After a several month delay in getting my car repaired after I was rear-ended, I hired this legal firm to help me. What was taking me months to get accomplished on my own, they got the job done and saw that every detail was taken care of. This was the property damage which they don’t receive compensation and they did as a courtesy. I am very impressed with their follow-up and the friendly voices on the phone. I don’t normally use the legal system , but I’m glad to know that this firm is available should I need them again in the future.

I had an issue with a possible charge. I was recommend to Jefferson Simmons by a civil lawyer since it turned out to be a criminal case. I wasn’t sure where to go and he noticed that. Even though it wasn’t something they would be able to help, he still pointed me in the right direction and guided me on my next steps. Going out of their way to help someone regardless if they can help speaks a lot on who they are. If for some reason I need help in the future I wouldn’t hesitate!

Tracy and Joelle by far is the best team! Have been in my crazy battle for 4 years now, with my previous lawyer he did an okay job, but after hiring Tracy and her team, I am finally making progress. Tracy has been very transparent and gives the best advice throughout this crazy/difficult time. She has given me so much peace of mind and very on top of it. Her and Joelle has exceeded all of my expectations and then some. I am a complete over thinker and they both have eased my mind so much and have kept me sane from all of the crap I have been through. If you are researching attorneys before you sign a contract, count your lucky stars that you have found Rabb and Rabb. I had a very expensive, negative personal injury experience at another law firm, and the staff and attorneys at Rabb and Rabb helped me navigate the fallout from that; and they competently handled the UIM portion of my claim. I would ONLY use Rabb and Rabb in the future for any legal needs (God forbid). They are professional, kind, informative, knowledgeable, and capable. They went above and beyond to keep me from being taken (complete) advantage of by my former insurance company, (Connect/Ameriprise), and they courteously answered about a thousand of my questions on all aspects of my case. They did everything they promised in their contract and over the phone, they did it nicely and effectively, and all their communications, court filings, and meetings were prompt and correct. Paul does an excellent job with the defense. He is pragmatic and strategic in both his recommendations and his defense of claims. His advice is rock solid, and he is able to boil cases down to the important factors for trial or settlement. I reached out to the Dr. Lawyer Law Group seven months after being injured in a car accident. My injuries weren't severe, so didn't call an attorney right away. Like many others, I thought that since the accident was the other driver's fault that his insurance would do the right thing to make me whole. I was wrong.
After the insurance company low-balled their offer (and tried to assign partial blame to me), I knew I had to get help. Dr. Shah and Dan Hollnagel worked to get me far more than what the insurance company originally offered. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner.

We thought we had a very easy straight forward case based on how my wife's nerve injury occurred, but after consulting with over 15 attorneys I realized that was not reality, and most if not all the attorneys I talked with did not understand our case and they were more concerned with what they thought the case was valued at based on the injury. Thankfully we did not settle until we found the right attorney which was Dr. Shah. After our initial consultation I knew right away that he was the right attorney for our case. My wife's nerve injury was caused by a needle stick, and it had developed into CRPS, and most attorneys did not understand that condition, however with Dr. Shah having a medical background he understood completely what we were dealing with which gave us a lot of confidence that he was the right person for the case. During the process Dr. Shah kept us informed every step of the way, he was always available if we had questions, and we always felt Dr. Shah had our best interest in mind. But Dr. Shah really shined when it came down to the negotiation of our settlement. We are extremely grateful for his dedication and hard work on our case. I don't believe you will find another attorney who is more knowledgeable in medical malpractice. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah to anyone who is looking to hire a medical malpractice attorney.

We can't say enough good things about Knapp and Roberts. Craig represented my brothers and me against a big insurance company and negotiated a very favorable settlement. The insurance company lawyer was really tough, but Craig was able to keep the discussions on the most relevant considerations in spite of all the opposition's maneuvering.
Part of the case included making a winning and precedent-setting argument before the AZ Supreme Court!

In December of 2019, my grandfather and I were looking for someone to help with estate planning for both him and my grandmother. My grandmother was already very ill and my grandfather, although still alive is also not very well, and they wanted to make sure they had everything planned accordingly for when they pass. I happened to find John on Facebook through someone’s recommendation, and within a week or so he had us in his office, explaining everything and stopping at nothing to make sure they got everything they wanted and needed when it came to estate planning. As mentioned before, my grandmother was very ill from cancer and chemotherapy, and in order for her to sign the required documents, John would have to come to her. He didn’t hesitate at all to visit my grandparents personally in their home, so that she could sign what she needed and keep her wishes even during a time where she was becoming increasingly ill. My grandmother did pass 3 months later, but spoke every day as to how kind and respectful John was to her, and how he truly let her have her final wishes with the most respect and dignity. That is something that I will forever respect and appreciate, that he went to all lengths to make sure her final wishes were met. Whenever we need John, have a question or absolutely anything else, he makes himself available as soon as possible. He is the kindest, hardest working and respectful person that has ever worked with our family. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about him. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, respectful lawyer that will go out of his way to make sure you get what you need and deserve, he is your guy! I had a bad fall out with my business partners. When I hired Adam I was on the verge of completely losing all my shares to my partners because they had the majority vote.
After our first meeting, I knew he was going to be my lawyer because he asked all the right questions. He explained what my rights were and the legality (or lack of) in what they were trying to do to me. He discussed a few approaches I could take and discussed all the pros and cons of every approach. He took all my advice into consideration when putting a game plan together. So of course I hired him.
I was ready for a very long battle because it got very personal between us. I knew nobody was willing to budge. To make a long story short, it is now 6 months later and the case is over. I sold my shares for almost 10% more than my asking price.
Adam is hands down the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He made me feel like I was his only client. He remembered every detail about my case every time we spoke. Not to mention he is very generous when counting his hours.

He was able to see the problem clearly and took the appropriate steps to get the problem administration- to understand their behavior was unprofessional and was inconsistent with their own policies and procedures- and their unrealistic demands to try and get us to work several additional hours without proper compensation represents harassment. Although the same agency is still harassing their current staff- Hardy's help put the agency on notice. It allowed me and several others to escape the poor working conditions they were imposing on their entire staff. Without Hardy's help- the agency would of kept making unfair and unrealistic demands on the staff and myself. Before consulting with Hardy- the agency was ignoring its own policies and procedures - and making unfair demands at their staff. Staff who did not follow these demands were fired and threatened they agency would report this to the employees licensing board. The agency removed important protections for the workers that was written in clear language in their policy and procedures. Hardy made it clear to the agency they were in violation of their own rules. After his notification- several of us were able to successfully get out of our contracts because their demands were in clear violation of policy. When we tried to point this out to the administration before I consulted Hardy- the administration used smoke and mirrors to justify their improper demands. After Hardy made it clear that the agency was violating their own policy with their demands the administration quickly backed away from their demands and most of the staff who were effected - were able to leave the agency. If it was not for Hardy- this would never of happened- and we would of been forced to work in a hostile environment.
I recommend Hardy without any reservations- he really saved many of our staff and myself from continued harassment from the agencies medical director and her distorted use of the agencies own guidelines.
