Roger Weinberg is not only a compassionate person, he is a highly competent and effective lawyer. We worked with Roger for two years in our case regarding our mother's unfortunate neglect at an assisted living facility. He helped all of us (five children living in various states) stay focused and informed during the course of the lawsuit which eventually led to a trial. Roger was resourceful during every phase of the lawsuit, especially at trial where he defended our case with aplomb. All of us are deeply grateful to Roger as he worked long and hard to represent us during a stressful period. Despite several setbacks, he continued to press forward reassuring our family with his gentle wit and humor. As a result, we won our case. He's a brilliant lawyer, which is good. What makes him great is that he cares! Him and Kristina were such a blessing to our family.
A positive experience from the start. He found things other lawyers did not find. Those things were not all easy to find out. He delivered hard to hear facts about the case in as good a way as you could hope.
After embarrassing the defense he set up my daughter to be taken care of for the rest of her life! We don't have to worry about her being put in a home to be forgotten.
What I like the most is that he didn't stop caring after he got paid. He regularly reaches out to check in. I did not expect this!

I contacted Kelly after dealing with an inept, inferior attorney and am so glad I did. Andrew did a great job for my case. He got a very good outcome for me despite a somewhat uncooperative prosecutor. He was very good at translating the legal quagmire into an understandable discussion. He was also sympathetic my particular situation, and amenable to my expectations. We were able to get the prosecutor to drop the charges by agreeing to a set of unobtrusive probation requirements. Everything went more smoothly than I was anticipating.

If I could give zero stars I would, I don't know about the other attorneys at this law firm, Mr. David Daneman get another attorney before allowing Mr. Daneman to handle your case, all about money, very unethical, dont listen to his clients, to busy trying to get paid from everyone involved in your case. Maryland is so Corrupt, the attorneys has jumped on the band wagon. Mr. Daneman Will show you empathy and compassion don't fall for it. I was searching for a personal injury lawyer to represent me after being hit by a car in March 2020. I found Mr. Myers through a mutual friend. He and his staff were very professional throughout the process and their communication was very transparent,. They allowed me to focus on recovering from my accident, while they handled the paperwork and negotiations with the insurance companies. Dear Mr. Robinson,
I wanted to write you a brief statement of commendation for the handling of my DUI case and for the benefit of others seeking a DUI lawyer. For the benefit of others, you WANT to hire this DUI firm! They are the BEST by far in the State of Maryland!
I am a pilot and REQUIRED a favorable outcome in my DUI to not only continue driving but to continue flying. Bruce took my case and assured me that everything would be worked out successfully. He said if there is a problem in court, his firm will continue to fight for me until we get the required result.
We went to District Court in Baltimore County and Mr. Robinson tried my case. He advised me ahead of time that we had an unfavorable and very harsh judge but that he would fight the case for me at trial regardless. He tried the case as promised and we did not obtain the result that I needed to continue my flying career. I was very concerned for my future and the next sequence of events to follow. Mr. Robinson assured me that this can happen with difficult judges but that he would continue to fight my case in the Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Robinson explained all the options in my very delicate and complicated situation as a pilot. Ultimately, I picked an avenue that worked best for me and Mr. Robinson's firm actually got the case EXPEDITED on the Circuit court docket and got the EXACT result that I needed, thereby protecting my future.
Mr. Robinson's firm also went beyond the call of duty and dealt with Maryland's MVA as well as my out of state MVA to clear up issues there as well. The paralegal Melissa knows exactly what she is doing with various legalities and MVA situations. She gets things done! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and extremely efficient. Melissa continued to support my efforts even when I returned home out of state. She never left any of my concerns unanswered. Melissa is a very valuable part of the Robinson and Associates team.

In early 2020 I contacted Mr. Kelly to handle 2 cases - one nursing home and one hospital. He was honest in his assessments of my case, kept me up to date throughout the entire process, explained both the pros and cons of offers, and as my cases are now completed, I would absolutely hire him again should the need arise. Wow! We met by coincidence and he was the very man that I needed. He is naturally confident and assertive for one thing, like most attorneys I’ve seen, but he is just the same on the floor: telling qualities of a master at his craft. I am a natural skeptic, so I appreciated most his knowledge of the law and my rights; but, his forthright honesty about the outcome is what earned my immediate respect. More to the point, remember the saying, “He acts as his own lawyer, and has a fool for a client?” I was that guy. I also witnessed the day of my sentencing, slack jawed and horrified, what happens to that guy, for a jailable offense; with the right judge, on the wrong day *cringe.* Then I witnessed, immediately afterwards, what happens when you have a good attorney...... Good defense, good results. THEN, there was us. Attorney Robinson is respected, connected and downright brilliant.
