Wow - I read some of the other reviews and completely disagree. While the divorce system is basically broke and the attorneys will always win. Barbara was the worst.... She drained all money that was given to her and when fired she made sure she burned through every nickel in the last several days. She was terrible and unprepared in court and had no idea of who I was or what was being said or done in the courts. I have dealt with the legal system in my business(s) for many decades and she is quite possibly the worst I have had to deal with. I wish I would not have hired her and hope someone else does not make the same mistake I made.
And of the several attorneys I hired Ms. Keon was the most expensive even though she was the shortest duration of representation and accomplished the least. Again, the system is broke - by design. Ms. Keon does not help the cause.

Barbara’s preparedness and pragmatism are well-documented. But I was most overly impressed with how intimate she became with my case, often able to remember and recite details even I had forgotten over the course of a 2-year legal battle.
It was my perception she gives each of her clients this individualized and customized attention.

I started my case with another lawyer and due to unforeseen circumstances, my case was passed along to Moses. I am extremely thankful for that turn of events.
As Moses got to know me and my case more intimately, he realized the need to have the case removed from the county of the defending lawyers to create a more even playing field.
Moses is a very caring person seeking only justice and what is rightly due to patients that have fallen victim to true malpractice. It took several years to collect information, secure credible expert physicians from several other states, and prepare a solid case that would stand strong in any courtroom. He kept me informed through each step of the process and asked if I was willing to wait for each portion.
He was patient with me, keeping my best interest at heart… best interest of what was due to me and best interest of what I could mentally and physically withstand over the course of the years. He was honest and never lead me to feel like a “paycheck”, I was an individual who became permanently disabled due to malpractice and he sought restitution for loss of my eyesight.
I cannot thank Moses enough and would recommend his services to anyone who is patient and willing to follow his lead. It is worth it in the end to expose medical wrong doing in hopes it would spare someone else experiencing the same tragedy in the future!

I called about a traffic citation and I was willing to pay someone to go to court and help me fight my speeding ticket but he gave me some steps to take without an attorney. MR. Douglas Rohan is an amazing attorney. I was charged with two serious felonies. If convicted I would of faced two years jail time and possible deportation. MR. Rohan was successful in dismissing one felony and reducing other felony to a misdemeanor. Consequently I received no jail time and no deportation. I highly recommend MR. Rohan and his law firm.

My teenaged son, while intelligent in many aspects of life, made a very bad decision and was arrested along with a couple of friends for drug possession (felony) & alcohol (minor in possession). Doug represented me in another case & delivered very favorable results so I was confident when I approached him with my son’s case.
Doug took my son and another boy’s case and represented them as co-defendents. Doug worked with a State Prosecutor in/out of court for a weeks, and in the end their cases were dismissed. The boys were required to attend drug and alcohol classes & complete community service hours. Needless to say, my wife, son & I were more than pleased with the outcome!
Doug held our hand and explained to us in detail what to expect in every step of the legal process. In the courtroom he’s a calm and collective & is well respected by his peers. Watching him interact/work in the courtroom ensured us we made the right decision to his firm to represent our then high school aged son.

My husband was hit by a negligent young driver. The insurance company for that driver was a bottom of the barrel outfit that didn't even want to accept fault even though the police report said it was her fault and a completely independent witness said it was her fault. We were referred to Jonathan and when he met with us initially he told us that the claim should be resolved pretty swiftly, but warned us that the insurance on the other side was substandard and that waters could get choppy.
That insurance company tried to low ball us from the beginning, but Jonathan made them pay for it in the end. Their offer didn't double after we hired Jonathan, it didn't triple, it went up about five times. It's not that we wanted a big pay day, we wanted fair compensation for all of my husband's injuries. His rotator cuff was torn in that crash, and that's not small potatoes.
I would hire Jonathan if you want someone that's going to deal with you directly, talk to you straight so that you can understand what's going on, and someone that's going to fight with all he can to hold the responsible parties accountable.

I was hit by a young driver that failed to yield making a left turn. Liability was clear from the start. The policeman wrote her a ticket, an independent witness called the cops and spoke to the officer at the scene, and they totaled out my baby (favorite car) right away. But when it came time to take responsibility and to pay for my medical bills, they offered far less than the total bills, from the ER trip.
That's when I called Jonathan. He met with me and laid out a strategy to fight for me so I got what I deserved Well, that insurance company went from bad to worse. So Jonathan sued. We went through the litigation process, depositions, and all of the discovery process. After the case was put on a trial calendar and ordered to mediation, we walked in with a $ 0 offer. That's right, the insurance company pulled the little they offered me shortly after the wreck. But Jonathan was just getting to work.
Jonathan fought for me, worked the mediator, and insurance defense attorneys to the point of no return. He explained to them how they faced serious bad faith if they did not offer me the policy limits for the claim. By the end of the mediation, I had received an offer for the full policy limits of $ 25,000. A few weeks later, I go an offer for the full policy limits of my underinsured coverage, $ 30,000 more. He went from $ 0 to the maximum coverage, the hard way. The long way, and the right way.
I wouldn't have gotten anything close to that amount without Jonathan's help, his knowledge, and his willingness to fight for my justice. I never wanted a handout, but I didn't want to be shorted. Jonathan got me what I deserved, and I've already recommended him to family and friends, who have been just as pleased.

Wayne Grant was there for me during what could only be described as the worst time in my life. Being part of a lawsuit is frustrating. It is emotionally and mentally draining. I am glad Wayne was my lawyer. He was with me throughout the last five years and coping with the situation at hand was much easier with him by my side. Hospitals should be held accountable for any negligence concerning the quality of patient care. Wayne felt the same way. He always knew the latest update concerning the case. I received a letter or email every six weeks. I called quite a bit too. If I had a question, he explained it until I understood the situation. He genuinely cared for me and my well-being. Alan Saltzman has been extremely responsive and proactive in all the work he has done for our family. His communication was excellent and we always knew where we were in the process throughout our cases.
After a recent car accident Mr. Saltzman called many times to check on my condition and was very compassionate, kind and showed true concern for my well being,.
