I contacted Tasha after trying to handle my divorce alone to no resolve. Tasha had me re-filed and divorced in less time than I had waited for my initial court date when I filed alone. She had my family's best interest at heart, and I was able to focus on my kids while she handled everything for me. Her office staff was great to work with as well. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Anthony. He made a very difficult situation manageable. He heard both sides of a long history and attempted to help move things forward in my divorce process. Anthony was open and upfront from day one. He offered us an understanding of the process and was clear about fees and costs from the very beginning. I have learned that mediation is not for everyone, but it is truly the better of options. I contacted Attorney Karpf after my initial lawyer withdrew due to my inability to pay mounting legal fees. I was in the middle of a highly contested divorce and only three weeks away from my Pre-Trial hearing—a very stressful and uncertain time.
Attorney Karpf took the time to thoroughly review my case and provide valuable advice and consulting services, even though I was unable to retain him as my primary attorney for financial reasons. His expertise and guidance were instrumental in helping me navigate the complexities of my case until its resolution.
What also stood out was the level of communication. Attorney Karpf promptly and thoughtfully addressed all my urgent concerns, providing clear and practical solutions. His professionalism, deep knowledge of family law, and ethical approach gave me a sense of reassurance during one of the most difficult times in my life.
Finally, and I have to mention it because it is important in a divorce, Attorney Karpf's fees were clear, honest, and affordable, which is not always easy to find in such a contentious and highly emotionally charged process.
My only regret is not meeting Attorney Karpf from the very beginning of my divorce proceedings. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in need of a skilled and principled family law attorney.

Attorney Massaro was a tremendous help to me this month with a very contentious child custody case vs. My son's Mother. She got the situation resolved to my liking very quickly and efficiently, despite the opposition's flair for invented drama and false statements. Truthfully, most lawyers don't take on contentious case like mine in short notice but Attorney Massaro is on top of her game and went above and beyond. I highly recommend.

Attorney Paul Moraski is THE BEST criminal defense lawyer! When my son was falsely accused of a crime that he didnt commit and all the cards were stacked against him, we felt defeated. We called multiple lawyers and had multiple consultations and each lawyer agreed to take his case but they all wanted him to plead guilty. This would have meant my son pleading guilty for something he didn't do, having a permanent conviction record, possible jail time, license suspension, fines, and court fees. I understand that this was the fastest, easiest, and least costly way out but this would have had a huge negative effect on my sons life and his career. He would not being able to work in his profession and run his current business. He worked so hard to get where he is by going to college, his internships and now owning and running his own business. This entire ordeal was a devastating blow to my family and we were so blessed and grateful that we found Paul! ( He asked us to call him Paul during our first meeting) We knew from the first consultation that we needed to hire him! He was the first lawyer out of many that believed in my son and believed we had a strong case and didn't want him to just plead guilty. This entire thing was foreign territory for us. Paul was very knowledgeable through the entire process, he explained things to us in detail and kept my family in the loop the entire way during my sons case. We couldnt afford to retain a lawyer, but Paul worked with us on payment plans! Paul was very professional in and outside of court and is also a very sharp dresser! I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for a great defense lawyer!

We found ourselves in the middle of a legal process that we knew very little about. We had worked with another attorney for earlier stages of the process and we were not confident about how to approach the path forward… and then we hired Nicole Levy. Nicole immediately put us at ease. She was knowledgeable about the entire legal process and guided us forward all while taking our ideas into account, moving us in a direction that we were all comfortable and confident with. My referral to Pam Schaefer occurred during a very confusing and stressful time.
My original attorney, who had very ably represented me, knew that there were remaining issues after the final ruling that would necessitate ongoing litigation. He was not keen on this, as he had developed an antipathy to my ex-wife.
He suggested someone different, and recommended someone he had very high regard for. I was apprehensive, needless to say.

Michael Reinhardt is a fantastic attorney to whom I will be forever grateful. He is friendly, caring, capable and experienced. I messed up badly several year’s ago and was caught red-handed, in the act. I was arrested, jailed, and charged with a felony criminal offense that carried a mandatory minimum sentence of eighteen months imprisonment. The outcome - guilty - seemed inevitable, and I dreaded the consequences. Michael Reinhardt represented me during the many court appearances I had to make. He explained the various stages of the judicial proceedings, and contacted me regularly to discuss progress and the strategy he was following to best defend me.
Remarkably, after much consultation and discussions, Michael managed to have the charges against me dropped altogether - to my immense relief of not just me, but my entire family, all of whom had been living under a cloud of anxiety. My husband admitted to threatening to kill me in front our mediator at Next Phase Legal, the mediator quit a month later. I asked for the documents showing that my husband admitted this and I was told by the owner via email to file a restraining order if I feel threatened and refused to give me the documents. Added after owner commented: The comments written by the owner in response are not accurate and I can post photos of emails and our correspondence so you can make an informed decision to choose or not to choose this mediation firm.

Although no one wants to go thru a divorce, Stephen at NextPhase made the process seamless. He walked us thru the process and over the course of several meetings we discussed and came to an agreement on topics such as custody, child support, selling or keeping marital assets, life insurance, 401k, etc. I would recommend NextPhase for mediation.

I have worked with next phase legal to help me with my child custody case. Stephen and his paralegal Karen have been such big help in helping me with my case. I have worked with a lawyer in the past and she had told me that with my situation with getting full custody that she wouldn’t be able to help me. Stephen has helped me in so many ways and was very knowledgeable with ever question that I had asked. I had worked through the portal app that they have used and have received all my paperwork and documents. It was great being able to see everything that has been sent to the courts and back and forth. It helped me to keep track of my payments and was a great form of communication between us. When it was obvious that my marriage was at an end, I retained Judy’s counsel on the advice of another friend who was going through the process. Judy has been practicing in family law her entire legal career and it shows in her level of expertise and experience.
On the first four-way call with my spouse and her counsel, Judy demonstrated her command of divorce law and basically wiped the floor (in a polite way) with the opposing counsel. Apparently, my spouse felt the same way and promptly hired a new attorney.
Fortunately, my spouse was amicable, and we agreed to the terms of the separation. Her new attorney wrote up a first draft of the Agreement and after review, Judy felt the Agreement was too vague and poorly written, so she basically rewrote the whole thing. Judy also took the time to review the Agreement with me line by line and ensured that I was very clear on the more salient terms and legal jargon.
The overall process went smoothly, and Judy made sure to inform me of the process and communicated strategy the whole time. She was very accessible and responsive whenever I had a question.
My only regret in working with Judy is that I didn’t heed her sage counsel early on hoping that I could somehow save the marriage.
Additionally, as a favor to me and because she has a high degree of empathy, Judy agreed to speak with my sister regarding her divorce which is a nightmare. My sister was so impressed with Judy that she tried to retain her, however Judy explained that sometimes it’s best not to make a change when three years into the process with other counsel.
Lastly, while Judy is a rockstar, she has a great band working with/for her. Everyone I interacted with at Egan law was highly talented and capable in their roll.
The process of divorce is very difficult and painful and I thank God that was able to retain Judy’s representation.

David was very professional during the whole divorce case. He appeared to run laps around his opposing counsel during my divorce. His knowledge and legal talent is the best I have ever seen or dealt with. He skillfully negotiated the best possible outcome for me in my divorce. He kept me informed at all times, and he was always available for questions, even finding the best way out of several difficult legal quagmires. He put a complex case settlement together in a timely manner. I find he was reasonable with his fees, he kept my costs minimal, and he was more than fair with me overall. If you need someone who is honest and knows his stuff - hire him.
My case was complicated- other attorney was interested in her own earnings and tried to drag things along just to bill.

Bad experience with this law firm.. We as a seller were suppose to receive wire transfer, in which we requested and paid for, did not receive on sane day of closing from this attorney.. The reason being they were incompetent to put in correct acct number.. Wire was suppose to be done on a Wednesday. We didn’t get our transfer until following Monday..Never nice did they try to compensate us for there “mistake”
