I had no idea estate planning was so important until my mom was diagnosed with cancer and had 6 weeks to live. A neighbor recommended Nicholas Giuditta. The first phone call and meeting sealed the deal. His compassion, understanding, and willingness to guide me thru this process when time was of the essence lifted a large burden off of my shoulders. Estate planning at any time is overwhelming but Nick was there with professional guidance and a shoulder to lean on every step of the way. He was always willing to answer any questions, give legal advice, and assist in handling a lot of family drama. Nick Giuditta was there during the worst days of my life. It's not often when you come across a lawyer who really cares. He was instrumental in settling my father's estate. I contacted Mr. Giuditta to discuss the possibilities of my case regarding a potential litigation situation related to the settlement of an estate. He was very generous with his time over the phone. In turning to Mr Strauss I was feeling very vulnerable, in pain, and like I was at a dead end in being able to get the help I needed. Mr Strauss and staff were very helpful to facilitate the care I needed to stabilize my health. Mr Strauss always reviewed all the facts, the pros and cons to any situation that arose, and helped me navigate the complexity of what my rights were to get the care I needed to be able to function again. My Attorney, Sarah Delahant, made a horrible legal situation, bearable. All the legal mumble jumble sometimes wore on my patients, and there was much that I did not understand; but my attorney always took my calls, returned calls and explained what was going on. Never once making me feel foolish, even when I was upset with the legal system, a system that was foreign to me. That is just unheard of these days, no matter what the profession, it is hard to find someone that you can truly rely on. I am glad it is all behind me now, but I feel safer just knowing that if I find myself in a situation where I would need an attorney, I have one that I would trust with my life; and that gives me a certain peace of mind.

He always picked up the phone, answered my emails immediately, knew everything about the real estate process and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied during our first home purchase. I like to refer him because he keeps me, the Realtor, informed about the process. He is a real team player who treats me with respect and knows that we are all on the side of our mutual client. Most real estate lawyers are very disrespectful to all of the agents involved. They rarely thank the agent and leave the agent and agency completely out of the loop, which makes the close a difficult and unwieldy process rather than a smooth, efficient process like Raymond Miller does. I have had the privilege to be represented by Alex Kemeney for well over five years in a family matter, a legal area where emotions typically run high. For five years, no matter what the circumstances, or the anger and grief it caused, Alex remained calm and steadfast in his representation. Alex gave sound advice, based on a deep knowledge of the law and experience with effectively applying it. Alex took the case despite only having only a matter of days to review the filings and documentation before a court hearing. He negotiated a consent agreement that provided rights and protections not normally granted by law as well as oversight and accountability. It was an incredible win under normal continuous representation, but particularly remarkable for only having days to get up to speed and prepare. With every filing, he distilled the specific law and legal principles that lead to a court’s ruling, and focused on the established law and crafted successful arguments. The state and federal laws and regulations in this area of law are woefully inadequate to protect the vulnerable. Alex was always honest about the limits of the justice system, but despite those limits, he still fought as hard as I did to enforce a consent order. Throughout this entire matter, despite odds not being in my favor, Alex conducted his representation with absolute ethics and integrity, even when faced with questionable tactics from other parties. The case involved sensitive family matters and his approach always treated the core issue with compassion and dignity. We came to Ari with our small business dispute. When we first got his name, we thought he would not take our case. He represents such big companies! Why aren't all lawyers this honest, this competent, and this customer-focused? Weisbrot literally saved our mid-sized company with a rousing success in a multi-million dollar lawsuit. We reserved $75,000 in legal fees and basically wrote off a potential judgment of $1,5 million. When the dust settled, he recovered a fairly sizable award for US, and his fees were unexpectedly reasonable. more importantly, he was So client focused. I hired Pat as my divorce attorney in 2005 and have remained in touch with her since and have recommended her many times to others. As an attorney she is caring, professional, knowledgeable, and intelligent. What I appreciated the most about Pat was she would provide honest, sound advice. Divorce is an emotional business to be in, and no matter how upset or angry I was, she would remain level headed, had the ability to calm me down and make sure I was making the correct decision, not a rash one. When it came to dealing with my ex-husband's lawyer she was in control, and I felt confident she was just smarter. Most importantly, Pat truly cares about her clients. Mr. Boyle represented me and my infant son in a car accident. I almost blew the case when I spoke to the other drivers insurance company (who called me). He was able to correct the problem and got me a sizable settlement for my sons injuries. I have to say that he really went out of his way to cater to my needs as I am a single parent with a newborn baby. I want to say Attorney Brian McCann and his staff are awesome. I was hesitant to let him take my case because of the long distance. I started looking online for attorneys and spoke to many. What made Brian unique was the time he took with me on the phone he was not rushing me to get to the point of the case he let me say everything I wanted to say, other lawyers just did not want to hear everything they wanted just the reason of me calling them. I am in a different state but he heard me out without hesitation he started working on my case and within a week and a half case closed. Danielle Pasquale handled a complicated case for me and she made everything go well. She is approachable and confident. She listened patiently to me as I explained my case and she clearly understood the issues involved. She explained the issues to others and communicated clearly and confidently. She explained the issues to three family members , several lawyers, and several investigators and all understood the issues and the case was resolved excellently due to her skill.

Daniele is not only the consummate professional in her able representation of The Office of Sheriff and the County of Bergen, she engaged in frequent dialog with me in ensuring that I was not only apprised of each step in the complex litigation but that I was comfortable with the legal process. While Danielle handled my case load of "routine" suits, she also represented my office all the way through the 3rd Circuit federal courts in a unique case that involved international custody issues at the Hague. It seemed that we were always deliberating strategy for one unique case to another. These included skip and falls in the jail to mental health and Krol patients as well as the aforementioned custody case that went to the Supreme Court. Danielle had the discipline and ability to handle the complex and routine with the same positive, can do attitude and with aplomb. Rarely in my extensive career in Law Enforcement and government have I encountered a more competent and professional person and attorney.

Arthur Raynes was referred to my husband by a neighbor who worked for an attorney. My husband had an employment issue that had to be addressed. The attorney who our neighbor was employed by did not handle work related law. That attorney referred us to Art Raynes. Lucky day for us! At the initial meeting with Mr. Raynes he made us feel very comfortable. He listened to what we told him and was very honest with his answers. Ours was not a big case for him but he decided to accept it anyway. Another lucky day for us! During the following negotiations and mediation we were kept informed every step of the way. Eventually the case went to mediation and we went there with Mr. Raynes. There is no other attorney that we would have wanted to spend an entire day in a mediation room other than Arthur Raynes. Again, he was supportive, concerned, and caring. The entire staff at Art's office were so easy to work with- always polite, friendly and helpful from day one. We would highly recommend Art Raynes to anyone. He is definitely the first person that we would call if we need legal advice again. My interaction with Art Raynes came in a circuitous fashion. I encountered a situation with my employer that resulted in the suggestion that I consult with a lawyer and financial advisor. The financial advisor was easy. I had been working with a man I trust for a few years already. The lawyer was another matter – especially for this specific situation. Through a recommendation from my financial advisor, I contacted an attorney who advised me that he only represents corporations, not individuals. I asked him if he had any recommendations for some one representing “the other side”. He immediately gave me Art’s name, firm, and location. He commented that Art and he were on opposite sides during a recent encounter. He added that Art represented his client well, was fair, and reached a satisfactory result for that client. This was, in my mind, one of the best recommendations for an attorney I could receive. Art’s advice and guidance throughout the time of my situation with my employer was clear, honest, supportive, and, at times, comforting. He helped me to maintain my perspective, composure, and wits when it seemed to me that all was being violently tossed about in space. His no nonsense approach worked well for me; and, it was a pleasure to observe him employ his skills on my behalf. All of this was in evidence from my initial handshake and conversation with Art until my last conversation and handshake. I am pleased that this episode in my life is now in the category of a experience along with lessons learned. I am pleased to have had Art’s professionalism and empathy on my side from beginning to end. I am also pleased that I am able to offer kudos and thanks for Art Raynes and his work on my behalf. My only regret is that I cannot give Art more than 5 stars. I just cannot say enough good things about Art and his team. He and his associates are professionals in the truest sense of the word. I was terminated from a job after I complained about sexual harassment by another employee. I went to another lawyer first who asked for money, wrote a couple of letters, let the insurance company manipulate him and then told me he needed more money. I was very frustrated, didn't want to give up, but didn't really trust him to do the job. I found Art through a search of 'Jury Verdict Review and Analysis'. I found a case that seemed similar to mine and Art was the plaintiff's lawyer. Most lawyers would not let me walk in the door or even talk to me over the phone without handing over a ton of money. Art talked to me. He listened to me carefully, looked at all my documentation and got back to me promptly. He did more in the first month than the other lawyer did in a year. He explained everything that he was doing, asked for my input, and was always direct with me. If you've ever dealt with a lawyer who takes the case but then barely seems to remember who you are, you will find Art a breath of fresh air. Art FOLLOWED UP. Constantly. My case would never have settled as quickly as it did without Art and his firm. First of all, Art filed the lawsuit right away (which my other lawyer neglected to do) and he did it in a way that really got the attention of the defendants. The defendants dragged their heels every step of the way and Art stayed on them like a pitbull. He deposed EVERYONE that needed to be deposed. He did not cut corners. He did not allow the defendants to push me around. I would also like to say that I am not the type of person who is easily impressed. If I go to a doctor I'm the type to Google a diagnosis, research a medication, get a 2nd opinion, etc. The situation I went through with my wrongful termination and harassment caused me to mistrust more people than ever. But I honestly would trust Art and his firm completely. Not only did Art get me a very nice settlement but he and his firm really gave me back my life, and I don't say that lightly. If you are lucky enough to get this man or his associates to represent you, you can sleep well knowing you have the best on your side.

I have had a difficult few months, with a house purchase, two moves, and a death in the family which required me to spend two months out of the country. My car registration could not be completed online because of a name misspelling, and I was putting off going to the MVC because of COVID-19. One Sunday morning, my friend texted me that she was on a hike and invited me to join her, and so I went in my car without my wallet. A cop flagged me for going over the speed limit in Pennington, and then piled a couple huge fines because I did not have my driver's license, and my registration had lapsed. (This jolted me into finally going to the MVC the next day in Trenton.) Fortunately, I have a legal plan through my employer, which Jenna Casper-Bloom accepts. I noticed she has her own law practice in the area, but that beforehand she worked at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender for 15 years, and thought she would know our state's system like the back of her hand. I was right. I called her the next day, it took 3 minutes, she asked me to email her the tickets, and all the information I thought was relevant. I didn't hear back until a week and a half later, when she'd reduced the fine by 40%, ensured there were no points, and that I was not pleading guilty. Money is so tight right now, that even a 10% reduction would have been helpful, and this was way beyond my expectations. I was very impressed by how efficiently she handled my case, and I never felt for a second that I was on a legal plan. I am very grateful I found a local counsel who is sharp and hard-working and I will be recommending her to my colleagues and friends. (And BTW, since you're reading a review about a lawyer, I wish you good luck with your legal troubles.)

Jenna is excellent in all respects. She achieved our objectives without any problems. It is tough to find a local attorney in western NJ as so many attorneys from the urban counties try to pretend like they practice in Hunterdon and Warren Counties. If you have any matter in the Northwestern part of the state, you would be a fool to hire an attorney from Essex or Bergen County when there is such great and competent counsel in Flemington.
