I had a deeply troubling experience with Attorney Raj Saddah and his firm. Initially, everything seemed fine, but the situation took a turn for the worse when my assigned attorney left the firm. As I was nearing the end of my case, I chose to follow my attorney to her new firm, believing it was in my best interest.
Since then, Raj Saddah's firm has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite having funds in escrow, they have been bombarding me with exorbitant bills and threatening me with collections and legal action. It’s baffling to me why they are trying to garnish my wages when they already hold money that should cover any outstanding fees.
I have reached out multiple times seeking clarification and resolution, but my attempts to communicate have been met with silence. It seems like my former attorney's departure has led to vindictive actions from Raj Saddah’s firm. The lack of professionalism and courtesy in handling this matter is beyond disappointing.
It feels like my situation is being used as leverage in a personal vendetta between Raj Saddah and my former attorney. This kind of behavior is not only insensitive but also highly unethical. I should not be caught in the crossfire of a dispute between a law firm and a former employee.
If you’re considering working with this firm, I strongly advise against it. Their defensive responses to similar complaints, coupled with their inability to separate personal grievances from professional service, raise serious concerns. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for legal representation.

Unprofessional and predatory billing practices. My family was quoted a rate for a foreclosure of around 15,000, and the price nearly doubled. The day before filing foreclosure, the law office demanded payment for services or they would refuse to file documents my family had already paid over $25,000 for. We were then charged over $12,000 in late fees during the time we sought arbitration to clarify the unreasonableness of these fees. An arbitrator found many of their fees unreasonable - including fees for reading a blank email, and 5% flat fee for expenses without any justification. Would not recommend - please BEWARE

I had a great experience with Barbara Cowen during a dark time in my life. Divorce for a man is a scary time, but Mrs Cowen made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout the process. Amy Cores is professional, knows the laws, always made herself available anytime (even weekends), and took the time to explain actions in my case. Several times in the courthouse while Amy was not near me for a moment, other attorneys approached me telling me that she was the best in NJ and that I was in good hands. I certainly did not need the reassurance that I selected the right attorney but more impressed that her fellow colleagues spoke so highly of her.

I had three different attorney's during my divorce and she was the worse by far. During a hearing she was actually asking me what questions she should ask the witness. Was totally unprepared. To add insult to injury tried to double charge for her time. Due to her I missed 3 months with my children despite a court order saying I should have them every other week. Was prepared to offer less time with my children than a court order that was already in place. Once I changed attorneys their first course of action was to fix the mess created by Amy by reinstating an order that was already in place. In my opinion I would stay away from her at all cost.

I worked with Gina when buying my ex husband out of our house. It was highly contentious, and he and I were at an impasse. I was really on the verge of losing my home because of what he was demanding. Had a consultation with this lawyer based on my friends great recommendation. Not only I left the consultation with the bad taste in my mouth I also spent 400$ for nothing. It was supposed to be a Strategic Planning Session but it more felt like a Judging Session as the lawyer was extremely arrogant and judged me by my income telling me quote "I couldn't afford her" because I am a beautician. Had I been a CFO like my ex that I was divorcing I am sure she would have had different approach. She told me that my divorce didn't matter and I should get some money and move on and I am not entitled to anything except a little bit of child support. I had a lawyer who now proved that she is fantastic, but at the time she wasn't answering my email so I was looking to change my lawyer and this is how i ended up in Hollys office, which I regretted going to. I felt discriminated based on my race and income.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Gary Borger while seeking legal assistance for my divorce during my deployment. Given the critical nature of my situation and the challenges of handling legal matters from afar, I expected a level of professionalism and responsiveness that Mr. Borger unfortunately did not provide.
From the beginning, communication with Mr. Borger was problematic. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email, I found him to be extremely unresponsive. It often took days, if not weeks, to receive a reply, and when he did respond, his messages were curt and dismissive. This lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of legal proceedings.
As someone deployed and serving my country, I needed a lawyer who could be both understanding and accommodating of my unique circumstances. Unfortunately, Mr. Borger's approach felt very selective and indifferent. He did not seem to prioritize my case or show the necessary empathy and support that one would expect from a legal professional. This was in stark contrast to other lawyers who were far more cooperative and helpful.
Mr. Borger's dismissive attitude and lack of availability created additional stress and uncertainty during an already challenging time. It became clear that he was not invested in providing the level of service and support that I required. His lack of responsiveness made it difficult to progress with my case, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued as a client.
For anyone in a similar situation, especially those who are deployed, I would caution against relying on Gary Borger for legal representation. The combination of his poor communication, unprofessional demeanor, and selective responsiveness made my experience with him deeply unsatisfactory.
In conclusion, my interactions with Gary Borger were marked by frustration and disappointment. I would not recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and empathetic lawyer, particularly those dealing with the complexities of legal matters while serving abroad.

I would highly recommend finding a different attorney. Ms. Dalena was completely incompetent with my divorce and cost me thousands of dollars in legal fees. She sat on paperwork and never filed for several weeks. She was completely incompetent while handling what should have been a very easy divorce. The only thing she was timely with was billing..... and there were plenty of bills for work that really accomplished nothing. She has a very high opinion of herself which I certainly do not share. There are plenty of very good attorneys in the area to choose from----my advice it to stay away from Christine Dalena.

I should have hired Counselor Michael right away. But after firing my previous lawyer, I made a very good choice by using Michael Guntenski Esquire as my divorce lawyer. He is a leader in the profession who is generous with his time.
Mike is a compassionate advocate and an experienced litigator and made sure I got what I wanted in my settlement as my divorce was rough and could have been a lot more difficult had it not been for Mike. He arrived for every appearance on time and prepared. He continually kept up with the opposing attorney, repeatedly negotiating on my behalf.
He always kept me up to date and informed on these negotiations, and always asked for my opinion and input, and moved forward based on that input.

Experiencing a divorce is not really something you plan for, especially after having children with someone. It can be an incredibly overwhelming, emotional, and confusing time. It was for me. Having said that, there are steps you can take to help ease the fear of the process. One of the steps, and in my opinion probably the most important, is hiring the "right" divorce lawyer. I sued my former employer for unpaid commissions and though I really thought I'd win, my lawyer kept warning me that it would be almost a year before we would even get to trial and, if we won, it would take even longer to get my money. We went to the mediation only because it was court-ordered with the intention of leaving after an hour. I was stunned that I walked out three hours later with a settlement agreement in hand and was paid nearly what I demanded by the end of the month. I was fortunate enough to have Ms. Katz represent me when I received a traffic violation in beautiful Camden, NJ. Initially, I had imagined that with a couple of slick manoeuvres, vehemently sticking to the 'your version vs mine ' and carrying a rabbit's foot I might be able to catch a break. Thankfully, I abandoned my original plans and had the good sense to consult Ms. Katz.
The world of law and courts is like proverbially trying to walk into Mordor barefoot. After having responded with a Ms. Katz - recommended one word answer of " Yes" your honor , I had walked away without any points and having paid only 1/4 of the prescribed fine. Due to the lead implants on my right foot, I was certain that any more points would mean that my license would be suspended, I was pinching myself when the verdict was handed down. Ms. Katz had expertly negotiated with the State attorney, who I imagine gladly eats puppies with a side of lava for breakfast.

"I unfortunately had Alexandra Coglianese appointed as our parent coordinator. She exhibited bias and manipulated facts to fit her own narrative. Her dishonesty led to false statements, some of which she corrected when confronted. She even presented inaccurate information to the judge, some of which she later amended in an email sent at 7 PM the night before the hearing. Whether this was deliberate or due to incompetence, she failed to prioritize my daughter’s best interests by presenting misleading narratives to the court and making false statements and unsolicited recommendations.
If you’re seeking someone who is fair, honest, and genuinely looks out for the child’s well-being, I recommend avoiding Alexandra Coglianese.”

On the morning of November 17, 2020 during the height of COVID, I reached out to the Anthony Pope Law Firm to schedule an appointment to discuss my accident case. Later that day I was sitting across from Anthony to discuss my case. What was most impressive was his quick response after spending 7-10 days calling numerous law offices and getting nowhere. He settled my case on May 5, 2021. The settlement was far more than I ever expected. From the time I first met Anthony, until my case was settled, he kept me informed during the entire process. Anthony and his staff were very professional.
On June 28, 2023 I reached out to Anthony Pope to represent me in another accident case in which I had a slip and fall down a flight of stairs on April 4, 2023. After speaking with him on the phone in my mind he was already hired. He took time to answer my questions before I actually met him for a consultation. You will never talk to a receptionist, secretary or legal assistant when you call his office. He will always pick up the phone so there is no waiting for a return call which is priceless because you are already stressed. He is very professional and handles things when you hang up. I went to stay with my son for a trial separation. Within days my spouse filled for an emergency divorce. Mind you I was in another state and in poor health, I'm 77 yrs old. I had to find a lawyer in hours, because I had 24hrs to be in court. By the grace of God my son found Faith Ullman who took my case at a moments notice. After talking to Faith about my case, she assured me that she was able to go to court and represent me the next day. Do to my poor health I was able to do a conference call into court. I'm so happy she was on my side, because this woman is a tiger in court. Another great quality is she tells you what to expect and she does not nickel and dime you. The end result is everything Faith told me would happen, happened and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

I hired Ms. Ullmann to transfer guardianship of my handicapped brother from my then 86 year old mother to myself. The original guardianship papers were lost and the county where filed was not known. Ms. Ullmann and her staff located the original filings, worked with the origination surrogate's office to transfer guardianship.
Everyone I had spoken to told me that this was going to be a long process and to not be surprised when it would not be complete for six months or more.
Ms. Ullmann handled everything and had the whole process completed in two-and-a-half months. She kept me informed of problems encountered, goals reached and was always available for questions. She also ensured that the most expedient way of handling matters was used to save on all kinds of costs, including travel.
Ms. Ullmann actually made what could have been a painful and stressful process 'easy' for me. Throughout she demonstrated her knowledge and expertise of family law, as well as caring for client and family. I would highly recommend her services to my friends and family.
