Joshua Cohen represented me in a medical malpractice case. This was my first lawsuit and I was nervous and anxious. By the time he finished prepping me for my case, my nerves and anxiety went away and I was confident to testify. It turns out that he convinced the judge to hold a Frye hearing to see if there was any scientific evidence to support the plaintiff's case and after a convincing hearing, the judge dismissed the case! Joshua's knowledge of medicine and orthopedic surgery was truly impressive. He was able to pick apart the plaintiff's case and I really felt that he left no stone unturned. Joshua's success is not just based on his sharp intellect and confident demeanor, but he is an extremely hard worker. Mr. Cinnamon represented me in my workers' compensation case. I had never been injured on the job before and Mr. Cinnamon made the whole process easy. I had mr.jeff work on my back injury case following a car/bike collision , he managed to win the case even after constant obstacles placed before him by the insurer of the driver. I have worked with other injury lawyers in the past and some of them just look like they are going through the motions and taking whatever the company will offer. These guys are different. They'll really get out there are fight for you even when the insurance tries to stall and delay. They want to get paid so they'll work hard to get you paid.

I suffered a slip and fall accident and needed a trial attorney. I interviewed many lawyers, most were interested in a quick settlement, or just not interested at all. I was committed not to settle for a quick settlement. I was ready for the long fight ahead of me and needed a lawyer who was just as committed. I was looking for a lawyer who would fight, I found Mitchell Silbowitz. He took the case to trial,his firm brought in a high-resolution monitor and projector so the jury could see all the evidence better. He provided professional-quality poster size photo's to show the jury the environmental conditions of my accident. He provided a certified snow expert as a witness on my behalf to explain the icy conditions in my case. The most damaging thing to the opposition was not all the evidence or witnesses, it was the trial attorney provided by Mitchell law firm. She was articulate, detailed, and overcame all the obstacles in the trial. The outcome, I received 17.5 times more than the insurance company originally offered.

Mathew is a very professional lawyer that i highly recommend. Since day 1 Mathew seemed very confident, knowledgeable, responsible and an ambitious lawyer.
