Would NOT recommend this lawyer at all!
I fired him from my divorce case. He became angry about it and decided to back charge me erroneous charges. He and his assistant, Haley Ray, were NEVER prepared for any of the meetings we encountered with my ex-husband and his lawyer, not even our mediation! Which cost $1650!!! Not only were they never prepared I, the client, was the one constantly presenting them with information that I was paying them to obtain! Once my divorce was almost finalized, he decided to put a lien on my house and charge me even more bogus charges. This man cheated me out of $11,458! Really more than that if you count all the work I did personally for my own case. RIDICULOUS! If anyone is considering using this lawyer, please reconsider at all cost. I will be more than happy to share all of my proof with you.

Horrible intake interaction, and was a barebone lack of clear fact finding. Lying to potential clients and disregarding referential treatment, because a method wasn't the same as usual. No call back to even say yay or nay. Shows a lack of professionalism. Although, can't speak for the attorneys in this matter as I never got past the gate keeper. I was referred by an attorney that has gained my trust, and that is the real shame.

Case is on year 3 and my lawyer and his office have done next to nothing. Have had to fax over the exact same paperwork hundreds of times that they misplace and they never have any answers for me. Lazy lawyer who doesn't know much about what he does. Again on year three and my settlement has yet to come through. Do not recommend him at all find someone who is professional knows what they're doing and actually cares about more than how much money they're making. Awful awful awful just want my money this lazy lawyer has held onto for three years now.

.I'd give them 0 stars but they don't give that option . Father and son tulley Spencer and Ed both. The father not so much as the son ..I am sure my constitution reads the same as theirs . I am sure the laws of this land that I have read didn't say That if you are appointed a l awyer by a court due to the inability to afford one. You will not be represented to the best of their ability.Even worse for a paying client. If you receive the same collective representation as .my son .who had evidence to prove he was innocent . Was told by the appointed attorney the son tully we not gone fool with that . I believe my constitution calls that as a crime .Daddy tulley reiterates the nonuse iof evidence by informing my son If his son put him on the stand I.defense of himself and he was on the jury looking at his past history an his face tat he would vote him guilty anyway. This was the first conversation these men had with my son .my question to daddy tully is this isn't UT your son's job to be smart enough to see your prejudice ass coming and not pick you for my son's jury. ? My question toyour son is this . If daddy has to hold your hand would he be able to when you are held responsible for misconduct .if you don't know how to obtain body cam evidencebor it walked away somehow do you know how to have the officers appear themselves give first hand account cause 3 of them said my son your client was innocent . Yet here we are you allowed my son to be sentenced to 8 years in a federal pen . After exhausting him and convincing him a guilty plus was his only way home. My constitution says you should have my son as your celll mate

I got a staph infection from a manicure and felt very affected from the experience. I went online and found Adrienne by chance. I talked to her on the phone to see if I had a case against the salon. This was the first time I had ever sought legal representation for personal injury. I felt a little petty and embarrassed because of the stigma these kinds of lawsuits have but I knew that the salon had done something wrong and caused me tremendous pain. If I hadn't barged into a doctor's office two days after the manicure when my finger was red and swollen to twice its size, I don't know what would have happened next. Adrienne never made me feel like she had better cases to handle, even though I thought she probably did. She told me exactly what she needed from me and told me exactly what she was going to do, step by step. After a couple of months of trying to figure out if the salon had insurance and who the new owners were, Adrienne called me with good news. I was surprised to hear that the salon's insurance company offered to pay my medical bills and a fair amount for pain and suffering. Shortly after, I got the check. In this "Age of Communication" where responding is virtually impossible NOT to achieve, the Evans, Ga. branch of this Law Firm are professionals at being rude and condescending. It does not take 7 days to pick up a phone and return a phone call unless your building was demolished by a tornado. Professional courtesy, due diligence and good manners have not been displayed to (us). I have no doubt that others have had a better experience therefore I would have to say that prejudice falls into play here. To choose and select whom to help and dismiss others due to the size of the "purse" is immoral and unethical.
