So I met John Bensulock Several Years ago , I was severely Injured in a MVA on August 2nd 2018 forever changing my life , I met with many attorneys who told me I was crazy for who I wanted to sue and “you have no case” and Blah Blah , However my Lawyer at the time assured me I do have a Case her name was Barbara Ungar and she said I want you to reach out to a colleague of Mine his Name is Harold , So I call up and John came right to my house listened to all my concerns , I have also had Custody Problems with my sons Mother that John went above and beyond too help me on , he has bailed me out countless times in a NO Bail State , NJ has the bail reform so its very tough too argue for release , John does not back down , long story short he went above and beyond to get me out , help clear my name , plus ALL THAT he does on my Injury case , this Man is a Walking Guardian Angel 👼🏼 , My case will now be closing out soon and this Law firm has changed my life really , they saved my Life and then went above and beyond to get me proper compensation , and fight till no end for me , they are amazing exceptional Lawyers , This firm and John is now my Lawyer for life even if I have to do a trust or real estate I would only use this Firm or somebody John Bensulock refers , these people are wonderful , Thank you so Much John and Harold !!!! 🙏🙏🩵❤️

Let me begin by writing how impossible it is for me to write a small review that paints a clear picture of how amazing Josh is. He is not only brilliant at what he does, he’s a good man. I retained Josh after having a horrible experience during a litigation with a previous attorney. I must have contacted a dozen lawyers when the local PD confiscated my firearms due to something my child said on social media, and David Jay Glassman was the only attorney to return my call. I was sued by a patient who was referred to me by her general dentist. It was alleged that I performed an unnecessary procedure on the patient. The case went to court and with Mr. Mancino at my side I was confident that the outcome would be in my favor. For ten days I watched this attorney fight for me every step of the way. The jury found in my favor because i did nothing wrong and because I had a great lawyer who laid out my case in a clear and concise manner. I was named as a defendant in a dental malpractice action. I did not meet Mr. Mancino until shortly before my case was scheduled to go to trial. I was concerned that he would not have a full understanding of the facts and issues in my case. After one meeting all of my fears were put to rest. Mr. Mancino knew the case better than I did and went through his trial strategy with me in a clear, concise cogent and convincing manner. The trial was nerve wracking but Russ found the time to not only try the case but to listen to my concerns and reassure me every step of the way.
The jury found in my favor by a 6 to 1 vote. I was impressed with the way Russ handled the victory. He was conciliatory to the other side, humble and genuinely happy for me. He counseled me on how to avoid lawsuits in the future by simply keeping the lines of communication open with my clients. I learned a lot from this ordeal thanks to Mr. Mancino.

I am honestly baffled by the fact that anyone gave this law firm anything above a 3 star review. To get Sal on the phone is nothing short of a miracle. Every time I received a bill from Sals office I found myself perplexed because it felt like nothing was ever getting done. In my opinion, it seemed that regardless of the productivity of the case, $1000 dollar invoices came in one after another. One time he accepted a motion to delay the case further without so much as a word to me. The ONLY reason I did not terminate his counsel was that I would have to pay another few thousand to have another lawyer try to figure out what it is Sal was doing. Long story short… if you want someone who values your time, money, and opinion, do not call Sal.

"I unfortunately had Alexandra Coglianese appointed as our parent coordinator. She exhibited bias and manipulated facts to fit her own narrative. Her dishonesty led to false statements, some of which she corrected when confronted. She even presented inaccurate information to the judge, some of which she later amended in an email sent at 7 PM the night before the hearing. Whether this was deliberate or due to incompetence, she failed to prioritize my daughter’s best interests by presenting misleading narratives to the court and making false statements and unsolicited recommendations.
If you’re seeking someone who is fair, honest, and genuinely looks out for the child’s well-being, I recommend avoiding Alexandra Coglianese.”

I hired John Pihno , possibly the worst communication process , I’ve been dealing with this office for a year and never met my lawyer , couldn’t get him on the phone his assistant Suzette never responded back to emails or calls . I felt like I was constantly chasing them . A lot of the things that happens during my case as , surgically etc. would have never happened unless I pushed and of course these people want a piece of your check when it’s all over . We did a project which included several change orders asked for by the Hicks at his residence . Mr. Hicks, a partner at this law firm , acted very unprofessional, his wife actually contacted my employees via text causing tortious interference with our contracts. While completing his contracts, we found his soil was sub par and full of clay and needed to be remediated. He and his wife practically had temper tantrums causing for an unbelievably unsuitable work environment at his home. Even with their attempts to cause harm to me and my company, we competed the contract. A year later, he claimed that some of the brick pavers moved, I explained to him that he refused to pay to remedy the soil situation and therefore it was not covered by our warranty. He proceeded to use his law degree to sue us, he filed suit for over $24,000.00 which included almost $12,000.00 in new landscaping which was not part of my contract. While delivering the discovery to his house, the driveway which he claimed to have been removed and reinstalled in his lawsuit had the same pavers sinking in the same spot a year after they were supposedly replaced.. if this partnership allows attorneys like this, who use their law license to try to steal from hard working contractors then I would say run away from this firm. They support disgraceful behavior like this from their partners! We just recently went to binding arbitration. The arbiter threw out 99% of his case and awarded him $2300.00, one tenth of what he was fraudulently suing me and my company for!

I called this lawyer because of a similar case they had handled before, and I had the same medical issue. First he was very rude and patronizing. And then gave his own diagnosis that I was almost blind before my corrective eye surgery so I should not be suing the Doctor and that LASIK was not perfect ( I was not complaining about my actual power of my glasses after surgery the problem is I am not able to use my eyes and focus on computer or read a book as it causes extreme pain and migraines and I can not lead a normal life). I called him after consulting two ophthalmologists and further I already had an appointment with a doctor who specializes with complications after LASIK (So the issue was complication after LASIK procedure not that my vision was not better after the surgery, I would not have had the severe debilitating complications if the doctor had done the traditional PRK surgery for me instead of LASIK but alas!! he seemed he knew everything and said I should be happy I got a good result. I am living with Photophobia (wearing sunglasses even indoors, and migraines almost everyday and he calls this good result!)
He had no patience to listen to what I was saying and interjecting his own personal opinion. For instance I mentioned only one time the doctor's name in our conversation - for that he said I was obsessed with my doctor!! I only mentioned his name because the practice had several doctors and I mentioned who it was that did my surgery.
He had problems from get go about every thing I said first he said I had a thick accent (I have been teaching for 20 years no student or colleague of mine has ever told me they can not understand me because of my accent). Then he said I was cutting him off ( in fact he was cutting me off and mansplaining!). He also took my DOB info which was weird since I had not even hired him. (now I am worried what he is doing with that info).
I was so upset after talking to him that I called the receptionist and told her someone in his firm has to know how rude and condescending he was even though I realize nothing would be done about it.
I totally understand if he had told me he will not take my case, but the way he was so rude and condescending is beyond me.

This attorney let a juror sleep through a trial and did not let the judge know. He was not helpful at all and only cares about himself. I would not recommend using this guy he will get you railroaded. He let me know he is overwhelmed with cases. Please do not use this guy! Find someone who actually does their job and wants to help people! If you want to be ignored..... pick him!!!
