I knew from the getgo that Sheryl was going to have my back and give me the support I needed throughout my divorce. Sheryl, Christine and Don guided me through 4 plus years of a very difficult divorce. Sheryl was always there to support me and also not afraid to tell me when I was not taking the right position or giving in too easily. She and all of her attorneys are sharp, diligent, strategic, professional and supportive. No-one wants to go through a divorce but having Sheryl and her team on my side made the process more bearable. Even when they were delivering tough news, I always knew I was getting good advice and they were looking out for my best interests. I hope I never have to go through this process again...but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call Sheryl.

I honestly feel that I could not have been represented better. From the moment I walked into the office I was treated with professionalism and a true sense of caring from everyone in the office. I’m sure my case is not unique. I was not going through a divorce, my girlfriend was, but I needed to quash subpoenas that were filed from her ex-husband‘s attorney.. I can’t believe the speed and thoroughness that had taken place within one day to eliminate the subpoenas against me. I would 100% recommendSeiden family law if you’re ever involved in a marital separation or divorce proceeding. Genevieve Blazini is a wonderful individual, She was kind and understanding; while also being effective in dealing with my case. What I like about her was that she didn't sugar coat things, even if I didn't want to hear it. Which is frustrating at the time but ultimately helps you plan for the inevitable. Divorce with children is terrible, especially when you have a difficult ex. She made it real by being honest with me which ultimately made the process a lot smoother. In February of 2023 I was hospitalized as a result of a serious accident that required months of
rehabilitation as well as surgery. While hospitalized, I contacted the Starr, Gern, Davidson &
Rubin law firm for legal representation. The firm had successfully represented my mother in a
legal matter several years earlier. David Wendel was assigned as my personal injury attorney.
David asked very pertinent questions involving the accident. He also made very helpful
recommendations concerning medical treatment and rehabilitation specialists that would assist
in my recovery. I followed his advice and the medical specialists that he recommended helped

Rotem is the FOURTH attorney I’ve hired for child custody/support. Thank god I came across this firm, I guess the fourth time is the charm. I wouldn’t ask for a better representing lawyer as Benjamin Hoffman. I reached out to them to get my kids rights in the house we live in, after their father took me to court and tried to claim half of the house despite our agreement before the divorce.
Benjamin was very attentive, listened to me and all the case details carefully during the initial consultation before I even hired them. He knew exactly my family’s circumstances and thought of every way to protect my children’s rights, always discussing progress and all the document details with me. Making sure I know all my choices and all the possible results. Very punctuate and would accommodate my work schedule to make sure I am able to talk to him. He used every piece of evidence I gave him perfectly and got my kids their rights in their house back.
Every person I dealt with in the staff was very respectful and pleasant. Even the billing department.

Mrs. Mccaskill, Jennifer has been nothing but lovely to me and helped me out when I needed it the most. Michael's appeal saved my medical malpractice case by winning the main claim in my case. Thank you, Michael !
Michael's expertise and commitment made this happen. Michael has been supportive and always available through this process. He is trustworthy, altruistic, and down to earth. I must add Michael's lack of greed and willingness to work with his clients on the financial part of the appeal was another reason it was possible for me to go forward with the appeal.
After having a malpractice attorney with 40 years of experience that was able to significantly hurt my case was devastating to me. No one should have to go through that.
Michael was able to put the pieces of my case together and convince the Appellate Court that the lower court erred on a decision, which really hurt my case.
If I didn't have Michael to do my appeal, I'm not sure where I would be today in terms of my case. I can now proceed with confidence that my case will be settled or won.
Michael is the best ! He's in it to win it. I can't say it enough times, I am so grateful and thankful for Michael and his firm.

I was at a point in a medical malpractice case where a judgment summary left me deciding, do I go forward with an appeal or not. The original attorney who represented me no longer wanted to remain on my case. I knew my case had merit to it, so I decided to pursue an Appeals Attorney. I called Hegge and Confusione and spoke to Michael Confusione. I immediately had a good feeling about him. He listened to me, he was non-judgmental, and spoke to me in a down to earth manner. I consulted with John initially, and thought I couldn’t afford him. To my dismay, I retained another lawyer who was decent but didn’t safeguard issues the way John had outlined in our initial consultation. Unfortunately, due to lack of prevention in my initial trial proceedings, another motion was filed against me, and I then retained his services. I spent over $10k from not utilizing his advice and suggestions. I could have spent less than half of that, if I would have retained him the first time. I cannot promise you that he can save the world; but he will advise you appropriately. He will not let you indulge in the abyss of desire that will never come to fruition. He and his associate, Tom, were up front and honest about what to expect and predict. I’m pleased with his practice and services. He’s reasonable and down to earth. If you need answers to simple questions, subscribe to his YouTube Channel or newsletter. I learned the best way to save money, is to go to him prepared with your documents organized. He’ll handle the rest.

I found Sameer on google while looking for an immigration lawyer and I was sure that I wanted to work with him after reading his reviews, he helped me initially in getting my green card and helped clarify all my questions about it.
I reached out to him again to take help in getting my green card renewed where he guided me about the entire process on getting the condition removed from my marriage based green card.
Unfortunately due to my budget I could not work with him (which I really wanted too) but

I am a Father and my daughter wanted to live with me and attend school closer to my home (I wanted to enroll her into private school) so that would mean I would need to become the primary parent of residence. I thought it would be impossible to get that changed because I also have a career as a firefighter so my work schedule rotates and its 24 hour shifts. Carolina assisted me with an ongoing matter that I had with a neighbor in the apartment complex I lived in. For over 1 year, we had multiple complaints with these neighbors to the building management that included several calls to the local police department. Unfortunately, our building management didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Our complaints really fell on deaf ears.

I called her office and Im surprised that she picks up her own calls NO Secretaries! She kept me posted at all times delivers result and I mean even weekends and very late night she's up working on your case. She is not a greedy lawyer, although SHE DOES HAVE A RIGHT TO BE... I tell her accurate info and soon as she asked me to read and review her documentations and letters I do it, and she reciprocate and goes above and beyond her clients cooperation.... THAT'S THE KIND OF LAWYER SHE IS, she does not say a lot at first, she listens to you and lets her client weigh in their options, she wont instigate fight between her client and the other parties just to earn a living... but she surely wont let her client end up as loser.... My ex's lawyer was very greedy and very ghetto... NOT JULIE... she's very calm, classy and as a matter of fact when we were in the court, random people approached her and told her " YOU ARE VERY SHARP AND CLASSY UNLIKE OTHER LAWYERS, THEYRE ALL MOUTH AND YET THEIR BRAINS ARE EMPTY", and when our case has received judgement she even had to help the other lawyer figure out what to do next. She comes in prepared and organize and on time, if not half an hour early. Ive not seen any lawyer ever before like her and my Dad was a lawyer he was very kind and very smart, but JULIE?... We hired Mrs. Julie Warshaw's for Guardianship and Special Education Law services. Throughout she was kind, understanding, patient and very diligent. Guardianship was completed very efficiently within a few weeks. Even for the special education services her approach was different than others. While discussing the matter she would even use the nicer words for the other party too. Saying let us understand their point of view and resolve the matter. Unlike some others professionals who will bash the other party during the first appointment but will be less responsive once the contract for services is signed. But we saw her same level of commitment as the case went on. As others also mentioned she is really an attorney with a heart! She is extremely knowledgeable about all the topics too. Look, no one wants to find a lawyer. It is not awesome, and doing it, well, is daunting for those of us who aren't really accustomed to "legal" stuff.
That said, I found myself in that spot. I connected with Greg Kirschenbaum, and he really changed my mind about lawyers (on most things). He was personable, as he took the time to listen and understand the annoying details of the situation and the nuances and things that I cared about. He represented my interests well and kept me informed and comfortable with the process and events. I don't have anything bad to say about my time as a client with Greg; it was quite the opposite. If, and I doubt it, but if I find myself in that situation again, or something akin, I would call Greg before anyone I know or could look up.
