Attorney Cohen in my opinion is an excellent attorney. He uses his experience and extensive knowledge to get you through the legalities of the justice system . He is also very personable and down to earth professional. He puts you at ease every step of the way as he is always there to answer your calls and questions you might have pertaining to your case. And ultimately helps get you the outcome you deserve.

I came to Marc originally for a consultation to seek advice. I was being taken advantage of by a Landlord (management company) at my apartment complex and due to my ignorance regarding contracts did not know how to proceed. I then hired Marc to help rectify the situation which he did like a true professional. Not only did Marc resolve my issue but got the management company to write me a check which I did not expect to get. Originally I was only trying to cut my losses, but then after getting a check from the management company, Marc refused to accept my payment for his service. The fact that Marc was so bothered by the type of exploitation that he did not even accept my money speaks volumes about the type of lawyer and person Marc is. I have and will continue to recommend Marc in the future to anyone in need.

I was not going to hire Victoria. At the time I needed a criminal attorney and that is not what Victoria does. I was referred to her for advice. By the end of our conversation she had given me such great advice on how to handle my case that I decided to hire her. Mr. Sterlin is one of the most impressive and well rounded attorneys I have ever come across. In 2017 he assisted us with my wife’s immigration from China. The federal immigration policies are confusing, drawn out, and frustrating to say the least. However, Mr. Sterlin made the process seamless and he kept us well well informed on status of the case. He also does a great job at explaining the intricacies of the law in a way we could understand. When I was purchasing a home in 2019, I asked Mr. Sterlin to be my attorney. Once again, I was impressed with the quality of effort he put into my case. The sellers attorney was certainly a stickler, but Mr. Sterlin was still able to achieve all the requirements I was seeking in the purchase. Due to his success, I felt comfortable to recommend him to my sister. From what I understand, their case had a positive outcome as well. Mr. Corsini represented me and my running mate in a complicated and time sensitive election law matter in Superior Court in Somerville. He won the case for us, but what I was most impressed with was how accessible he was and his attention to detail. He took the time to meet with us on our schedules, evenings and weekends, and was also available by cell phone. I was surprised when he got right back to me by text message, not something you necessarily expect from an attorney. He schooled the other lawyer in court and brought home a big win for us. Going to Court can be a very intimidating and expensive proposition and I have had some bad experiences.
But, that was not the case working with Joseph D. Sullivan.
In addition to being a very experienced trial litigator, Joe had a very good “bedside manner.” I felt very comfortable discussing my legal matter with Joe and working with him in general.
I felt that he was honest in his billing and very upfront about the cost. Joe could think well on his feet and made the process understandable for me.
I don’t want to go to Court again, but if I had to, I would not hesitate to work with Joe again.

We were faced with two legal disputes with contractors who did very shoddy work at our home and refused to fix their mistakes. Mr. Denver filed one lawsuit in Ocean County Special Civil Part and another in Monmouth County Superior Court, Law Division. He was able to successfully resolve both matters extremely quickly, without protracted litigation, and obtained a settlement which allowed us to fix the shoddy work.
Mr. Denver is not only knowledgeable about the relevant laws concerning our cases, he has a tremendous depth of experience and is an outstanding negotiator and litigator, which was clearly reflected in his dealings with the plaintiffs. He is also a brilliant strategist and tactician, a superb communicator and a sincere and caring advocate. He has a nearly photographic memory and pays attention to details. I would have faced a severely depleted financial retirement future had it not been for Mr. Denver's patient persistence in pursuit of Insurance coverage related to the excavation and remediation required as a result of oil seepage from an abandoned oil tank discovered in the process of my selling the house in which I had lived for 40 years, The soil contamination was found to be deep and close to the house foundation, requiring multiple installations of steel foundation supports. With the cost of the remediation building close to 6 figures, and the Insurance Company I had for over 40 years denying my initial Homeowners policy claim, I had the good fortune to have a friend recommend retaining Dr. Denver at the Denver Law Firm. Mr. Denver studied survey maps, engineer's and soil boring reports, and voluminous material and documents related to the Environment Company's work. He worked with me to gather as much documentation as I could find related to past insurance policies even though in the anticipation of moving, I had shredded ancient records. He pursued the Insurance Company to conduct a policy search, established sufficient proof of coverage going back many years, and through negotiations and persistence, and without litigation which could have taken years, successfully obtained for me a significant contribution from the Insurance company toward the cost of the remediation. Mr. Denver was thorough, professional, encouraging and supportive, and I would highly recommend his company and services without reservation.

In my opinion, which, unfortunately, is based upon much experience with lawyers, I would recommend Attorney Cindy Salvo as New Jersey's best. I had the good fortune to find Attorney Salvo when I desperately needed a real pro to file an appeal of an extraordinarily unfair court order that had been granted when I was acting pro se. The lower court had paid no attention to my arguments. Cindy took the case, listened to the facts, did the legal research, wrote an excellent fact-based and law-based appeal, and won a reversal of the major part of the trial court order. Cindy does what an attorney is supposed to do - she actually does the work required to do a good job - no short cuts: she listens, (this is where her psych degree comes in handy), she reads the file, she researches the law, she communicates, and she takes timely action. Cindy gives her clients their best chance at justice. Cindy is honest and bills in a reasonable manner. I would highly recommend Attorney Cindy Salvo.

I was very happy with the work Brielle did as an associate to the Bianchi Law Group.
