Look, no one wants to find a lawyer. It is not awesome, and doing it, well, is daunting for those of us who aren't really accustomed to "legal" stuff.
That said, I found myself in that spot. I connected with Greg Kirschenbaum, and he really changed my mind about lawyers (on most things). He was personable, as he took the time to listen and understand the annoying details of the situation and the nuances and things that I cared about. He represented my interests well and kept me informed and comfortable with the process and events. I don't have anything bad to say about my time as a client with Greg; it was quite the opposite. If, and I doubt it, but if I find myself in that situation again, or something akin, I would call Greg before anyone I know or could look up.

This law firm was a complete disaster. I had a horrible experience with them and strongly advise against using their services. They are the epitome of incompetence.
The partner I worked with, Karl Norgaard, came across as intelligent and personable, but his actions did not match his words. He assigned my case to the most incompetent attorney I have ever encountered, Milica Fatovich.
Milica refused to listen to my suggestions, thinking she was always right, and when it turned out I was correct, she tried to take credit for it. She spent more time talking and repeating obvious things than actually working on my case. Essentially, she was just a paper pusher, forwarding emails from the opposing attorneys without checking the content or providing creative ideas to help or advocate for my case.
The firm completely mishandled my case, forcing me to agree to terms I didn't want. They promised to get me what was agreed upon, but in the end, nothing was true. They claimed ignorance and refused to correct the issues or demand the other side adhere to the agreed terms. They only seemed to care about ensuring they got paid their exorbitant fees directly from the settlement.

Karl provided excellent legal representation in protecting me from a very difficult and aggressive tenant who would not vacate my home at the end of the lease, and even had the audacity to sue me for not renewing the lease, when it was within my legal rights.
This whole ordeal, along with the bullying from my tenant and the huge fear of navigating in the unfamiliar legal process and court systems, was mentally, emotionally and physically difficult. Karl provided a sense of peace, and perfectly handled the case and all subsequent matters with competence, sympathy and understanding. His whole team were also amazing with direct, efficient communication.

Made math errors while having all the detail that cost me thousands of dollars. Promised to meet me for the closing and never called. Then shared that the Judge made his decision and the closing wasn't important. I watched the other side press an outstanding closing and not leaving a stone unturned. He told me the Judge doesn't like you. Several attorneys later explained it had to do with the delivery and the closing is as important, LAZY!

I had an employment related case about a year ago. Although some lawyers thought it would be hard to prove that I was terminated because of discrimination, Seth accepted my case. He was very sharp, knowledgeable, patient and professional, and most of all, he was really kind. He was not the type of aggressive lawyer, but he definitely got things done in his own polite yet effective ways. My previous employer totally ignored my claim before Seth stepped in. He immediately found the right party to talk to and started negotiating on my case. In the end, I got a very good settlement that I deserved. It was really great service and I would highly recommend Seth. In addition, the fee was contingent and the amount was very reasonable, unlike some lawyers who charge a ridiculous amount even before they sit down to talk with you.
While I was dealing with one of the worst situations in life, it was a great and pleasant experience working with Seth!

I am a client of R&A and we just wrapped up a post-divorce case where the adversary got stomped. Everything the opposing party asked for got denied outright AND I was awarded attorney's fees. Amy K., and her team, gave her the business in a convoluted jurisdiction case wrought with lies by compiling and filing THOROUGH documents and information necessary to prove our case. It's not enough to believe you are right, you have to prove it with evidence within the confines of the lens the court is looking through. R&A did exactly that. I am extremely grateful to have met Mr. Jeremy Klausner of Jeremy Klausner Law P.C and retain him as my attorney.
As the work on my case progressed, his knowledge of law and his professional skills and ability to grasp the nuances and handle complicated situations became evident.
There are differences between law firms. Mr. Jeremy Klausner has clearly demonstrated this difference with his astute judgement and actions, sound and steadfast guidance, which has led me through an adverse situation. He has always been straightforward in his dealings and has found perspectives that lead to solutions.
In my particular situation, his abilities were a great asset when we were “on the frontline” where there is no time to think. This is where I valued his experience, his broad knowledge of law which was enhanced by his knowledge of accounting, and that he could use all his knowledge to take a firm stand from a clear point of view.
In another incident which impressed me, is when Jeremy put my interest above his own. He clearly explained the value as well as the limits of the effectiveness of his abilities and the importance and timing of when to bring in another expert that would benefit my situation.
Although this course of action adversely affected Jeremy personally, by following his selfless guidance and retaining outside expertise made a positive difference in my case.
He also has a personal code, which I realized after observing the manner in which he conducted all his interactions with integrity, courtesy and consideration, and this ‘code’ was extended to all his dealings with everyone (with his clients as well as opposing counsel too).

We had some issues with undisclosed easement on our property when we bought it. We emailed to maybe 20 attorneys in the area and Jeremy was the only one who was willing to help us.
Mr. Krauser was very professional and easy to deal with. He really cares about his clients and his fees were very reasonable. Bruce is very down to earth and will give you his best estimate of what is about to happen each step of the way. He is not a 'yes' man; although he is aware he is working for you, his honesty shines through even when it isn't the answer you were hoping for. To say our case was a tough one is an understatement. Most talking points were met with opposing views. Needless to say, most meetings were intense, resulting in a more-than-typical number of meetings to finish. There were many times when it looked like mediation may not be for us; however, Nick DeMetro stuck with us and patiently guided us through this tumultuous process. He was invested in helping us find a common ground.

After meeting with a few mediators, we finally settled on Nicholas and we are very happy that we did.
He was a really good listener who asked us the right questions so we could arrive at a fair agreement. His rate was extremely competitive and he was very efficient during our meetings (we got a lot done in each session), While the process in general is a stressful one, his supportive approach made it comfortable and safe.
He was a man of his word - he did everything that he said he would and he never surprised us with unexpected charges. He also articulated the whole process well and by the time we met with the judge, we had everything that we needed and we were well prepared.
