Staff did not contact me until 2 weeks after they said they would be in contact with me only to tell me they won't take my case. The case is too hard for them too much work that's why they won't pursue it. It is very much so a valid case. Maybe a smaller law firm that doesn't boast themselves up on the turnpike will enjoy my case. Very poor law firm. Do not recommend! And for the law firm don't try and say my review is incorrect because it's not. Thank you

In February of 2023 I was hospitalized as a result of a serious accident that required months of
rehabilitation as well as surgery. While hospitalized, I contacted the Starr, Gern, Davidson &
Rubin law firm for legal representation. The firm had successfully represented my mother in a
legal matter several years earlier. David Wendel was assigned as my personal injury attorney.
David asked very pertinent questions involving the accident. He also made very helpful

Steven took on my case despite it being a difficult one. Even when I didn't want to go through with all the paperwork or got frustrated he was right there beside me. Anytime i had a question and i had a lot i knew he would answer my e-mail or phone in a timely manner. I read all the documents in regards to my case and Steven never minded when I brought up a question or something I thought would help my case. When it came to trial I made sure I was active in the case and Steven listened to my opinions and concerns. I was kept informed every step of the way whether is was asking for more records or another deposition or what to expect at trial. My case may have been a difficult one but Steven gave 100% to it. He was fair, and honest but tough and amazing in court. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his to friends or use him again.

I was apprehensive of the whole legal process since this was my first lawsuit. I was very impressed with Steve Greene and his associate Harris Gould, as well as his secretary. When I got into an accident three years ago, I hired Steve Greene. Mr. Gould his associate and Steven Greene were helpful, polite and explained every step of my case to me along the way. I am in extreme pain and disbelief at how my kids and I are homeless today, living out of hotels, and suffering to a degree that is unconscionable, after Mr Noble pressured me to settle my discrimination and assault case for far less than what we agreed to before mediation. I had high hopes in Mr. Noble's skills during the years of litigation before the disastrous second mediation right before the scheduled trial date. There was no justification to yell, demean and bully me during the mediation, and to further ignore the grave concerns I repeatedly brought to his attention for years about the extent of the harms visited upon my family and me by the defendants and their agents. I do not know why I was treated in this manner, as I worked very hard on my case and tried to cultivate a respectful, positive working relationship with Mr Noble and the entire team. I am already at risk of discrimination and harassment by virtue of my religious, ethnic and gender characteristics.
Now that my claim was dismissed, I continue to be very vulnerable and unprotected, which is the opposite of everything I hired Mr Noble for. I believe an economist should have evaluated my damages from the start. I forgive Mr. Noble, however I do not believe in suffering in silence. May God bring complete justice to my family.

My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.
The firm in Springfield is professional and welcoming; which is includes her paralegal Diana O who I would like to acknowledge as well.
In divorce, no one wins or loses. My JOD was fair and equitable at the end of the day which is what should have happened. Veronica accomplished that for me with honesty and sincerity from day one.

On June 20, 2024 I met with Attorney Robert Manchel to address my questions about filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Mr. Manchel was very attentive and pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns . I hired him the next day. During the bankruptcy process Mr. Manchel was always available to answer my questions through texts, phone and emails. He explained everything I needed to do and all information I needed to supply. He also told me step-by-step what would happen during the several month process. When it came time to address a judge I met with Mr. Manchel in his office and he helped me through the Zoom hearing. He kept me calm and guided me through the hearing. After the filing was complete- and during the waiting period- Mr. Manchel was always available to supply me with advice and information.
On October 28, 2024 Mr. Manchel contacted me through email, letter and phone that my bankruptcy case had been successfully discharge. He then went on to advise me to what I needed to do in the future to help restore my good credit.
I would highly recommend Mr. Manchel to anyone who finds themselves in the position I was in and has to seek bankruptcy to help them get back on steady financial ground.

We used Mr. Brazza for our new building lease. He went above in beyond negotiating our lease, it's terms and other issues. This was my first non-residential lease experience. Businesses leases are much more complicated (and longer). I wish I had hired him for my recent residential lease as I do not recall my other attorney being so thorough. I will certainly consider Mr. Brazza in the future should I require his services.

I had been through two previous lawyers, one was a alcoholic and deviant, the other just didn't communicate with me or do the simplest tasked that was necessary to protect my interest.
I was then introduced to Evan Weiner Esq. and he cleaned up the mess the other lawyers had made. he was always available to reach and talk too: even when I was just looking to speak to a receptionist.
Mr. Weiner went above and beyond the scope of his duties, was always professional and listened to my concerns. I was in the military and there are very few men you will trust your life with, Evan Weiner is that soldier!

Mr. Zorowitz represented me in a ugly child support case (he had my child support reduced by 85%!!) that several 'high profile' Haddonfield NJ attorneys (I spent OVER, YES, OVER $100,000 on Haddonfield NJ attorneys!!) and YEARS in and out of the Camden County Courts .
Mr. Zorowitz is nothing but a true genius! He was happy to answer all of my emails and calls and did a thorough job of not only representing me but had a complete understanding of my case.
Trust me, there aren't many attorneys in the US who treat you like that.
Mr. Zorowitz was not cheap, but reasonable. No where near the money I had wasted in the past on 'high profile' Haddonfield NJ attorneys.
There was no BS when it came time to be in front of the judge, just the facts were presented.
In fact Mr. Zorowitz CORRECTED the judge on several topics!!!!!! WOW! Now that's an attorney who's no afraid to be heard!
I only wish I could leave my name or email for who ever is reading this post. But this site won't allow it.

I went to Mr. Barletti after my prior lawyer advised me my case was dismissed for some technical reason I still do not understand. My prior lawyer recommended that I "just drop it". Mr. Barletti took my case, got it restored and got me much more than I ever expected in a settlement. I could not be more thankful!!!
