I had an auto accident in Sept 2013 were I was hit at a ref light with 3 of my kids in the car. Jan was not only able to get the full policy limits from the person that hit me policy but was also to go after my insurance company which was Geico at the time to go after the under insured motorist portion of it. In Feb 2015 I was involved in a hit in run accident and this time I have to sue my own auto insurance company because of all my medical bills we once again ate going for the full amount will see what comes of it. Jan does charge a little more then the attorney's that you see on TV but it's worth it he makes sure that your taken care of every step of the way. He thinks about you first. I've since 2013 have recommended over 8 people to him.

What's a Renaissance Attorney? He's one who understands aspects of the law outside of his or her specialty, and wants to think outside the box, using solutions from one area of the law to solve problems in another. That's exactly what Rick did in my accident injury case. He worked very hard, separating the claim into two major parts, and using different court forums. I highly recommend Rick in any serious case where efforts are needed for a maximum outcome to the client.

I'm very shocked Mr. Linder has no reviews.
Ryan J. Linder has been phenomenal, he has been so helpful. Not only did he help me voice my concerns to an insurance company who wouldn't give me the time of day, he got me what I deserved.
He managed to get my settlement number up and bring my medical expenses down. The drop in the numbers that he achieved was very surprising. i.e. I owed well over $15,000 to one doctor and he got them to accept just under $5,000 for it all!
I was beyond impressed. I'm still in shock. I didn't believe it until I got a letter from the doctor's office saying that I still owed the amount, less than $5,000 (I had to wait for my check to clear and they were just sending a reminder)
Aside from his extensive knowledge and impressive creative writing skills, he is a very kind person. He treats you as if you are his one and only client. He is very hands on and up front. You're not always talking to his paralegal. (She is a very nice woman as well. She took care of me while Mr. Linder was out dealing with other cases in court) The only time he is out of his office is when he is dealing with court cases. I retained him for about a year to a year and a half and not once did I have an e-mail go unanswered.
He has been very kind to me, very understanding, and listened to me complain about the same thing over and over, just different ways each time (haha).
Ryan, you are my life saver and I couldn't thank you enough for everything you have done for me.

Mr. Garvey Biggers, was the executor on my father's estate. I was not concated by him at the time of my fathers death . He has my fathers house and all contents inside. I contacted the IRS because I am his only heir and there was a bout 3000.00 dollars to collect, I called Garvey because I have known him for over 40 years. And ask him about the boxes he said he didn't . The next day he went to claim them witch he had no right to. So now this has to go to probate court. I have seen the will it's on note paper. With no witness no notary plus it says I was to get 10.000 dollars.
I asked him for the money he said he didn't have it. Garvey is in my opinion not telling the whole story the report says he died at home his last address is Garvey's. I do not have the money to fight a lawyer in court I am on social security. But has anyone checked just how many probate cases he has had . A lot for not being a probate laywer. Do the right thing Garvey and call me back after 20 messages I left at least do what the so called will says. Pay me the money and take your name off the safe deposit boxes witch you have no right to claim. You have my address & phone

Update: I am updating the review from 1 stars to 3 now, I appreciate the lawyer contacting me and explaining his policies, however I was not in agreement with his policies, he is stating that he does not have paralegals in his office. Hopefully one day he will. I do appreciate he wanted to make it better, so that is another reason why I have changed my 1 star review, but his secretary did make me mad. I think they can improve on a few things, but that is their decision.
