From the very first call, I knew I picked the right firm. No question was too much. Every question was answered in a timely fashion. Watch out!!! Brad Kelsky took my money to file a summary judgment order in my civil case. He completed the summary judgment order and did not hold a hearing on it with the judge. Instead, he withdrew from the case. I paid him over $80,000 in legal fees over two years and he withdrew on a dime. Brad is only interested in billing you, not in your case.

Extremely Unprofessional Service – Beware
I had a very frustrating experience with The Law Offices of John J. McGlynn III, specifically with the Title Agent, Shelley McGlynn. My ex-wife and I sold a house in Stuart as part of a Final Agreement, and Shelley was assigned as our Title Agent. From the very beginning, she was completely unprofessional , rude and showed no impartiality in handling the situation.
I was told I would receive a specific amount of money from the sale, but when I asked for clarification, Shelley was unable – or unwilling – to explain why this amount was different from what the judge had decided. I repeatedly asked for a breakdown or explanation, but she told me i was 10 minutes late and she couldn't answer. After several attempts to get clear communication, she started to request documentations.
Things took a turn for the worse when she refused to disburse the funds entirely, citing that my ex-wife had claimed I owed her money. Shelley didn’t even attempt to verify this claim or consider the terms of the Final Agreement. Instead, she just took my ex-wife's word as gospel, completely disregarding the judge's decision, which was clearly outlined in the agreement.
If Shelley had bothered to read and follow the Final Agreement and the judge's instructions, she could have handled this situation properly. Instead, her lack of professionalism and failure to perform her duties caused unnecessary delays and confusion. I would not trust this office or this Title Agent with any future transactions, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for legal or title services.

I can't pass up an opportunity to rave about Mike Barbarette. From day one, he was 'on top of things. He always communicated very quickly. Mr Glatthorn took my case after other lawyers basically told me I experienced something tragic but don’t have much of a case. My first lawyer barley called me back or even seemed interested in helping me. So switching lawyers still hoping for the best I was still hesitant to trust my new lawyer (David Glatthorn). I lost my life savings from not being able to work and spent all my savings on bills. My medical bills where more then the cost of buying a new home. And I was in the process of losing my home by the time I got to Mr Glatthorn. But sitting with them and switching to there team and working with them for just a week I could see a complete difference from my first lawyer. To there professionalism, perseverance, always answering the phone and calling me back, and They’re always more then happy to answer my questions because this whole process is very foreign and confusing to people that have never experienced something like this before. I know it was for me. And Mr Glatthorn and his amazing team of paralegals are as experienced and knowledgeable as it gets. And are more then happy explaining these complicated insurance policies and any questions you might have. I wish I went to him first because by the time I got to his team I was already in the process of losing my home. But through there guidance and hard work, they got my outstanding medical bills paid. They got the right medical attention for me that I was seeking for my injuries. With more then enough money left over to put in my pocket and repair old debts from when my accident occurred. Sometimes life can take you for surprise regardless of your success and you being careful. I was in a work vehicle as a passenger and the driver fell asleep behind the wheel on the high way. I was lucky to survive but my injuries are long lasting and permanent. And will effect me the rest of my life. I’m just thankful I had David Glatthorn and his amazing team to help me through it getting me the money and medical help that I deserved. I hope these kinds of situations and tragedies happen to no one. But if they do, we are lucky enough to have people like David Glatthorn to help us through it and give us the right advice and fight for what we deserve. If I wasn't available during the week, he will do a phone conference with me on the weekends. I highly recommend John Rogers. John was 100% honest and upfront about what to expect in my case. He had a great game plan that ended up with me winning my case. He was very informative throughout, never left me questioning what was going on. He was not a traditional lawyer in the sense of just being in it for the money. Wpuld not recommend. He dont fight for rights and facts. My employer worked me over a month, didnt pay me, then when i quit, harrassed me and this firm denied my claim so i guess they believe its right for people to get done any old way. Or wait...mabye not enough money for them. So again...dont recommend. So sad this firm dont fight for rights and now, here i am a single dad with nothing, Christmas ruined for my 7 year old and im a nobody still to this firm. They could care less.

After the first experience, I would not chose/consider another firm. From the receptionist to legal aids and attorney's, all of Mr. Weiner's staff are cordial, professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. They put you at ease no matter your situation.
