A few years back Len Sperber handled a lawsuit against our company for a liability claim. The company that handled our insurance found a loophole in our policy and denied insurance for that claim. End result several months later, what could have been a financial disaster ended in a sigh of relief. It was settled for $1000. Need I say more

Gary engaged an audience of over 55 participants who were mostly 50+ and whose backgrounds ranged from middle to upper-level management. Gary received outstanding reviews for the program, with 96% stating that the program would be worth repeating in the future. Topics included Making Yourself Essential, Severance Agreements, Changing Positions, filing Complaints for Discrimination. If you need a QDRO or DRO (for divorce) this is the lawyer you need to use!!! She is the nicest, fairest most decent lawyer I have dealt with and unfortunately I have had experience with three divorce lawyers for one divorce from HELL. She is very competent and knows her stuff. I wish I could have hired her as my first divorce lawyer. Anyway, I was able to have her fix the DRO even though she's in Ithaca and I'm in the Hudson Valley! We did everything over the phone/ email. So don't let distance sway you. If you have a New York State Retirement or 401k and are getting divorced you need to call her. Don't let your divorce lawyer handle the QDRO because they could screw it up like mine did. Use an expert like Carla.

James is one of the best lawyers in all of NY. He recently helped me through two tough situations. The first was an business partnership contract that started as a mess. James walked me through all the points I needed to make, helped me with the negotiation, and made me feel conformable when it was time to walk away. If not for James, I'd be stuck in a bad deal with a bad partner. The second situation was a run-in with the law. Mr. Fenstermaker went above and beyond the call of duty in my appeal. When he uncovered withholding of exculpatory evidence (among other things), he could have pretended he never saw it like most lawyers. He told me about it, and went ahead to file the appropriate motions, which cost him many more hours than stipulated in the retainer. Needless to say, I lost my appeal due to the hideous corruption in Westchester County and the rubber stamping Court of Appeals. He's an absolute professional, and will work harder for you than anyone else I know. Unfortunately for me, just the polar opposite of my trial attorney.
