I selected David Corrado because I believed he'd be a bulldog. I need someone tough for a fraud/unpaid debt case. He told me what I was up against, he told me it would cost me a LOT of money (his fees), and that it would be much greater if we had to go to court. He was right on all counts. It ended up being settled on the second round of mediation. It cost a LOT of money. But he put up with the deadbeat schmuck, and got him to pay. He made sure my interests were secured and that all loose ends were tied up. I probably could have paid less and gotten less, but I took a risk and I think it paid off.

I have happily hired Doug Whipple for 21 years. He has been a Blessing to me, my family and other litigants. He has the uncanny ability to get to the heart of the matter at hand. I had the privilege of working with Paul Croushore on a recent legal matter, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his expertise and strategic approach. Paul's brilliant legal strategy was pivotal in getting our case dismissed, leading to a successful outcome in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Paul represented us in a complex copyright infringement case brought against us by Growella, Inc., a mortgage company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Growella, represented by John Bennett from Frost Brown Todd, alleged that we, Phillip Ganz and other defendants, had infringed on their copyrighted content related to the home buying and mortgage process. Despite the plaintiff's strong representation, Paul immediately recognized the critical issue of personal jurisdiction and strategically focused on this point.
Paul filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, meticulously arguing that Growella's claims did not meet the required legal standards to establish jurisdiction in Ohio. His arguments were clear, compelling, and backed by a deep understanding of the relevant legal principles. He expertly navigated the complexities of both the Zippo test and the Effects test, demonstrating that Growella had failed to show that our actions were purposefully directed at Ohio residents or that our website targeted Ohio more than any other state【6†source】.
Judge Matthew W. McFarland agreed with us in every respect, dismissing the lawsuit by Growella. Paul argued that, based on case law, transfer or dismissal was the appropriate course of action. While he acknowledged that transfer could be considered if deemed appropriate, he did not request it. Moreover, Bennett opposed the transfer, so the judge dismissed the case outright. This decision was a complete victory, as the judge agreed with Paul on every facet of the argument.
Thanks to Paul's efforts, Growella, Inc.'s complaint was dismissed without prejudice, and the case was terminated from the court's docket【5†source】【6†source】. Attached is a copy of the judge’s decision.

My friend worked with Jeremy on his divorce thus recommended him to me, which I now thank him for. Working with Jeremy was not like working with a cold lawyer. It feels like working with a friend who happens to be a lawyer. His work style is very professional but friendly and approachable. Even though he had tons of cases and court work, he always did his best to be flexible, accommodate my schedule and respond my emails promptly. I cannot think of any moment with him that made me nervous or uncomfortable. I was not an expert on divorce (who is?) and had a lot of silly and basic questions on how things should work. And I freaked out several time when things from my ex’s side surprised me, Jeremy was always very patient and helpful to answer my questions, and give me professional and personal advice.
During the course, I changed job twice and had to put the case on hold, which created some additional work for him. At a point, my ex’s lawyer totally dropped the ball. I am very thankful that he was very nicely and patiently helping me with my paperwork and instructed me on how to handle such situation. Opposite to my ex’s lawyer who was only reactive, Jeremy took proactive actions to help move this case forward to the direction that benefited me. I contacted Grant, after a dog attacked me and tore my throat open. He sat and listened to everything I had to say. Then he got right on the case! Jack Moran was very knowledgeable about the type of case I had, sexual discrimination and sexual harassment. I was originally unsure if I should pursue legal action but it paid off. My case was a wrongful death allegation in a morbidly obese patient who presented with chest pain and died of a saddle pulmonary embolism one week after a cath showed a 90% LAD lesion. Mr Hupp knew all the details of the case and all the medicine. He prepared me so well for my cross examination that I was very confident despite having almost no courtroom experience. He brought in literally world class medical experts. There were four other defendants in the case and the other attorneys followed Mr Hupp's lead to a unanimous verdict for the defense. His cross examination of the plaintiffs expert witness made a clinical professor of emergency medicine look foolish and insincere to the jury. I hope I never need his professional assistance again, but if I am ever in need of representation in the future I cannot imagine choosing a different attorney. He made the entire process as painless as it could be.
