In September i was in a very bad car accident, at the negligence of the other driver. I knew GEICO was not giving me fair compensation for my injuries as I was ambulanced to the hospital on a back brace after 2 GEICO insured motorist slammed into the side of my car while I was waiting for a red light. Bob intervention in my case yielded me over 4 times the offer by GEICO. I am glad I did not settle. Bob was truly genuine about me and not just the case. I highly recommend him to anyone.

My fiance and I were hurt in a car crash and Geico low-balled us so Clark and Steinhorn put it into a lawsuit and got a nearly 50% increase in offer to settle the case. Clark and Steinhorn negotiated reductions in outstanding medical bills and the health insurance lien to assist me in the recovery process. I was involved in an auto accident, and hired a different attorney who i felt after several meetings wasn't listening or working as hard as he could have for me, so I met with Mr. Clark of Clark and Steinhorn and instantly decided to fire my other attorney and hire Mr. Clark. He kept me up to date on everything going on with my case, we had several meetings and anytime I needed him for anything he was there to answer any questions. The other insurance question only felt I was entitled to $1,000 settlement, it was no where close to a number we were happy with, Bob was able to get them to settle for $22,500 after filing suit. We were able to keep it out of court, and get a number I was comfortable with. I couldnt have done without them. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing legal help.

After my three children were in an auto accident we needed a lawyer. When we hired Mike Feldman we got so much more. Two of the children suffered head injuries, one of those injuries severe. One of these children also suffered a major collar bone fracture that ruined here high school sports year. The third child suffered major contusions and a fractured vertebrae. Not only did Mike guide us through the legal and medical web of the things that we needed to do he and his team reached out to us with guidance caring and compassion to help us to get back on the road to recovery. There were many things that we needed to worry about during this recovery period. The medical bills and legal aspects were not among those things. It took over four years to settle the cases for the children. At each turn Mike gave us reassurance, advice and guidance on how to make it through the next step. Also at each step he listened to our cares and concerns and in several cases modified the course of action to accommodate these concerns. When it came time for negotiations with the other side for what we determined to be a fair settlement he showed the tough side of being a lawyer. The children received very fair settlements for the hardships that they suffered. I could go on and on about how well Mike Feldman represented us but I'll suffice it to say that in him we found not just an excellent lawyer but a caring friend.

My wife underwent multiple surgeries and procedures between April and November of 2000 resulting from infections caused by contaminated hip implants. At years end we began to see television ads regarding a specific product. We decided to look for a competent attorney we were comfortable with. We interviewed no less than than four attorneys/groups. When I first talked to Mr. Feldman, my instincts told me there is something special about this guy. I was right. He and his entire team was always up to date on case progress and strategies. I don't believe I ever had to wait more than 30 minutes for a call-back.
This was a complex case which eventually ended up in class action due to the number of litigants. There were literally hundreds, if not thousands of forms and documents to submit with strict deadlines. They did it all.
We were more than pleased with the results of Mr. Feldman's diligence and professionalism. In the final analysis, we paid the mortgage and put in a pool with enough left over to provide a cushion in our retirement years

After thirty five years with the company, only missing time out due to two pregnancies, I got hurt at work. One would think after all these years with the company one would know what to do. To my surprise, people were saying you can't file a workers’ comp claim, the company will fire you or make your life miserable.
I called many different law firms and they would not take my case. It was looking very gloomy until someone recommended Will Inman to me. He is very knowledgeable, straight forward, patient and very clear with every step of the way. All one has to do is follow his instructions. He acts swiftly when necessary and knows when to ride out the process. This professional behavior is the result of a man who understands how to deal with the minutia of law.
As someone who is struggling, this is very important because I feel anxious about how long everything takes and whether or not I'll be able to provide for my future because my original plans no longer matter since having a life-changing accident. Will gets the "big picture" and what more could put you at ease than knowing you've found an attorney who will actively defend your legal woes for the best possible outcome. I keep reminding myself that it's difficult to see a big picture when you stand too close to it. I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding handling of my son's case by Dr. Manley and his team. Five plus years ago I began an effort to seek justice for my injured son in hope (in addition to financial compensation for Christopher and his siblings) that the physicians responsible for my son's injuries would be more aware of the relevant medical issues when responsible for care involving pregnancies like Christopher's. I believe Dr. Manley and his team accomplished this goal.
Searching for an appropriate attorney/firm to handle Chris' case was challenging. I encountered a variety of issues. I had prominent New Hampshire based firms state that Defendants in Christopher's case "never settle cases". It is my experience as a Corporate Attorney that firms with reputations for not wanting to litigate are seldom offered attractive settlements.
My perception was that many of the New Hampshire based firms appeared to have conflicts of interest having had the Defendants provide medical care to their colleagues/employees, although these firms were not always forthcoming when addressing this issue.
I had a "high-powered" Massachusetts firm opine that our case was "not win-able"
I eventually realized I needed to search outside New Hampshire for a firm with a reputation, financial resources, and attorneys willing to litigate every case in which it was necessary. As the old English metaphorical idiom goes, I realized I needed an "Elephant in the room" and/or "an eight-hundred-pound gorilla in the room". As I understand it, Defendants tried to bring in their own out-of-state, high-powered litigator (their "Elephant in the room") and when he was unavailable for our trial date, and the Judge had had enough of Defendants' typical delaying tactics, Defendants decided to acknowledge they were no match for our "Elephant in the room", Dr. Manley and your firm. So the reputation for Defendants in Christopher's case being unwilling to settle cases was overcome in Christopher's case. I am of the opinion that Dr. Manley's many years of experience as an actively practicing OB/GYN physician when utilized in questioning Defendants and Defendants' expert witnesses during depositions contributed significantly to Defendants' decision to make a "last minute" settlement offer.
I am eternally grateful for Dr. Manley's and your firm's efforts on our children's behalf.

Matt is a great lawyer period! When he took over my case it was just a few months from the SOL and I was very worried about that, Matt assured me that he would handle everything and handle it he did. He answered every single question I had (no matter how dumb) in a timely matter he didn't hesitate to email or call me back the same day! When it was time to negotiate with the insurance company Matt kept me on top of every single detail, and phone conversation. Matt truly seems to care about his clients, he doesn't just treat you like "a number" like some lawyer's and firm's do. Matt went well above my expectations. It took me a bunch of phone calls and horrible consultations before finding Ms. Jones to handle my worker's compensation case. I live in a smaller town where almost all of the attorneys who will talk to me about a work comp claim will set up a meeting for a lawyer who is in Baltimore in their office. The local lawyers don't take these cases, except this firm. I think they are the only ones who actually handle the work comp cases without shopping it out to another lawyer in the city. Not only did I get local service they are good lawyers too who handle a lot of different stuff.

I am a retired United States Postal Service employee. I was injured on the job that involved a third party of a contracted leased trucking company. I was unable to return to work due to the injuries I had sustained and retired on disability a year later. I had actually hired another lawyer to pleade my case. My lawyer thought it would be best to bring in "the expert" and that was Mr. Zuber. My family had just sufferred a major tragedy and he was always so calm in getting us through it. I now live in North Carolina and our lawsuit was finalized 9 years ago.
