My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

Long overdue review! Mehdi is truly an amazing lawyer who cares. I had a complicated family court case while simultaneously an ongoing criminal case with my abusive ex. I was in postpartum and it was the beginning of separation. I was very hyper vigilant and probably not the easiest to deal with, but Mehdi fully supported me through both cases. He took my life chaos with stride. He always fought hard for me in the court room. He even advocated for me to the ADA in the separate criminal case pushing the case further than it would have without him. I sometimes had to remember he was my lawyer and not my therapist! He gave me so much advice and honestly strength. Sharing a child with an abuser is no fun. We did get everything we asked for in Family Court which was such a relief. It wouldn’t have happened with any other lawyer, only Mehdi. I truly believe that. After Family Court ended he contacted me to check in and show support. He has worked with many women who have experienced DV so he gets it. Hopefully we don’t end up back in Family Court, but if we do He’s our GoTO… If he will have us again. Ha. Ha. We love you Mehdi!

Andrew Luftig was recommended to me by my broker for my home purchase in Manhattan. I worked with him, Tara, and a few others on the team. I did find other firms with lower pricing, but felt that Andrew had a keen grasp on the real estate market in NYC and would provide me with the best guidance throughout the process... this turned out to be true. Andrew and team were super responsive, answered all of my questions, coordinated well with the bank and worked to close quickly on my property. Will definitely use them again for my next purchase!

Kimmel and Silverman were outstanding. They were extremely informative from start to finish. They made sure to keep me updated as the process moved along and advised me as each offer was made and allowed me to make informed decisions on my case. What a great experience! I was at my wits end trying to get help for my new vehicle issue. I reached out to Mary to inquire about my financial situation. She returned my message immediately and send me lots of reading information. She answered all of my questions and was available via e-mail, phone or text. She would often answer my questions late at night and never made me feel like any of my questions were not important. My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing.

After I tripped on an uneven sidewalk on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, my neighbor, a longstanding friend, introduced me to attorney Jonathan Ratchik who took my case on as he and the doctors deemed my left foot was severely injured.
The landlord had failed to properly maintain the sidewalk in front of the brownstone he owned, posing a clear and present danger to pedestrians.
Mr. Ratchik knows his law. He is patient and thorough. He guided me well, coached me thoroughly on the procedures, and allowed me to make decisions about medical treatment and the course of our legal action which took nearly three years when the landlord’s insurance company offered a fair settlement which we accepted.

My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

Long overdue review! Mehdi is truly an amazing lawyer who cares. I had a complicated family court case while simultaneously an ongoing criminal case with my abusive ex. I was in postpartum and it was the beginning of separation. I was very hyper vigilant and probably not the easiest to deal with, but Mehdi fully supported me through both cases. He took my life chaos with stride. He always fought hard for me in the court room. He even advocated for me to the ADA in the separate criminal case pushing the case further than it would have without him. I sometimes had to remember he was my lawyer and not my therapist! He gave me so much advice and honestly strength. Sharing a child with an abuser is no fun. We did get everything we asked for in Family Court which was such a relief. It wouldn’t have happened with any other lawyer, only Mehdi. I truly believe that. After Family Court ended he contacted me to check in and show support. He has worked with many women who have experienced DV so he gets it. Hopefully we don’t end up back in Family Court, but if we do He’s our GoTO… If he will have us again. Ha. Ha. We love you Mehdi!

or whomever had made. I gave a 1 star due to me and my moms feeling of being defrauded to gain money from a property you didn’t have the right to take money from and only until you forced me to move by selling the property because you didn’t confront the signers of your contract you made from the breadwinner who had control of the assets in question before calling me and offering to buy a property for me and put the deed without any cash on hand into a irrevocable trust. He then put my mom through hell. And has since left the family and his responsibilities. You then changed the premise by forcing a sale instead of making sure the grantors paid their property tax as per NY state law. i was left completely blindsided by the rules and did not know enough then to make a good judgement nor should i have been put in that position. Now that property has since doubled in value, and i have moved to a place comfortable for me with money that belonged to me to repurchase another property which now i own and have the deed to. I was not responsible to pay the property taxes on the irrevocable trust. I feel completely taken advantage of and robbed a large portion of my inheritance. Even tho I thanked you when i didn’t know what was going on at the time…i the beneficiary paid you from my inheritance money when i didn’t make any contracts or agreements with you i am simply the beneficiary. I now fully own my property here in maine i was dragged all over creation and stolen from from you collecting your fees from the trust verses peter cannova. I feel it is your duty to confront peter and be refunded the money due to me that belongs to me.
