIND OF LAWYER SHE IS, she does not say a lot at first, she listens to you and lets her client weigh in their options, she wont instigate fight between her client and the other parties just to earn a living... but she surely wont let her client end up as loser.... My ex's lawyer was very greedy and very ghetto... NOT JULIE... she's very calm, classy and as a matter of fact when we were in the court, random people approached her and told her " YOU ARE VERY SHARP AND CLASSY UNLIKE OTHER LAWYERS, THEYRE ALL MOUTH AND YET THEIR BRAINS ARE EMPTY", and when our case has received judgement she even had to help the other lawyer figure out what to do next. She comes in prepared and organize and on time, if not half an hour early. Ive not seen any lawyer ever before like her and my Dad was a lawyer he was very kind and very smart, but JULIE?... I MEAN SHE IS SET APART, I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER LAWYER LIKE HER, at least not my lifetime.

We hired Mrs. Julie Warshaw's for Guardianship and Special Education Law services. Throughout she was kind, understanding, patient and very diligent. Guardianship was completed very efficiently within a few weeks. Even for the special education services her approach was different than others. While discussing the matter she would even use the nicer words for the other party too. Saying let us understand their point of view and resolve the matter. Unlike some others professionals who will bash the other party during the first appointment but will be less responsive once the contract for services is signed. But we saw her same level of commitment as the case went on. As others also mentioned she is really an attorney with a heart! She is extremely knowledgeable about all the topics too. We cannot thank Julie enough for everything that she has done for us. We highly recommend her.

I was broadsided with a facinorous and vindictive divorce, from my wife of 25 years. Against a 14-month long cruel assault from my ex, Hyun Lee directed me toward an outcome that has, in the final analysis, exceeded all expectation. She is a brilliant litigator, super smart and intelligent. She always responded to my issues with immediacy. We were always a team, in sync, aligned and as a result, managed to generated a favorable outcome under, sometimes extraordinary pressure. My wife and I hired Dean to assist us with a troublesome matter involving a roofer who did not perform work to our home up to standard code. In person interview was terrific and surprisingly supportive as I was encountering this labor issue and had no clue about what to do. I am extremely grateful to have met Mr. Jeremy Klausner of Jeremy Klausner Law P.C and retain him as my attorney.
As the work on my case progressed, his knowledge of law and his professional skills and ability to grasp the nuances and handle complicated situations became evident.
There are differences between law firms. Mr. Jeremy Klausner has clearly demonstrated this difference with his astute judgement and actions, sound and steadfast guidance, which has led me through an adverse situation. He has always been straightforward in his dealings and has found perspectives that lead to solutions.
In my particular situation, his abilities were a great asset when we were “on the frontline” where there is no time to think. This is where I valued his experience, his broad knowledge of law which was enhanced by his knowledge of accounting, and that he could use all his knowledge to take a firm stand from a clear point of view.
In another incident which impressed me, is when Jeremy put my interest above his own. He clearly explained the value as well as the limits of the effectiveness of his abilities and the importance and timing of when to bring in another expert that would benefit my situation.
Although this course of action adversely affected Jeremy personally, by following his selfless guidance and retaining outside expertise made a positive difference in my case.
He also has a personal code, which I realized after observing the manner in which he conducted all his interactions with integrity, courtesy and consideration, and this ‘code’ was extended to all his dealings with everyone (with his clients as well as opposing counsel too).
Thanks are not enough to Mr Jeremy Klausner of Jeremy Klausner Law P.C. who is an excellent, knowledgeable and wise attorney, for guiding me and representing my interests sincerely and consistently.

We had some issues with undisclosed easement on our property when we bought it. We emailed to maybe 20 attorneys in the area and Jeremy was the only one who was willing to help us.

Phil Mazur has handled several matters for my company as well as for a few people I know, and he has always been knowledgeable and efficient at getting results. From contracts to litigation, Phil is very savvy and practical in figuring out the best way to approach a situation. I particularly like that he takes the time to really explain to me, as a client, "why" we should take a given approach.
In one litigation relating to a commercial real estate matter, he knew how to use just the right approach to get the other side to settle the matter, saving all sides wasted legal expenses. I have worked with Mr. Ritte on three separate occasions. I have always found him to be all of the things listed above and more. He is extremely easy to talk to, and does not overload you with a lot of legal jargon. He has always been responsive to my calls, if not able to take my call, he gets back to me in a very reasonable and timely fashion. He has been extremely organized, making our recent closing as smooth and easy as I could ask for. Even though he has a pleasant manner about him, he stands his ground when the opposing attorney gets too assertive. His billing is clear and concise, and I feel his fee schedule has been very fair. I felt that I was charged very fairly, and not nickeled and dimed for every email or phone call. Something I find appalling by other attorneys I have worked with. I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for a very knowledgable, thorough attorney who has an easy manner about him.

Not only is Harold Grodberg extremely knowledgeable in elder law, he is also very good at what he does. My wife and I used Brian and team for our real estate transaction for our first home. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were very nervous about this process as we had never bought a home and have had some friends who had awful experiences. Brian was so on top of the situation, and never went a day without checking in with us. He was free for late night phone calls as well since my wife and I work during the day.
In the end, I have two main takeaways aside from what I listed above:
1. Trustworthiness: Brian doesn't sugar coat the good, bad, and ugly. The home buying process is full of ups and downs and Brian will be sure to be honest and make sure you are informed.
2. Negotiation skills: Brian got us way more than we expected after inspection and advocated on our behalf to the seller. He has done this a million times so understands when you are in the driver's seat and when you shouldn't be so aggressive.

A few months ago, my job laid me off without notice. They handed me a 14 page document to read and sign full of legal jargon. Feeling uneasy about signing these papers a friend recommended Aimee to me. Not only did Aimee attend to my needs, but she took the time to go through the document page by page. She explained to be what the job was requesting and negotiated on my behalf for different terms. Not wanting to have any contact with the company Aimee did all communication on my behalf. When I first retained Joe I had most of the details of my divorce already settled. We both thought it would be over in 3 months. Then things turned. 6 years later about 5 different lawyers and at some points a pro se’ it was finally over. Throughout the 6 years Joe did an outstanding job. He was always there when I needed him.
