We were hit from behind while sitting at a stop light by a driver doing close to 45mph who was likely impaired. Our 3/4 ton vehicle was totaled and two of us had minor injuries.
When Tammy wanted to settle for $10k a piece, which covered our medical and her contingency fee. We thought she was kidding. Sound like she's working for the you?? Didn't seem that way to us. Seemed more like a cattle drive to collect her fee.
Thankfully, we took our business elsewhere. She then filed a $5k lien on the case. There was NO possible way $5k worth of work was done, perhaps a small fraction of that amount at most.
We wanted someone that would fight for us. We have never filed an auto injury claim in our lives, with nearly flawless driving records for over 40 years, so this case had every advantage.
We feel very betrayed, and will likely take this up with government agencies to assist, unless the lien is removed, or dramatically reduced.

Her approach is very rude and condescending. Showers Law Firm will only accept and/or entertain a case from you only if your willing to redo an unnecessary surgery or are half past dead. Why should anyone have to suffer or mutilate themselves to put money 💰 in their pockets!!! I do not recommend this firm to ANYONE!!!!!

My family (father is a hundred percent disabled combat veteran and mother has serious heart problems) and I have been victimized by the state of Arizona and were trying to sue the individual responsible for taking our lives away. First, he indicated he was only taking certain cases if interested. Then at the end he said he had "other things going on" and was not interested in helping me or my family. Attorney Don was did not ask any relevant questions about the actual facts of the case and was not the least bit interested in learning the truth. Instead he relied on false information in the media which is why we are suing in the first place. Most upsetting from speaking with him is that he honestly could have cared less for what happened to me and my family. Based upon my conversation with him and his demeanor, I would not recommend this attorney.

I went for a consultation on an extremely serious police violence case. He was insulting and said it all started over a minor incident and a jury would think it's laughable. It's not what it started over it's what the police did. 80% of police calls are civilian initiated over any number of things. His attitide is crude and demeaning.

John went above and beyond to make sure we knew where we needed to be, kept us up to date on new issues arising as it happened and always returned our phone calls or had his staff do so if he was not available and his staff was very personable and professional. If you're looking for a firm that treats its clients with the utmost respect and care and worked very hard to make sure that we had winning results. Even though John is well known and respected as a trial attorney he was able to settle the case a lot sooner in mediation with the insurance company with a very satisfying outcome. We were very pleased with the results that Kyle Israel was able to get for us in compensation for the personal injury that my wife suffered. I would like to give a brief recommendation if anyone has a need to look for and hire an attorney.
Professional is the key word and during the deposition i first saw his skills shine through and I was happy he was on my side. He clearly understood the case as he asked pointed questions that seamed to clearly, identify or expose the other sides issue's. He stayed on point and made sure he got the answer he was looking for. When i was asked questions he made sure he objected when it was in question and it showed he was following the case and new the issue's. After this was completed I thanked him no matter which way the case goes because i could see he represented me well and i was pleased to have the best chance to win.
Once our case was heard I again witnessed this same clear questioning to the opposing side and I felt good with the direction the case went. YES a week later we won so Im happy but like I said before I was pleased way before I knew the outcome. Don

Update: I am updating the review from 1 stars to 3 now, I appreciate the lawyer contacting me and explaining his policies, however I was not in agreement with his policies, he is stating that he does not have paralegals in his office. Hopefully one day he will. I do appreciate he wanted to make it better, so that is another reason why I have changed my 1 star review, but his secretary did make me mad. I think they can improve on a few things, but that is their decision.

Unfortunately, I did not get the opportunity to hire him for my case because I needed someone out of state to represent me - but despite him knowing that, it did not stop him from helping me. I expected the consult to end right after that, but he went above and beyond! He took the time to listen to my concerns/ case facts and answered my questions in a clear and CARING manner. I was overwhelmed and emotional because of my situation, and he handled the conversation proactively. I genuinely felt heard and supported. Hiring any professional can be a challenge because it has to be a good fit. It can either go REALLY really well or go REALLY really bad. I thought I paid 300 dollars for a hour consultation and ended up being only 33 minutes. I didn’t get to discuss my case in full and then was asked how much money do I want? Isn’t that the lawyer job? I tried asking to talk again to finish my case as the lawyer had my case and timeline messed up with the short time I was able to talk. He wanted me to pay for a negotiation which included no details, so I asked for more details on the steps and how it will look as I was a little confused and concerned he never heard my whole case. His response back was one sentence on the upfront fee to him and his hourly pay that’s it. He didn’t even answer the question and showed his priorities that he cared about what he gets paid.This was just a waste of money and I could have used that money for a better consultation. If you have an employment case I wouldn’t recommend this law firm.

I made an appointment with Dessaules Law Group and paid the fee to secure an initial consultation. However, my experience was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.
Firstly, when I called in for the initial scheduled consultation, I was informed that the attorney couldn't meet me because they were running late due to another meeting and was not able to accommodate my appointment. Fair enough, these things happen but there was continued unprofessionalism from this point on.
I was asked to reschedule, which I did.The attorney was made aware at the initial rescheduling that I would be on vacation. As this consultation was of high importance to me, I arranged to still meet with them during vacation.
However, when I called in for the rescheduled appointment during my trip, there was initially no answer. After persistently trying, I finally got through, only to be told that the attorney "had stepped away from their desk and would be calling me back".
19 minutes past the scheduled time, I still hadn't received any callback. I called again to express my frustration, that it was now evident that this attorney has no sense of urgency or regard for their prospective clients' time.
Overall, my experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing. They seem to lack basic professionalism and respect for their clients' time. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for legal assistance.

Myself along with 8 neighbors, were being sued by our HOA for a wall that they claimed we all were damaging and responsible for. We filed a counter suit. It was a long, stressful process, no fault to our attorney David. My opinion is that the hoa wanted to drag it out in hopes that we either go broke or just give up. Anyway, long story short. Every judgment was in our favor. The Hoa sued us, trying to have us pay over 50k to fix or replace the wall. Now my estimation is that the hoa will have to dish around a quarter million! Gotta love Karma. I'd like to thank everyone who handled our case. Well done, everyone. Your hard work is much appreciated.

I initially met Chris to have my name legally changed. I consulted him when my father was killed in a car accident. I hired him and he fought hard for justice. We have multiple suits against various parties including Maricopa County and the software manufacturer for the faulty traffic light. We won all of the suits thanks to Chris's quick thinking, quality research, and legal skills. He was kind, compassionate, tenacious, and hard-working. We fought the suits for 5 years, but it was worth it in the end.

I would highly recommend Chris Post. I was arrested last summer and Chris sat in night court until almost midnight to wait for my arraignment. Out of about 30 others arraigned with me that night, only I was released without bail. Chris was awesome. Without him arguing on my behalf, I would have had to ask friends and family for a loan to bail me out of jail. All of my fellow cellmates that night even asked me for his business card when I was released and they all had to spend the night in jail. I can't thank Chris enough!!!
