This guy is the ABSOLUTE WORST ! He is an utter crook and will have ZERO regard for your case. He will take your money and he will then be a ghost. I had a case that should have been resolved within two weeks. It ended up taking SIX MONTHS. You will be lucky if the guy shows up to court. RUN AWAY AT ALL COSTS !!!

Unless you have a high profile case that will result in a large settlement, I would not recommend. The hourly billing is too high and with a negative end result in our case (despite their agreement that baseless allegations were brought), it seems the only party who won was the representation. Very disappointed and disgusted. Where is there fair law in civil matters?

I cannot say enough good things about Jake & how well he took care of my mom during an extremely difficult time. He listened to her & her concerns. He was very thorough explaining & re-explaining everything to myself & my mom answering all of our questions, no matter how silly or repetitive they were.
Jake helped minimize the stress for myself & my sister while caring for our mother & took care of everything needed regarding what was needed from a legal standpoint which allowed us to focus on my mom & her care.

Had an incredible experience with Williams DeClark Tuschman! I was in a really bad car accident in Ohio where I was rear ended and sustained some pretty bad injuries due to the speed at which I was hit and my vehicle being almost completely stopped. I was afraid that having no insurance at the time I was not going to be protected and have no way to deal with my injuries and going through therapy. My lawyer, Jacob Hamilton took care of me from the moment we spoke all the way through my entire case and helped me not only find the right place to be taken care of thoroughly until I was completely rehabilitated but also kept up with me after the fact and was able to get me the money that I deserved for what I endured!

These lowlifes aren't even worth the time and trouble of hiring. They are greedy, care nothing for their clients and can't even do their job. I know of an individual they represented and this educated librarian sat there with his finger up his nose while the judge did his job for him. And if you owe them money, they threaten you, even if you are making payments to them. There a lot better attorneys in Columbus you can hire.

Gretchen was 100 percent on my side from the minute we met! I was wrongfully accused of 2 major felonies and could have been put in prison for a long time! STAY AWAY FROM THOMAS KANDO and SARAH. They will rob you out of your hard earned money and very unprofessional!!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law firm, particularly with Thomas Kando. My family engaged their services in November 2023, seeking assistance with a property damage case. During our initial meeting, Mr. Kando assured us that the case was strong and encouraged us to proceed, which we did, trusting his professional judgment.
However, after receiving a $1,000 payment, communication from both Mr. Kando and his assistant Sarah ceased. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via phone and email, we received no responses. On multiple occasions, we visited the office in person, only to be told that we would receive a call back, which never happened. Out of approximately 15 visits, we encountered Sarah twice, and she provided vague, yet falsely reassuring updates about the case’s progress.
It became apparent that they may not have taken any real action on our behalf. We were told that Mr. Kando had allegedly attempted to negotiate with the construction company, but no documentation or evidence of these communications was ever presented to us. By August 2024, nearly nine months later, we confronted Mr. Kando in person after he had avoided us for so long. During this meeting, he informed us that the case was not successful, contradicting his initial optimism and showing little concern for the outcome or for the fact that we had trusted him with our money and our case.
Overall, our experience with this law firm was highly unprofessional, and we felt misled and ignored after they were paid. I would strongly advise caution when considering their services.

My fiancé and I originally contacted an attorney in Cincinnati to help with our K1 Visa process, however he seemed a bit…busy? Anyway, after the initial phone conversation and odd feeling, we were lucky enough to find Neil Fleischer.
Neil was there EVERY step of the way, walking us through every aspect with respect, politeness, and a TRUE sense of caring! My (now wife) and I are truly blessed to have worked with him and were married earlier this year.
I can’t speak highly enough of Neil and his team. He always responded right away, was there for a phone call if I was confused about anything, and is a great human being. We are now working with him for my wife’s change of status paperwork.

I was in an automobile accident in April of this year. My car was rear ended with me and my two children in inside. My two children were not injured by very much shaken. I on the other hand injured my shoulder pretty badly. After a visit to the ER I contacted R.M.B the very next day the that the accidnt happened and got Sarina Mitchell as my representative. She was very efficent and quick in her responses. I was treated so well and professionally! I had never been in this type of situation before and didnt even know what the first steps were but she walked me through and explained every process. Not only did she get me a settlement within 6 months after my accident, following many doctors appointments and physical therapy, but she was also able to get me well over what i had thought id receive! If i ever encounter another incident like that (knock on wood that never happens again) i know exactly who to call and ask for!

I can not say enough good things about Mr. Grant and his office staff. My wrongful death suit did take a little over 4 years to settle, but Mr. Grant was always available to answer questions, talk me "off the edge", give me advice and keep me in the loop. I personally saw Mr. Grant twice but felt comfortable emailing him kinda "all the time". He ALWAYS had time for me. We recently closed and requested a check for the funds. They did not have a check for us. The gentleman who did the closing seemed to have no idea. They made us do a wire transfer, which is not what we wanted to do. After we left a received a call that they did issue the check but forgot it on their desk. That's just unacceptable to "forget" proceeds for a closing. On top of that they said I could come pick it up. I would think that they would've made accommodations on their end to get the money to me anyway possible. I was not impressed and im still waiting to get my funds. I did not receive any notification they wired the money.
