I've dealt with other attorneys with my previous auto accident cases and my experience with attorney Ed Harper has been absolutely great. Previously, dealt with attorneys who's best interests were to claim what they can and get their cut and not much of sincere concern when it comes to client. Also when the case is not big enough, they would simply close the case rapidly without much concerns of client's well-being. Attorney Harper was not one of them. Him and his team guided me with care and advised based on client's interest. I am glad that I've resolved my case with attorney Harper and his team.

As a law clerk for Harper Law, I got to know Ed and his staff quite well. Dealing with victims of traumatic personal injury accidents is by no means an easy task but Ed and his staff take on not only the role of legal advisor, but that of counselor and confidant as well. There are lawyers who try win for you by cheating and lying. If they dont succeed then it will be the client who looks bad in the end. Marguerite Smith is one who will represent the best in you by doing things the right way and winning with ethics. I didn't exactly win, but had I not had Marguerite as my attorney then I might have lost greatly. I am thankful that I made the right choice in choosing Marguerite to represent me, and I'm sure anyone else will feel the same as I did if they were to choose her. Marguerite is the best lawyer you can get. We had a very difficult and complex case together, no one else could have won. She was always spot on, and her advice and strategy has been excellent. She is also well connected with her network of top colleagues she can draw from. I only can highly recommend her, don't go anywhere else if you want to win the best for your child. Her billing is clearly structured, reasonable and just. Apart from being an outstanding expert in family law she is also a wonderful, highly intelligent down to earth person, who will understand your needs and fight for your best interests. If you want to get the best out of your case, I would highly advise you, to work close WITH her- she is an excellent team worker, as better you you work with her and provide her with all she will ask you for as better she can work with you for you. At court in litigation she excels even higher, she has been always quicker and one step ahead of opposite council before they even realize what happened. Ms. Smith helped during a long and difficult international divorce involving child custody issues. Besides being very knowledgeable, she is also very organized and proactive. Throughout the whole process, she clearly explained the alternatives and their consequences. She sought and found advice on foreign law as needed, consistently kept me in the loop on what was going on and answered my numerous questions without delay. This is actually a tough review to write because truly I have appreciated so many things about Emily and her team. Some things that come to mind are that she would always encourage me kindly and professionally not to waste my time, effort, and money on a battle that I would not win. That being said, when there arose a time that she knew there was something I was passionate about she was always ready to go to bat for me. Another thing I loved about her was her and her office teams attention to detail, my documents always ended up looking very professional and free of typos and although I am a strong writer, Emily is also a strong writer which really helped get the story that needed to be told out there. Emily is truly a unique individual; she is personable and friendly and honest and kind; qualities that can be tough to find in an attorney. Faith is an outstanding mediator. Her knowledge of the law is unmatched and her work ethic is legendary. She does a ton of work before the mediation so that she knows your case and is ready to get to work. She is also exceptionally gifted at determining what is really motivating the parties - what they need to resolve in order to settle the case. She figures that out and helps guide the lawyers in a way that will achieve a settlement. However, she also has a keen insight as to whether a case will or won't settle. If she doesn't believe it will settle that day, she will let you know what additional information is needed and then work tirelessly to help you settle it later and will caution you against taking a position that will weaken your bargaining power later. I was introduced to Matt when I became very dissatisfied with the work a firm was doing for our firm. After reviewing documents and certain aspects of the law, he advised that we were trying to defend a contract when in reality new Federal law took precedence. Holly was the ideal advocate for me while going through a difficult child custody case. She made me feel empowered at every step of the court process and was so knowledgeable about the details, that she nearly predicted the outcome of every court hearing! She was my teacher, my counselor and my supporter which I desperately needed on my side. Without her, I do not believe that I would have had the outcome that I did. She was always available to me, no matter what, she answered all of my questions, without concern for charging me for each and every second. I never thought I'd be getting divorced, and I was sick about the whole thing, but Holly Newman's mediation smoothed out the process and let us concentrate on fairness and doing what was right. She provided us with packages of all the forms and requirements, and over a few meetings, walked us through the details. She always seemed sympathetic to our situation, without taking sides. She took us through the questions that needed to be answered and turned it all into completed forms for us to sign, then presented it all in court, without our having to be there.
I wouldn't wish a divorce on anybody, but our marriage had fallen apart, and Holly eased us past the worst of it so we can get on with our lives.

Frank Hoover is a reliable and trustworthy attorney. He acted as a mediator for a car accident I was involved in. This mediation was extremely important to me because my injuries will be with me indefinitely and I wanted to be compensated accordingly.
I feel Frank Hoover is an excellent lawyer. He exemplified a non-biased opinion and reported to each side promptly and without persuasion. I initially worried I would not be happy with the outcome of the deposition and wanted to go to trial but was surprisingly satisfied with the job Frank Hoover did presenting my case to the opposition. He never showed he was impartial to one side rather neutral and fair-minded. I appreciated his dimeanor throughout the deposition because it represented his characteristics- strong qualities as an attorney.

Joanna helped me finalize a mediated divorce. I worked with Loretta for 6 months in a collaborative process. I found her to be helpful, articulate and dedicated to delivering a good outcome for us as a couple even while serving my interests as an individual.
