Jim is a rare individual and lawyer. There are some hideously awful people in corporate healthcare who carry on as if they are doing God's work. They are bankrupting and killing us and "legitimate "law firms are covering it up. Jim sees right through it and knows who to go after and how to do it. . I spoke to so many "great" lawyers who were either afraid to get in the ring or they just didn't have the brain Jim has. He is a man of great integrity a trait which is increasingly rare among healthcare lawyers.

In May of 2018 I was involved in a car accident. I was rear ended and suffered back and shoulder pain. I hired Attorney Blake Fluevog to handle my case and I was very satisfied with the end results. Yes, we would recommend Mr. Edwards. He is an honest man which we thought impossible to find as a lawyer. He reviewed the facts in our case and was very supportive throughout the very long process before getting to trial. We endured great suffering after the accident and Mr. Edwards made certain we were compensated for what we experienced. We did not expect full compensation, however, after using another lawyer that just took our money, but did nothing to resolve our case, Mr. Edwards gave us hope and restored our respect for the legal profession. Following an accident involving a SUV and 18 Wheel Dump Truck on an Interstate my husband and I were both simply glad to be alive. We were not interested in a settlement just our medical bills, item replacement and reimbursement for the expenses associated with the event to which we were traveling as I was driving a company vehicle. I've never won anything from a radio station and I had been navigating a rough patch in life. One day while Dashing I was listening to Majic and heard that Amy was giving away money for the new year. I'm like could it be a sign? I went ahead and explained what I could do with money like they asked and gave it to God. I was leaving an interview from getting a new job and moments later got the call that I won!!!! It still doesn't seem real to me. I'm very thankful for Amy and whenever it's time to get the prize I hope that I can thank you in person.
Well, I was very happy about the prize. But, now I feel like I haven't won anything and that I'm hassling people about something that they said they chose me for. Nobody has contacted me to tell me the next steps. The initial call and the video went well, but, now I'm getting silence. It's been 5 days so I guess I'll just wait. I got really excited because I really did need the money and I just knew that this was from God. I still had to rob Peter to pay Paul. If God is willing hopefully I hear something soon.

I believe that Goodhart's background as both a MD and attorney is a strong asset in medical malpractice litigation. I got a pretty bad speeding ticket because I was late going to my pregnant wife’s appointment to meet the specialist because she had a high risk pregnancy. The ticket I received was also a super speeder. My job requires that I have a clean record. I hired Kevin and he was able to help me get a great outcome. No points, no reporting to my MVR, this helps SO much because I work and drive a company vehicle for an insurance company. Kevin made the process very easy and seamless. Out of FOUR lawyers that I contacted, Kevin was the only one who was responsive, he was up front about his pricing and steps that I would need to take going forward.
