I had the opportunity to meet David several years ago when a friend recommended him. I had been involved in an automobile accident that led to a serious back injury. David was professional, kind and straightforward from the get go. His considerable knowledge of medicine and pharmacology was impressive and definitely improved his ability to understand my case. Mr. Stephenson has represented a number of my insured physicians (eight) through their medical malpractice trials and has done an excellent job in every instance. In each case, we received a favorable verdict, due in no small part to Michael's exhaustive pre-trial preparations and good calls during trial. Mr. Topa worked very closely with us over the course of setting up our business. He navigated us though all the challenges from writing a business plan, setting up the legal entity, arranging financing with the bank, to navigating all the mess of forms to be filed with the state and federal governments. I would highly recommend him. Only problem was keeping in touch. He was frequently out of the office visiting other clients and we spent most of our time communicating through email.

In 2010 I was in an accident in a store that is owned by a large corporation. . Before my wife and I were able to leave for the ER at the Hospital the Management at the store insisted that I fill out their injury forms.
They offered to call an ambulance, but I was taken to the Emergency Room by my wife instead of waiting longer for an ambulance.
The accident caused new injury to my cervical area and reinjured a previous Cervical Fusion that I had in 2001.
The ER took X-rays and said to see my Orthopedic Spinal Surgeon within three days. I made an appointment with my Orthopedic Spinal Surgeon, He sent me for an MRI and other tests. It was determined that surgery would be necessary to repair the new injury and the additional new injury to the previous cervical fusion.
During this time I received a letter from the corporation which denied any responsibility for my injury and told me to use my personal insurance to pay for any injuries I felt I may have had.
My wife and I decided it was time to retain an attorney.
My wife’s UAW Legal Services recommended an attorney by the name of Jeffery S. Cook. We called Jeff to discuss my accident. I wasn’t feeling well enough to ride in the car so Jeff actually came to our house to discuss my situation. We were impressed with Jeff instantly, he felt we had a case but with big corporations nothing was guaranteed. We instantly believed in him and retained his services.
Jeff did a stellar job; his knowledge, attention to detail, dependability and caring nature keep us aware of any and all progress. He was honest with us when it came to reality checks which we appreciated. He even honestly kept us aware of times when there was lack of progress.
I did have another surgery which involved Cervical Fusion which proved all of my Orthopedic Spinal Surgeon’s diagnosis.
After several months Jeff was able to work out a settlement that was agreeable to me and the Corporate Lawyers that represented the store. We had settlement and we would retain Jeff again if we need another attorney. As a matter of fact we did use him again at a later date.

About 4 years ago my wife had made the call to ABC law centers after researching various attorneys. We had actually been give an attorney’s phone number from a friend which we called. He talked to me for about two minutes and had no interest in trying to help. He wanted us to ask the doctors what happened to our son and then get back with him.
Jesse Reiter was FAR more concerned with trying to help us find out what had caused Matthew’s condition. He and his team took over an hour talking with my wife over the phone gathering information and then sent out the necessary paperwork so they could start looking into what had happened to Matthew. Since we had twin boys, Matthew and Andrew, they assured us that this was their specialty and they would get us answers.
The process then began with more paperwork and meetings as well as creating a video documentary for the care and condition of our son Matthew. All of this was done very professionally and within our hectic schedule. At no time did we ever feel like we were being pressured and everyone was very sympathetic to our needs.
Jesse Reiter and Rebecca Walsh worked very hard for us in this 4 year process. Jesse Reiter even commented on this being one of his longest cases that he has handled, but at no time did they waiver from the end goal of finding out what had caused Matthew’s condition.
Jesse and Rebecca did an AWESOME job of being sympathetic, patient, understanding and caring in their handling of our son’s case. Because of their hard work and persistence we are now assured of Matthew’s future care. This is a HUGE weight off of our minds because, as many parents, we were concerned of Matthew’s future for when we would no longer be around.

This is why you want to talk to Ivan land. Ivan Land will be honest and spend time understanding the details of your case before requesting money.
