Personal Injury lawyers gotta know strategy to win a case. David Sampedro new the winning move on a personal injury case for a fellow friend. the slip and fall involved a public area that was not up to code and had areas that could really injure someone. I am glad that my fellow friend hire Mr. Sampedro on this 1 year long case. The case went to trial and the law office of Panter, Panter and Sampedro won a huge judgement and proved that justice is their for those who don't abide by the law. I can’t say enough about Robert Rossano. I was involved in an accident where I was injured and my car was totaled. He talked me through what I needed to do and what the process would entail. Once I completed my therapy he was able to promptly settle with the maximum amount I could get from the insurance company. I quickly received my settlement thereafter. Sherry handled a very convoluted slip and fall case against the State of Florida (won an in-line--of-duty pension) and the State's contractor who was responsible for the conditions that caused my injuries (liability settlement). Other more "famous" attorneys turned my case down saying the contractor couldn't be sued. It could, was, and Sherry won.

Mr. Brooks is an exceptional defense lawyer for medical malpractice defense. I am sure he functions in other legal area's as well but my personal experience has been physician malpractice defense. His detail work and knowledge of strategy were remarkable. Interestingly, he has defended me personally entirely successfully, in a very complex & difficult medical malpractice case that extended over a few years. We have also worked together defending other physicians over the years, in separate unrelated actions. He knows medicine very well and understands how to structure his defense and what areas of concern are vulnerable and develops his strategy well while also thoroughly preparing his witnesses and client. He has a great style and possesses great oratory ability--something I could never have appreciated without personally witnessing such in my own trial, in particular, opening and closing arguments. I hired this attorney to represent me in a slip and fall case. It turned out to be a huge mistake. We were offered $100K to settle but my attorneys recommended we go to trial. We were seeking over $4M. We lost the case and now I’m going to get $0. On top of that I have over $500K in medical expenses that I am now liable for and I’m concerned that I might have to pay additional legal fees. These attorneys give bad advice and are not competent in the courtroom.

My eighteen year old daughter went from being a healthy college athlete to suffering a massive stroke, paralysis, brain damage and multiple heart surgeries as a result of malpractice. She was hospitalized for over two months and had an extremely lengthy rehabilitation and recovery period. We hired Charles Moore in 2013 on the recommendation of a relative who is an attorney. I wasn't even aware of the firm he worked for at the time. To be perfectly honest, I probably would not have contacted that firm because I was of the opinion that large firms provide less personal service and I needed to look the person who would represent us in the eye to get an idea of the type of person they were. My daughter had been through enough already and I needed to know that the attorney representing her would be someone she could relate to and someone who would be patient and understanding with her. Mr. Moore made himself available to us for all questions large and small at any given time. There was never a time I called him when he didn't answer personally. I wasn't sure what to expect because I had never been in this kind of situation before. He was very easy to communicate with and explained each step of the process clearly and thoroughly. While preparing her case for trial he was persistent and thorough. Her case was a complicated one and it required expert medical opinions and the review of volumes of records as well as depositions from numerous people. Throughout it all we were kept up to date and well informed.
Mr. Moore is friendly and personable but nothing to be trifled with when it comes time for mediation or trial. Fortunately we were able to reach a settlement without going to trial. The opposing counsel told me afterwards that if it weren't for him we would not have fared as well at mediation and I sincerely believe that. The fact that he was not afraid to go to trial if we had to made a big difference. Although I didn't want to put my daughter through a trial, she will have ongoing medical needs for the rest of her life and has lost things that she will never get back. It was important to me that she not have to worry about how to pay for her future medical care and that she be at least somewhat compensated for her loss.
I pray that I will never need a malpractice attorney again in my life but if I do, Chad Moore will be who I call. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was truly a blessing to my family and we owe him so much. He is more than a competent attorney, he is a kind and genuine person who I am glad to have met.

I have litigated several cases against Mr. Meltz over the years and Chuck is one f the most professional and brightest attorneys with whom I have ever had the pleasure of litigating. Mr. Meltz has consistently put the best interests of his clients above his own financial interests time and time again. While many insurance defense attorneys generate paperwork designed primarily to bill the client, I have never seen Chuck Meltz file anything or send me anything that was not designed to do anything but flush out facts and issues helpful to the defense of the case. Not only is he a true professional, he is extremely smart in the handling the defense of litigation brought against his clients. I cannot recommend Mr. Meltz highly enough. A smart lawyer knows when to pick his fights and when to maintain professional decorum, and as I said, Chuck Meltz is a very smart lawyer.

Mr. Hamilton took my case after a driver ran a stop sign and t-boned me at high speed. I could not be happier with the entire process.
