We bought a brand new 2020 cyclone rv July 5, 2019.
We had nothing but problems with it from the very
first day. From holes drilled in the drain pipe for the sink
to lights strobing in the living area and master bedroom,
to awning arms breaking, water leaking in the door to the
kitchen, back ramp door filling with water,
we even had a situation where the rod for the rear bunks
came out and the right seat crashed down and hit my son
in the back. Bubbling around the roof, lights burned out all over.
it was so bad that every single time that we went to use the rv
I had to go pick it up from the repair center, use it, then return
it to the repair center. It got so bad that I was dealing with heartland
directly. I had my own direct number to a supervisor at heartland.
He would call me or I would call him and we would go over the warranty items
and he would tell me he was approving them line by line as I was on the phone
with him. I would go to pick up my rig and nothing would be repaired! I would
send an email to him 3-5 days later I would get a response that everything
was approved. 4-6 weeks later I would go to use my rig again and nothing
would be fixed. They would print the work orders and show me in black
and white that everything had been denied. This went on for 1.5 yrs. I got tired of it.
Warranties were expiring or expired and nothing was getting fixed. So in late
January 2021 I made 3 calls to different attorneys. I left messages with
all 3 giving a brief explanation of what was going on and the problems
I was having/dealing with. Tony was the only one who returned my call and within
5 min. I spent over 30 min with him over the phone. He listened to every word that I had to say.
He took notes asked me questions so he fully understood my dilemma and then
Made some suggestions to me of what to do next. The last thing he said to me before
we hung up was “ hang in there and if you ever need anything else call me and ill do
whatever I can to help you”. Well 6 weeks later I called him again and hired him to do a demand
letter. I had hundreds of emails back and forth with heartland. I had videos of the damage, 30-40 repair
orders from 3 different repair facilities, that he had to go through. Within a week he had prepared a
demand letter, sent it to heartland and received a response from upper management. 1 week and he
was already further up the chain than I got in 1.5 yrs. He didn’t stop there like a normal attorney would
have considering I only paid him to do a demand letter. He kept on with them back and forth until we
reached an agreement. We are in the final phases now with heartland and of course we agreed to hire
him on for the negotiations at a separate rate. Tony saved us big time. For what he did for us and is still
currently doing for us was way more and way over the top of what he charged us. There is no way that I
could have accomplished what he’s done. I would recommend his law firm to anyone who needs help
not with just issues like mine but any issues you have. If you want someone who never stops fighting for
you, Tony is the man you want on your side. I won’t divulge our settlement but I will say that we are
extremely pleased with the results, especially considering what it cost us. All this and my wife and have
never physically met Tony. Many many conversations and emails later he got it done!! Thank you again

I used Conticello, PA to obtain legal advice on how to proceed with a Florida based vacation company. Due to COVID, we had to cancel our travel plans and as a result, the company issued a travel voucher for the full balance we originally paid. When we re-booked the trip, they sold us insurance to cover the value of the travel voucher, however, when we had to cancel our plans again, we found out that insurance doesn't cover travel vouchers and the company was also unwilling to give us our voucher back (1 time use only). Anthony answered all of calls/questions and provided several options for us to proceed. Within 1 day of sending a demand letter, the company was willing to reissue us our travel voucher. Anthony also checked in with us to ensure we were able to redeem the voucher without any issues. Without his help we would have lost a significant amount of money as well as a family trip. We were extremely happy with his services and would highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, patient and most importantly, effective!

I ended up having everything covered for any treatments, bills, medications, and vehicle replacement after having this firm handle my case and what's more is they recovered my lost wages as well as pain and suffering from having things dragged out by the at fault driver changing their story and the insurance giving me the run around on top of all of the struggle of my injuries and everything that came with them. Adam Ellis in my opinion is one the most awesome human beings our family has ever had the pleasure of meeting. He believed in our son when nobody else did. So many times the parents can be treated very rudely, kept in the dark, Etc. Mr. Ellis not only kept our son informed, but my husband & myself as well. I called Adam as a referral, and he met the next day with me in my office, which helped me a lot since I could not leave work. I was a basket case, and he was so calm and professional that I immediately knew I was in good hands. He got me in contact with a DMV lawyer to handle that part of the problem and he even attended the DMV hearing! That meant that he had first hand knowledge about the officers testimony, so he didn't have to wait for a transcript to proceed with his motions. He attended all of the court appearances for me, which saved me that time away from work. He knows the litigators and judges at the court very well, so he was able to give me guidance as to what I could most likely expect if we went to trial. He obtained the video evidence and the police reports, met with me to review it together and gave me his opinion about my case. He had already contacted the prosecutor to talk about a plea, and after seeing the videos he filed a motion to suppress. After he filed the motion, he worked with the prosecutor and secured a deal, two days before the hearing to suppress, that I am very pleased with. After the court appearance to accept the plea agreement, he went with me to the parole office to be sure I was okay there, and has proactively checked with me to be sure things are going well and providing me with the paperwork needed to seal the record. Throughout it all, Adam kept me informed about what was going on and what he was doing. I have heard of some cases dragging on for months and months, but I wanted a quick resolution. In two months, Adam had everything resolved for me, and I'm delighted with the outcome.

Background - I was a landlord (in this case) and had some deadbeat tenants who were doing everything they could to avoid paying rent. Lies, excuses - and I was trying to be nice to them. It was completely my fault for allowing things to go on as long as they did, and after I finally got them out of the house, they owed me in excess of $6000 in unpaid rent, not to mention late fees and the work I had to do to get the house back into shape. I tried to no avail to work privately with them, to get them to start paying me something... anything.
Long story short, I got fed up with their lies and excuses, and found out that they actually were "saving (my) money to get married and buy a house" - much different from their sob story of "I lost my job and we can barely make it!" I was angry to say the least.
Mr. Ellis was recommended to me by a personal friend and after meeting with him, I was feeling much better. He assured me that while I may or may not end up with exactly what they owed, he would see it out until the end.
After the initial papers were filed with the court, the ex-tenants were served a suit. We handily won the suit and it came time for the damages hearing... This is another area where Mr. Ellis stood out with his insight, only looking out for my best interest. Although we won the suit, Adam informed me that through wage garnishment and other court appointed methods, it could take years for me to see anything, and it would possibly come in very slowly. I was already out the money, and I preferred to see a lump sum, or larger payments that would actually make a difference coming into my account. He was able to negotiate a very nice, short payment plan with large monthly payments coming in to me from the defendants. He also had the forethought to include a clause providing an effective double judgement if they default even one day on a payment. I have already received my first money order (no checks, deadbeats!!) thanks to Mr. Ellis and his hard work. Throughout the entire process, he was very efficient, timely, and professional. He actually had to wait on me! I was kept informed and he even sent me a link so that I could check on the status of my case online. I will not hesitate to call on Mr. Ellis for ALL of my future attorney needs. I could not give a higher recommendation in regards to his performance, tenacity, and the favorable outcome to my situation. THANKS ADAM!!!

I retained Robert 6 years ago for an appeal of a case which had dragged on for 5 years. He won the appeal handily. The case was remanded back to the lower court and Robert assumed that litigation as well, as he was familiar with the case. Robert brought the case to a successful conclusion, although it dragged on for another 5 years. Robert goes above and beyond the normal Attorney/Client relationship with constant communication and personal support.

Mr. Finnerty was assigned to my case almost four years after its original pre Covid filing date in 2019 tasking him with a tremendous amount of catching up to do.
