My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. So, we could rest assured that we wouldn't be caught up in a nightmare with the probate courts. Thank you, Jason, and Ashley what a great feeling to know we made the right decision when we chose you

The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. Both she and Jason were so kind and personable and professional. We had talked to several places before coming here and I’m so glad we did!

I was very lost and had no idea where to go or find the necessary help. Mr Farzad was very responsive immediately, he offered me help and explained my possibilities when unfortunately I was full of fear and also did not know my rights in marriage and in the country, since I am also an immigrant and English is not my first language. From the beginning Peter was very professional, understanding and patient, there were times when I was falling apart emotionally and felt that I could not continue with the process anymore and Peter always had a huge patience and words of encouragement for me to keep going. Do NOT Use this firm theyve scammed me upwards of $10,000 by collecting the money and have not done a single thing and they don’t communicate for months upon months read the other reviews as well. They do the same thing to others I was promised so much and they have not done a single thing. My lawyer didn’t even show up to my court date and said he sent somebody else. I have my life endangered and he was supposed to help me get a restraining order. It has been two months since he has gotten back to me. I have had Sean as my lawyer for a year and he has only lost me everything with no communication.

A Google search and a phone call and we were fortunate to find the absolute best criminal defense law firm in San Diego! The fact that David personally answered the phone and took the time to listen and assess our family member’s situation spoke volumes to us. The entire team at of David Silldorf Law are experienced, professional and aggressive in their pursuit for the best outcome for their clients. We hired David Silldorf, Gary Gibson and Sydney Rusch after that first initial call for our family member in San Diego and we instantly knew we made the right choice. I used Danny's services to set up a Trust, I relied on Danny when I had a business location issue, and I called on Danny when I had a labor dispute. Each time, Danny was there for me. He told me how it was and helped me to the fullest capacity.

I highly recommend Attorney Douglas if your car is a lemon. I drove a brand-new Tesla for a year and had to take it in for service six times due to screen issues.
I researched many lemon attorneys on Avvo and chose this firm because Douglas was the only attorney who explained legal terms in plainEnglish, making sure I understood everything. English is not my first language, and his patience and clarity made me confident I was in good hands. Douglas was kind and took the time to explain everything to me.
Douglas and his team kept me updated on each step and followed up regularly. Although I live in Northern California, working with him from a different city was no issue at all.

When I first reached out to Doug, I was frantic, as I had already wasted time getting bad advice from another firm. Doug and his team understood my urgency and responded in kind. They have been patient with me, clear with what to expect and aggressive with my case. They set me on the right track as far as what I should expect and explained the whole process. Once the paperwork and info were completed, they completely took over. I never had to do anything but wait to hear from them. I leased a beautiful new 2022 RAM 1500 right off the showroom floor. But within just a few hundred miles I was already taking it in for repairs. I took it in 9 or 10 times in less than two years.
Thankfully, I have a lemon-law lawyer in the family, so I called Doug to see if I had a case. He had me gather every work order (pre-work) and invoice (post-repair) and email them to him. The service department didn’t have any problem emailing copies to me, either. THAT made everything so much easier, too.

I conducted many interviews before making the decision to work with Shawn. I familiarized myself with what chapter 7 entailed and most details on how it worked. Many lawyers made up answers to my questions that were not correct according to the law, I felt they were just trying to reel me in. Shawn answered every single question I had precisely and I felt I could work with him even after 15 minutes of talking to him over the phone. I had my doubts with the process since my case was decently complex compared to most, but he alleviated me of all my anxieties throughout the process.
