I am surprised to see this kinda rating for this attorney , I actually was looking to hire Ms. Edwards for a new case. I was very impressed with her work she had done during my 2009 divorce/ custody battle. I felt she took my case very seriously and worked very hard to represent me , my case was extremely complex and she was always on top of things without fail. I do not know the details of the disciplinary action that occured but i do know from experience that Laura Edwards is a excellent, hard working , and caring family law attorney and i would recommend her and hire her again despite the disciplinary action take since my case, thats how confident I am in this attorney.

I have utilized Chris's services several times over the past number of years and have always been pleased with how he handled the situation, the outcome, and how he related to me. I hired Ms. Mehrbani as counsel after interviewing two other highly rated litigation attorneys. Before I met her I was leaning
towards a contract lawyer, but after meeting Ms. Mehrbani and witnessing her command of IP, I didn't hesitate to engage her services.

He was a great go between for us and the insurance companies for the builder. Because of postponed court dates, the litigation took much longer than expected, but Mr. Webert kept working behind the scenes. In the end we settled right before out court date. He has continued to help with all of the wrap up and is always available for questions. I would recommend Mr. Webert highly for any HOA needs..

Bruce was hired for a case that should never have existed as the clients had agreed to arbitration. The co-defendant and plaintiff attorneys made a deal that encouraged the judge to move the case from arbitration to the courts. That could have been a distraction but Mr. Campbell handled the issue professionally and we ultimately settled the case for an insignificant sum compared to the original amount. Having worked with attorneys in the past, I was most impressed with Bruce's knowledge around securities and security regulations, his honesty regarding our chances (multiple plaintiffs), his willingness to listen to my thoughts and answer my questions, and his far thinking planning. In addition, I had the opportunity to sit through a number of court hearings and throughout Bruce was by far the best prepared. I often wondered 1)why the others were not prepared and 2)if they ever took a course in law school around presentations! Not once did Mr. Campbell or his team receive a negative word from the presiding judge (as others did). I firmly believe that because of Bruce's preparation, his delivery style, and his ability to argue a point, the cases were settled out of court for an amount less than we had estimated. If you want a smart attorney who is always prepared, who listens to your desires and is willing to be honest, and who wins then Bruce Campbell is that attorney. I ranked him an excellent in ever category and would without hesitation hire him again.

Ted has been wonderful, attentive, and non-judgmental from the beginning of our communications and has continued to behave in that matter no matter what is thrown his (my) way.

Jim was amazing. We contacted him after consulting with another Attorney that we are not comfortable with. Our issue was with a neighbors bamboo damaging our Cinderblock wall. The neighbor was difficult and said her home owners insurance would not cover it and wanted to leave it at that. Jim advised the neighbor that he felt strongly that the insurance company had some responsibility. Jim then began dealing with the insurance company to reach a fair settlement. I was on a Jury for a complex case in which Mr. Callahan was the Defense Counsel. It would have been easy for him to just go through the motions of defending this client as the prosecution had an incredibly strong case. Mr. Callahan presented his client's story through witnesses with a carefully crafted approach and a human touch. He won, against the odds. I was so proud of him...and of the jury's difficult decision. I would highly recommend him...and if ever needed, would hire him without hesitation.

Yadira Ramirez is an excellent attorney. I was blindsided by false sexual assault allegations. Yadira was always calm, cool and collected. I felt she had my best intentions. She had a lot of patience when I got angry or upset because I didn't understand how the courts work, or how lawyers communicate with the courts, and also the laws. I felt more at ease once when she thoroughly explained how court proceedings take place. Although, I could not ever be fully at ease because of the implications in my case. We had evidence that showed my innocence. But even with that, I still felt anxiety because of how inconsistent the courts in America are. Yadira could have told me that I had a airtight case and that we were going to win in court. But she was honest and said that courts are unpredictable and that she can't guarantee a victory. Which I understand. But she also said that we do have good evidence and that would show favorably for me in court.
Court was set for a Friday, and on Monday my accuser decided she wanted a consent agreement. I did not know what that was, and Yadira thoroughly explained what it was.
The first draft of the consent agreement their attorney sent Yadira was bogus and unfair. Yadira told me to stand firm and not accept the terms. Yadira redlined the document an added language in my favor. Their side sent back another agreement, and Yadira once again said to stand my ground and not accept it...
So finally 2 days before we're supposed to go to court. My accuser and her attorney caved and gave in to our terms and a much more favorable consent agreement, which ended up in a dismissal of my accuser's restraining order against me...
I was extremely anxious and nervous the entire time, 3 months of absolute hell. Yadira gave me my life back and restored a little faith in the legal system. There are lawyers out there that 100% care about their clients and Yadira is absolutely one that cares.
I recommend Yadira for any legal matters regarding restraining orders.

Thomas Ybarra is a highly organized and knowledgeable attorney and I'm so grateful for his attention to detail when it came to my divorce proceedings.
