After being dropped by another attorney 45 days before trial and out over a hundred thousand dollars, I couldn't find another attorney to take my child custody case. That is until I met Sandra. Tyler is the absolute best lawyer that I could have used to represent me. Knowing that Tyler not only competed and won numerous awards when competing in mock-trial in college, but is also a coach for the ASU Mock-Trial Team, I knew that I was getting a lawyer who is top tier. I hired Brian I believe in 2007 and he was awsome. In 2009 i was in a bad accident and I needed an attorney again, but I couldnt find his number so I tried calling other attorneys and they refused to help me. Then I finally found Brian Allen number after several weeks and he said he could help me without any hesitation. He is very helpful, he kept me informed on everything that went on with my case. If i called and he wasnt available he was always quick to return my call. I always recommend him to anyone that has been in an accident that needs a great attorney.

You always hear the horror stories about Attornies but my experience with Brian blew all of my expectations out of the water. Brian is an attorney above all others, he was very knowledgeable, professional and always did more than what he said he was going to do. I was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck by another vehicle that ran a stop sign. I was hurt badly. The company that was insuring the vehicle I was in was giving me the run around, while the insurance company of the at fault driver was completely ignoring me. I needed help fast. A friend of mine suggested Wattel and York, so with hesitation I sent off an email. Within literally 5 minutes I received a phone call. Much to my surprise it was the attorney’s office, and not just a paralegal or legal assistant. The ACTUAL attorney called me and discussed my case! I went in the following day for a consultation and they took my case. Throughout the whole process, all I can say is how wonderful this firm is. From their legal assistants and paralegals all the way up the lawyers themselves. They’re timely and accurate in their communication, whether it is over email or telephone. I could call and talk with the attorney anytime, and they would drop what they were currently doing to answer any questions I had. My fear and despondency disappeared with sweet release as I read the demand letter that Michael York sent to the insurance companies. It was extremely well written and was “matter of fact” in its demands. The insurance companies paid out in full all that was requested from the demand letter without hesitation. I would HIGHLY recommend this law firm to anyone who was injured in an automobile accident. This law firm really does fight for you!

Thankfully, I've led a benign life. I learned when I was very young from my wise parents that life by itself is difficult enough without negatively encountering the law. I went to college with those who became attorneys, and have known attorneys through working for charities we had in common, but I never needed legal representation until I was nearly 65 years old.
It was a horrific traffic accident I was in nearly three years ago that first caused me to find and secure an attorney. There were several that urged me to contact the firm Wattell & York, one friend, having been in the same circumstance years ago, saying, “You don't stand a chance against the insurance companies. Its against their best interest and bottom line that they pay out claims of any size to anyone.”
My first conversation after registering was with Michael York, one of the general partners of the firm. He took his time explaining in layman's terms the course ahead, then invited me to contact him at any time I had a question, concern, or thought. He was terrific and put any trepidations I had to rest. And my confidence in he and his team only grew as my case unfolded. When complexities arose, and they always do, I was so impressed and appreciative of his long and detailed correspondence, clearly articulating options.
Throughout the complex and distended process of my case, I was always kept current as to the status of all developments as they transpired. I had a significant problem with a large auto insurance company in paying labor rates at a recommended auto body shop. After 9 months of squabbling including a demand letter from an attorney, I was referred to Mr. York.
Mr. York took the case and was able to work with the insurance company in an efficient and timely matter. He was able to get me reimbursed in only a few short weeks. I would highly recommend Mr. York to anyone.

My wife and I had done quite a bit of research as to the ins and outs of the laws pertaining to an employment contract. As a result, the further we researched, the more questions we had, so we finally decided we needed professional input.
We contacted James Cool and made an appointment for an after-business-hours telephone call. I was in a terrible motorcycle accident in 2012 that resulted in permanent injuries. He specializes in representing catastrophic and life changing injury cases. He is the Michael Jordan of Trial Attorneys, no joke. My case went 3 years and finally settled days prior to trial. Mr. Black has provided a variety of legal services to my family and me over the last several years. I initially contacted him for advice relating to certain of my business matters, but more sought his services regarding a personal injury accident in which my daughter was involved. She was struck by a negligent driver while she was riding her bike on a city sidewalk. She sustained multiple serious injuries and required extensive hospital treatment and medical follow-up. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough - and I'm certain that this review will not do him justice . . .but I'll try.
In 2012 an individual hit me while I was at a stop, totaling my Ford F150. I suffered a concussion and several injuries which required surgery and rehab. Through no fault of Tom's, the case dragged on for 2 1/2 years prior to reaching a settlement. The process required my deposition, mediation and an insane amount of discovery.
Through it all, Tom was amazing! He and his staff treated me like family. Tom contacted me often, ensuring that I never wondered for a moment what was going on in my case or how hard he was fighting for me.
The deposition and mediation were so much less stressful than they could have been. Tom thoroughly prepared me and ensured I knew exactly what to expect.
Tom took the time to understand what my priorities for settlement were and why. This meant so much to me. Ultimately, Tom got an extremely favorable settlement for me, and I am eternally grateful.
I highly recommend Tom - I cannot imagine having to go through the process with anyone else.

Tom came to SC to defend my wife who was charged with two counts of murder....of which she is innocent. Tom did a tremendous job and after a month long trial that involved hundreds of testimonials, including intense and complex medical testimony, the jury was hung and a mistrial was declared. Tom was ready to return to SC again to represent Gail, but Judge James refused to grant Tom permission to represent Gail since he was not licensed in SC. Things did not go well in the next trial in part because of Tom's absence. I'm now doing all I can to have Gail set free from prison, where she is serving a life sentence for a crime that did not occur. Gail and I both feel that if Tom would of been allowed back for the retrial, she would of been found not guilty and this nightmare would of been over. Thank you Tom for all you did for Gail and myself. We will never forget you and we thank you for believing in Gails innocence. I am now putting together a team to file habeas corpus for Gail. I will never give up on having Gail set free.

I was involved in a car crash where a guy with a 20ft trailer passed me on the shoulder of the one lane on-ramp shortly before entering the freeway. I was represented by an attorney who dropped the case when I was unwilling to accept a ridiculous settlement offer from the insurance company (Allstate). I called all of those injury / accident law offices which advertise constantly on the radio and billboards, the answer was always the same „Sorry, if it’s already in litigation, we are unable to take the case“
When I was about to give up and represent myself, I stumbled upon Eric’s phone number and I was surprised that I was able to talk to him directly, not through some „intake secretary“. He immediately told me that he would be happy to represent me but that he had an appointment on the day of the hearing which was scheduled a few days later. He called the court and was able to get another continuance, (the hearing had already been rescheduled several times).
The end of the story: We won the case. Eric was extremely well prepared and I was impressed how he presented the case. I don’t think that any attorney could have done a better job. The other party was represented by a mean former prosecutor who tried to blame me for the crash. I am not sure what the outcome would have been without Eric.

I was in the middle of a personal injury case that started heading south in late 2007. Mr Thomson guided me through the process necessary to substitute him as my counsel. His representation through a trial setting resulted in a defense counsel, representing my opponent, offering five times the settlement amount that was offered through prior counsel. He explained to me later that not all attorneys accept pi clients with his commitment to follow it through a trial setting. In my experience, his professionalism and courtesy toward me as with others involved was beyond exceptional. As client, my views were in part unrealistic and perhaps naive or ignorant are accurate descriptors. Anyway, he remained cool headed right down to the wire and set aside time for me along the way and afterwards to make sure I felt in the know. I think that you will agree his people skills and professional candor make him second to none. I mean that he won't waste your time and you will find his manner extraordinary.

In a government position, a female co-worker made bogus accusations that she had been sexually harassed. When it came time for the deposition, she suddenly had a severe case of amnesia and in fact became quite angry when Jim caught her in her insatiable scenario of lies.

Mr. Page helped me to settle my car accident claim against two very difficult insurance companies. It was a long process due to its complication, but Mr. Page walked me through the whole process. At one point, he told me if this were going to the court, he would still stick to our original engagement letter (you know most attorneys charge differently for the trial) just because he could not stand what the insurance company was trying to do on my claim.
