Dena Dionne is the best lawyer I've ever met! She's refuses to drop a case. I parked in her parking space, and she asked me to move. I said don't worry about it, we'll move. She spent the next 5 minutes berating me to get down to the bottom of it. She continued to question me when I moved my car around the corner. She is a relentless lawyer, who will not stop until she gets justice! She even took pictures of my license plate, meaning she does her homework. I am an upstanding citizen who rarely has trouble with the law. But next time I do, guess where I'm going.? Dionne & White!

Attorney Greenberg was everything I could of asked for and more in my Workers Compensation case. He always kept me informed of things pertaining to the case. He makes himself readily available to you night or day 7 days a week, therefore if you had a question or something came up he was there to assist you. He took the time to explain everything to me, He kept me informed throughout this 2 year process in order to receive what I was entitled to. He and his assistant Marianne were wonderful to work with, always looking out for me and keeping me informed throughout. I would recommend Attorney Greenberg and his office to anyone needing representation especially Workers Compensation. The attorney was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him for service.

Vicki Shemin and Jonathan Fields represented me for a simple divorce. It was a short-term marriage with no children. No discovery was done and we only appeared in Court twice, once for a motion hearing and again to present a full settlement agreement. The emergency motion was filed by my ex-husband and only necessary due to Attorney Shemim’s advice for me to change the locks to our former marital home. This was an action I wouldn’t have taken otherwise, ultimately escalated the amount of animosity in the case and the judge disapprovingly viewed as a form of self-help.
Somehow this all amounted to attorney’s fees exceeding $82,000, the last $19,000 or so I am being repeatedly hounded for while several requests to discuss my billing continue to be ignored. Their paralegal has an hourly rate comparable to what many firms charge for a mid-level associate, and over billed for simple administrative tasks (i.e. two hours to divide the numbers on my biweekly paycheck in half). This was not a high-net worth case, there were no unusual or extraordinary issues to be dealt with, and the total amount billed for a matter that was resolved in less than a year actually exceeded the amount I received as a settlement. I would have ended up in a better position financially if I didn’t have counsel at all. I ended up negotiating the final terms of the settlement directly with my ex anyway.
Perhaps this firm is great for those who are extremely wealthy where the total amount of legal fees is of no concern, but for anyone like myself, making a living as an RN, expect to pay top-notch prices while consistently being treated as a low-priority client. There are certainly better options out there.

Was given an appointment was told 8 to 8000 to 10,000 to retain this lawyer when I hadn’t even had a consult first I wanted to know if I should be retaining a lawyer I wanted to ask the question and they want eight to $10,000 to retain this lawyer it’s bogus they said they would call they never called the lady I spoke to on the phone was so rude Very rude. I can’t even believe she does customer service that’s OK that’s not the problem. The problem is I don’t think Lawyer even knows what’s happening on the phone when his secretary speaks where they’re coming from but I don’t get how they handled that I waited two days to hear from this lawyer and then that’s what I got , I’ll give you two stars that

Representing myself against Jason, I’m appalled and shocked how simple procedural tasks (like ensuring opposing counsel has memorandum 3 days before trial) are not completed on time.
He took over for another attorney… but they missed a perjury hearing with the magistrate
And then he said, paraphrasing of course “Lawyers aren’t under oath so we can’t be committed of perjury”
Your client wasn’t given the statement so nobody can be charged here…
So you’re saying it’s ok to lie in court? As there are no ramifications- what about the board of ethics?
No attempt to settle - he’s like most attorneys -> a GLORIFIED SALESMAN that needs to know the law but only job is to take as much money from his clients rather than advise them to settle

We found ourselves in the middle of a legal process that we knew very little about. We had worked with another attorney for earlier stages of the process and we were not confident about how to approach the path forward… and then we hired Nicole Levy. Nicole immediately put us at ease. She was knowledgeable about the entire legal process and guided us forward all while taking our ideas into account, moving us in a direction that we were all comfortable and confident with. Nicole communicated with us frequently and clearly throughout all of the stages and made sure that we were adequately prepared. Our only regret is that we didn’t hire Nicole earlier in the process. I hired Bill after firing a top divorce attorney who is now a state rep.
He doesn't have a big law firm behind him, nor a fancy downtown Boston office, but he was a pit bull from day 1. He went the extra yard by hiring a software consultant to check my PC for viruses and spyware left by my ex. He dotted every i and crossed every t.
Even after our court appearance in front of one of the toughest divorce judges in Concord (MA) district court, he advised me the best when my own judgement was foggy. During the entire divorce process, I always felt he had my back. Even after the divorce was final and my ex came after me again, Bill was there for me. I can't imagine going through the process with anyone else.

My lawyer recommended Judge Smoot for a highly contested divorce involving both division of assets and parenting plan.
Judge Smoot’s background is as a judge, he told us literally what a judge would most likely do and gave his fair feedback. Sometimes my ex did not like this and sometimes i did not. That is the point of mediation. He was especially great at keeping my ex’s rage under control and keeping all feelings leveled.
I should add that both Judge Smoot and the office managers and assistants were very pleasant, kind and caring. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

A lawyer you can actually like. Russell is exceptional in both his knowledge and his execution...and I feel he truly cares for his clients. Service like this is old school and he is a dying breed. I first ran into him in a court battle over some contiguous land and he was excellent then. He handled an extra alimony request from my ex with class and efficiency. The main point is the end result was fairness. When we go to an attorney we seek fairness.........and when Russel is involved, fairness is supplied. I can't think of a more perfect business for him than mediation. Fairness is all people want, and he understands that concept completely and has the perfect manor to continue to offer fairness to those in need.

While on a local news z podcast attorney Roman has blatantly lied, she while working the Read court case made a claim that another reporter was given a brand new Lexus by Karen Reads bro to pursued his follower’s along with a prospective jurors? By this Tim the state police etc. went through Kearneys bank statements etc and it was proved the reporter bought Veh. himself! Seeing the type of law she practices I now wonder if I’m going to use her on my own legal issues. Do ur research guys there are many many good law abiding lawyers in Massachusetts.

Jennifer comes in full throttle making unfounded & harmful accusations against the other side that may yield initial results, but as proceedings continue and trial arrives she loses stamina. She may prepare great motions, or, hold a thorough deposition, yet she lacks not her preparation, but being able to read the judge, courtroom and overall direction at that moment. I don't believe she understands her client's weaknesses is happy to take their money and simply focuses on their desires, I find this approach to be a recipe for a let down client. Of course talented but also lacking in being able to think on her feet. A GREAT attorney prepares but can also switch gears at crucial times as a result of the natural unpredictability in the court room-I found this element hugely lacking. She also struggles to rise to the respectful unspoken interaction with other members against the bar and shows emotions in what I believe to be an unprofessional way.

I'm deeply grateful for Jennifer's guidance throughout my not-quite-typical divorce process. I sought her out because of her family mediation experience, as I hoped my (now ex) husband would be amenable to mediation. Despite my ex not being willing to negotiate at any level, I still wanted to be represented by someone with a mediation mindset but who was also adept at litigation.
