I was recently in a serious car accident, which was not my fault!!
I chose the firm of Ferraci Lange to represent me in trying to reach a fair settlement on my behalf due to their good reputation.. Lesley Niebel was assigned to my case and from the very beginning, I felt that she had my best interest at heart and would go above and beyond to make sure that my claim came to a satisfactory conclusion!! Lesley worked tirelessly on my case, and repeatedly refused to accept the meager settlements offered by the other insurance company. She was incredibly easy to work with, clearly had expertise in her field, and kept me very well informed throughout the entire process of what was going on! She was always approachable by phone or email, and answered my questions efficiently and quickly! In my opinion, resorting to threats and bullying in an attempt to intimidate a particular beneficiary is beneath the conduct you would otherwise expect from a member of the Bar Association.
To be clear, I was not "unhappy with my parent's estate", I was shocked by Ms. Richard's behavior.
Her handling of the estate relative to administration and advice given was deplorable, and in no way represented what my parents would have wanted. If you're in the market for an estate attorney that you can trust to do the right thing upon your passing, I recommend that you look elsewhere.
I would not have even given Ms. Richards a "1 star" review, but Google doesn't accept anything less.

Needs to be DISBARRED. I WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR NOTHING, AND WHEN I FOLLOWED UP, HE DIDNT HAVE A TEAM LIKE HE ADVERTISED TO LOOK INTO MY MALPRACTICE CASE THAT INCLUDED TO DEATH OF MY SON, AND RESPONDED THAT MY SON WAS GOING TO DIE ANYWAY AND IT WILL COST HIM 6 FIGURES AFTER THEY TELL YOU THERE'S NO COST UNLESS THEY WIN. AND I NEED TO PAY 6 FIGURES FOR HIM TO RULE OUT NEGLIGENCE WHICH IS ABSURD, it cost me nothing to look at my son's records and found the evidence they need. He concluded don't be offended? In disgusted with lawyers like him. That a grieving mother couldn't get any help or some type of closure. It's not Right and I'm taking this time to to make sure anyone doesn't consider these inefficient attorney. I desposited competently better than them and I don't even have a license but you have these attorney that do and DO NOTHING BUT EASY CASES THEY CANNIT WIN ANY MALPRACTICE CASES. I'm representing my son myself on my lawsuit. I feel that confident and knowledgeable.

My 87-year-old father was hit by a car out walking in his neighborhood. My immediate concern was, is he going to be OK, how bad he was hurt. When I knew my father would recover, and my next concern, I didn't want my parents to be saddled with huge bills.
I called and met Kevin Williams and his paralegal, Jan Shear. Their initial care and understanding was very comforting to me and my parents. Their knowledge and understanding of the situation and the best course of action was precise and clear. They informed us of every step along the way and even knew what issues we would encounter before it happened.
Shortly after the accident my father received a bill for nearly $30,000 from the hospital and emergency room. I immediately forwarded the bill to Jan, and she got the bill to the proper responsible party to be paid. Kevin and Jan were able to get all the bills paid and even corrected a bill that was paid in error by my father's insurance carrier.
My parents ended up with no out of packet payments for any of the many doctor visits or tests, and received a very nice reward from the driver's insurance company. The outcome was better than I ever expected. However, what I appreciated the most was the care and concern both Kevin and Jan had for my parents’ well being, the effort they gave, and timeliness of the entire process.
