Without any delay whatsoever, on the day of the issue arising, Russ was able to strategize on the correct actions providing multiple options, and we selected the optimal strategy moving forward in order to deal with the problem. I was terminated by my employer and I thought I had a case. I was either ignored or turned away because of "conflicts of interest." Russell came by way of a referral from a Labor Rights website and I am so grateful. He really looked into my case and listened to me. When Russ believes in something, he's passionate about it. I don't know anything about law and he made sure to explain each phase and had multiple courses of actions so I always knew all my options and was fully involved in each decision. At first, I was so worried. My employer had a team of legal professionals and a lot of money to pour into litigation and I definitely do not. Mr. Gross has worked on my case for approximately three and a half years. I have to say that this experienced lawyer has chutzpah and would transform into a shark if he has to. There were obstacles but he has done extremely well in overcoming them. He helped me get a huge settlement. In so many words Mr Gross is a damn good lawyer. I would give him ten stars if the rating existed.
His staff is excellent and will call you within a few hours if not sooner. I would not hesitate to hire him again and/or recommend him in need of a good lawyer regarding accidents and personal injury.

We have rent issue, so attorney Solomon gave us many wise and useful advice to deal with the problems. He didn't talk to me just for business also he considered of the best solution for our company and when I didn't understand he explained again to make sure I know what to think of and what to do to solve the problems. I was involved in a car accident and was injured. Not only was Sarah instrumental in obtaining a fair settlement within a timely manner, she was very kind and caring.
