I was facing a driving while suspended charges and Cristian came on top by getting my charges dismissed. Prior to the case Cristian was very trustworthy and honest with being very informative. Along the way I came into several personal problems and became difficult to contact Cristian and i almost ended up loosing his representation due to not a paying off my remaining balance. I contacted him the night before around 6p through email letting him know my troubles and he understood my cry for help along side what i personally going through and the next day that morning he came to my rescue

Unfortunately I was sued. It's a frivolous harassment suit that requires knowledge in contracts, real estate, and general litigation. The case is made more complex with multiple parties where the relationships need to be managed with care.
So far Michael has been on top of it all.
In addition to negotiating the case's complexities, Michael has kept me well informed of pending deadlines and the best course of action.
I wish I didn't need him, but I'm lucky to have found Michael.

If you are looking for an attorney for a legal matter, look no further. Mr. Janel is THE attorney and I am going to share with you why.
I was having a dispute over a return of security deposit with my previous landlord. I initially retained a different attorney (yes, my fault), but he was not only not knowledgeable in this area but also indifferent. I received an impression that he wasn’t taking my case seriously but using it just to squeeze easy money out of me. I was actually stressed out with him more than the litigation itself.
Then, I found Mr. Janel. He was patient with me during my initial consultation, devoted time to really understand the situation, and even reviewed my docket on the spot. My case was unnecessarily more tangled than it was supposed to be, because my previous attorney messed up my complaint. Mr. Janel walked me through all different scenarios and his strategies and even volunteered to talk with my wife who was basically disgusted with the whole litigation situation. I felt much more at ease emotionally after speaking with him. Plus, the fact that he has been practicing for nearly 30 years and that he gives lectures to other attorneys on tenant/landlord cases made him the perfect attorney for my case.
After retaining Mr. Janel, everything was a breeze. I just handed my supporting docs to him and he handled everything thereafter. I sometimes wondered why he wasn’t asking any questions before my trial, because my understanding of client-attorney communications was only from movies where an attorney coaches his/her client on every little thing. But in retrospect, it wasn’t necessary for him because he understood my case better than I did myself. Why do I say this? Because we won on every claim in the trial and Mr. Janel’s examination questions constantly revealed the landlord’s perjuries one after another. The result of the trial? Exactly what he told me in the initial consultation.
You might still be thinking there are other competent attorneys out there. But what I can tell you is Mr. Janel is not only competent but also compassionate and wholeheartedly works for your best interest. I say this, because I did work with a different attorney and know exactly what it feels like to be treated like an annoying wallet. I highly recommend Mr. Janel as an attorney. You won’t regret contacting him.

I had a DUI charge that ended up at the Superior Court level when it really should have stayed at the municipal level. With hardly any hassle, he was able to bring it back to the municipal courts and I ended up with the best case scenario in terms of punishment. Real nice guy, won't BS you, but also is sympathetic to your case and stress that comes along with it.

I am an attorney and know many others. However, when it came to hiring someone to handle my grandfather's estate we went to Tom. He was responsive, knowledgeable and patient. It is not always easy to deal with multiple beneficiaries. He recognized an error which could be corrected and petitioned the court. When most people hear that they need an attorney, I believe they tend to feel sick! Not only for their needfor one, but, because they fear having to deal with someone that is in a profession that has one the the most disliked reputations of all. I have had the fortune or mis-fortune to have delt with a multitude of attorney's for both proffesional and personal needs. There is noone that I have met other than David who truely cares for his clients and profession as he does. I believe him to be very honest and trust worthy. Most of the time he expains things in a not technical way and if he doesn't just ask him to "spell it out" and he does. I'm not the most patient or easy person to work with, yet he continually answered my calls and or e-mails again, with professionalism and understanding. We talked things through, and always came up with what I feel, in the end was the correct decission. He will tell you the pros and cons and help you when you ask for it. He also will tell you like it is when you may not want to hear it, but he does it the right way! You never feel like he's talking down to you, like many other attorneys have a habit of doing. I hope I never need to utilize the services of a personal injury attorney again but if I do, I won't call anyone else!

We hired the Ko Firm for the purchase of our home and couldn't be happier with the experience. Harry Ko and Tom Szieber guided us every step of the way through the tricky closing process, and made sure that they were always there for us when we ran into an issue or had a question.
Harry's wealth of experience in residential and commercial real estate was reassuring as it was impressive. He was able to anticipate and warn us of all of the gotchas and pitfalls well before we came across them. He tackled some of the trickier negotiation points with ease and prepared us early with advice that proved to be a big help further along in the process. This was huge for us, as this was our first time buying a house and had no prior experience whatsoever.
Equally impressive was the teamwork and coordination between Harry and Tom, as well as Legal Assistants Sarah and Barbara. Whenever we emailed or called anyone at the Ko Firm, they always seemed to all be on the exact same page.
