BM takes a 10% fee the rest is yours and tax free. Not sure how much BM did but I'm sure they were working in the background. If you qualify don't expect a settlement in a few months it takes years assuming all your paperwork is in order. They probably have 1000s of clients so don't expect monthly updates.

Dear Joseph Sullivan, I am truly disappointed in your representation in our Father's claim. It's been 14 years since your firm has had our Father's claim. Our father has been deceased for years. We ask for updates but you have refused to speak to us. It's been 2 years since we heard from you. Our Father may not be a priority to you but he is definitely a priority to us. I'm very disappointed we really expected more from your firm. 14 years to process a claim is unheard of. And we still waiting. This is truly disgraceful. And the unprofessionalism you have displayed is so disgraceful. A claim that takes only 2 years we still waiting now 14 years. Our father before he passed, had put his trust in your firm. The least you can do is respect him enough to honor him.

Sayles and Evans and in particular Steven Agan are great attorneys. Always timely and able to answer questions, we closed on a home sale in two weeks. Steve personally met with us at a moment’s notice and made sure we were taken care of. They are a team of true professional.
We had the worst experience with HH &K who lost us a sale due to incompetence and 6 months of doing absolutely nothing.
We will use Sayles and Evan’s in the future. 100% would recommend.

You never think one day you’ll need to go through the process of fighting for custody of your children. Unfortunately that day came me. I found myself in a love-less relationship with an unfaithful partner who I shared 2 beautiful children with. I felt helpless because you always think the law favors the mother in most cases. Being an extremely involved father who coached and was very active in my children’s life, I knew I didn’t want to be the typical every-other-weekend warrior father, I had to fight for my children. I was referred to The Pappalardo Law group from a friend of a friend who was also an attorney in Connecticut. She was very confident that this was the best Law Firm for my situation. I reluctantly made the call and set up the appointment. Turned out to be one of the best most important decisions I’ve ever made. John Pappalardo assigned his associate Sam to my my case and from day one they both worked tirelessly to understand our circumstances and put together an amazing case to present to the court. When I reached out to BMCQ, I was lost. I had no idea what I was about to go through. Sunny called me and got a full history immediately. From that point forward, Sunny and her assistant Lindsay were so positive, efficient, responsive and ultimately changed my life. Lindsay is a Rockstar when it comes to communicating with the insurance companies, getting all paperwork to you on time, checking in with you, and keeping you updated on the process.
