Initially I had hired another Accident Attorneys firm in Cincinnati but cancelled the contract within weeks due to their poor performance.
I contacted Sam Warden through a referral. Sam met me within 45 minutes from the time of the call.
He spent over an hour with me going through all the details of the accident, my injury and everything else pertaining to the legalities of such cases.
I feel blessed and grateful for having had Sam as part of the process. He was at all times ready to explain the process and kept me update as the case progressed.

Greg Port helped my company win a suit after a much larger company decided not to pay their bills. He spent many hours in depositions and in the court room just to make sure that I would not be bullied by a larger corporation with large pockets. I would be shocked if anyone else would take on this case due to the small size of the suit. After hearing my story he was upset with the way I was treated. His percentage of the suit was terribly small compared to the amount of hours he put in both the court room and behind the scenes. We won the suit and he even took on the Appeal from the defendant. I will forever be grateful for his work on the case.

Situation: My son lives in Columbus, & his minor son lives in Akron. My son got notice his son was in a bad situation with his mother, & he had to fight the maternal grandmother for custody. To be honest, I came about Ms. Staats phone number desperately trying to find a lawyer for my son on just a few days’ notice. We weren't local, and Ms. Staats was the ONLY lawyer not only to answer the phone herself, but to take the time and talk over the situation with me, AND agreed to be in court in just 3 days’ notice! Wow! She really came to bat for my son. While the other lawyer resorted to "Jerry Springer" type tactics in the court room, Ms. Staats countered every low blow statement and ridiculous motions with a professional attitude coupled with a mother tiger's ferociousness in protecting my son & his rights, and his son's best interest. Even the mother to my grandson said "I don't know where you found that lawyer, but WOW! She wouldn't let mom's lawyer get away with anything. She's impressive!"
Elisa was responsive to emails and calls when her scheduled allowed, and always got back with us. It took 10 LONG months for my son to get custody, several hearings, pretrials and motions, but really, we got every pennies’ worth of professional representation from Ms. Staats and her advice to follow during that time. When it came down to trial, she brought with her TWO of the biggest organized binders of categorized evidence and information, questions for witnesses etc.. And was VERY prepared to go to trial. Our family, & our son was extremely impressed at the detail of her work. We thank heavens that Elisa Staats was that one lawyer who answered my desperate call for help that day. Now my son has his son living with him again & they both are so very very happy!! (And so are we!) We feel Ms. Staats was overly fair in her cost, & she was always upfront on any fees or potential future fees/costs that could happen. We also feel that she did NOT "nickle and dime us" on everything, we got more than our money's worth hiring her to represent our son and his son's best interest. Elisa Staats was our angel for my son's case. Our family cannot say enough awesome things on Elisa's behalf. We were blessed to find her.

Joseph is that lawyer. He's exceptionally knowledgeable, and helped us to navigate and resolve a very complex trademark case involving three different parties. This was after the tier-1 law firm we were using previously had failed to get us anywhere after 8 months and tens of thousands of dollars spent.

Joe and I met as adversaries. He was counsel for opposing. After a few conversations, it was apparent, he understood business and how to find resolution that both parties could live with.
His incredible ability to see and work outside the box allowed us to all come to a quick settlement whereas we all walked away winners.

I am a lawyer and entrepreneur, and have now used Joe at two of my companies for my trademark needs. My companies are both based in NYC, but since trademark law is federal, there's very little advantage to paying a lawyer twice as much just so they are in the same city. My case was with a major credit collection agency. At first I thought that I could take the case myself to court, but I can say that it was not the best decision at all. After leaving the first court hearing, I did a google search and found this website. My decision to hire Michael Fine was do to the great reviews. The results were extraordinary, he was able to get a great deal and the case dismissed. I did not expect such an amazing deal to this case, but it was all done in a matter of a few weeks, with no reason to show up in court even once or at his office for that matter. Mr. Fine really believes in the concept of justice for the maligned. A debt collection agency knew they were breaking the law when they served me but still tried to collect on a deceptively high amount. They would not back down but neither did Mr. Fine. He filed suit in federal court and got me the maximum allowed.

Where other attorneys wouldn't even listen Michael not only listened but had the debt collector settle with me in my case (yes pay me) and drop their suit and erase the debt from my credit report due to all of their mistakes and lack of legitimate back up. I contacted Grant, after a dog attacked me and tore my throat open. He sat and listened to everything I had to say. Then he got right on the case! He told me upfront what he was going to do, about how long the process would take and what he thought he could get for me. He stayed in touch with me through the whole case. David Abromowitz was the lawyer I hired to help set up my IV Hydration and Vitamin Infusion business. He charged me quadruple what was discussed (quoted me 3.5-5K - charged me over 20K and I paid a final amount of OVER 12k - astronomical amount) and took 3 times as long to complete the job. Three other nurses in my coaching group (NursePreneurs) had similar experiences with him and another nurse, coincidentally, came forward today from a different IV Hydration/Vitamin Infusion business reporting the same story. RNs - be warned! He is dishonest and will overcharge you! I notified the BBB but his response was "I'm sorry she didn't understand". You and I both know the truth, Mr. Abromowitz. You were intentionally dishonest. It's people like you that give lawyers a bad name. All these RNs trusted you, I trusted you. Despite your lawyerly response to this review - you and I know the truth.

Very unprofessional. I paid Jessica $350; all she did was eat her breakfast, and she gave me some paperwork. She was too rude even to answer any questions and never answered my calls after the original consultation . She then claimed to have sent me several emails and demanded that I answer her (her way to get rid of me as a client) to sever her services; at this point, I realized it was best to cut my losses and get a lawyer who cared. Please don't waste your time with this one; she is a high-priced waste of your time.

Run. I didn't even begin to give my background information before Emily repeatedly interrupted me telling me that we did not have a case. Mind you, this was before I even finished explaining the first situation. She even told me that when I was in the hospital and my husband was forced to WORK ON HIS DAY OFF, that he should have used FMLA? Is this lady crazy? I've been told today by several other lawyers that my husband had a solid case but they did not want to take it until he was illegally terminated, as there they would not make enough money out of it to be worth it. Emily Lewis interrupted me multiple times while on a call less than 4 minutes long. If you can't listen to the facts, how can you say my husband doesn't have a case? She would not even let me finish the first instance and there are dozens that are well documented. The company my husband works for even illegally withheld a portion of his first paycheck when he is under contract and is SALARIED. They still have that money! Explain how that is legal, Emily.
