Mark is a fantastic lawyer and person. He spent a lot of his own time (free of charge) talking with us and going over details! He also gave it to us straight forward and didn’t sugar coat anything. He isn’t in it for the money but instead to be there to be the best lawyer he can be for tour situation! We are now currently working another lawyer (a friend of his) due to conflict of interest due to prosecution duties but he has and will continue to be there through the entire process as a friend now!

Refussed to fight for me. Scarred to fight sedgwick. Passed me around to multiple attorneys, refussed to let the judge know that sedgwick told my doctors to no longer send me for tests, treatments plus that they refuse to pay for anything else.
This neglect and intimadation from sedgwick and my attorneys has caused my injury to be debilatating. After i was forced to end my case i went to a new doctor or mri'ed my injuies which i needed surgery , during the surgery my new doctor was dumbfounded over my injuries that was neglected by the system that was ment to help injured workers. Thease great attorneys go me enough money to by my own personal medical devices. 2 braceses, wraps, ice packs, eqipment to help my injury.
I have suffered over 12 years and now for the rest of my life. I am a visual walker do to poor vision. Due to my disabilty and the neglect of sedgwick and my attorneys i became a faller. Thousands of falls tons of er visits. Tons of injuries. Thanks to money hungry people who are protected by law.

I paid $500 one time consultation fee on 13th of September, and they received my case on 16th of Sep. However, one month has passed, until now I have not heard back from the lawyer ! It’s seems like I have been totally ignored. I have sent emails to paralegal asking about the situation. She just say the lawyer will contact you soon, then another 2 weeks past, still nothing. I don’t know if I am the only one facing this issue or not . Seems like he has many good reviews and that’s why I choose him. But I got disappointed seriously.

I put one star but I wish I didn't have too..what's so funny is that the people who write a real but negative review, she instantly says she don't know the person and never represented them..smh..She didn't represent me and I will NEVER call her..She represented my nephew and he got life, didn't object to not one thing the prosecution trumped up, how tf a detective contaminate shell casings and she not object to the ones he claims were not..how can the prosecution play video statements in front of the jury when they were not introduced as evidence and she not object..How come not one victim show up in court other then the store clerk who didn't see the alleged aggressors but you let video statements from co defendants get played in open court with no objections..How was two Co defendants in the same cell for a year together when in statements they both admitting to being best friends and not know my nephew..Now with witnesses saying it was two alleged aggressors and none matched my nephew description, how the hell did you not fight for him, Ray Charles could see the B.S that was concocted in this case...But all u people saying she is a hands down good lawyer...lmao..yall must of had traffic tickets..

Very dedicated, easily reachable and responds very quickly and did a great job getting me probation on a case where i should have went to prison and was a court appointed lawyer for this case. Usually when lawyers are court appointed they tend to not do so great for your case but not with him he went above and beyond on many aspects and even seen me in jail to let me know how things are going a few times.

I just saw his billboard that said that they will listen he will care and he will make them pay well that's only if there's somebody else to go against except for the city. I was doing 20 mph ana street that had a pothole that they did not take care of and was told for years not only did the city take care of the pothole an hour after I broke my ankle in three places broke my knee and ended up in the hospital for 3 weeks that they also patched all of my alleyway that they just happened to be nowhere near where the pothole was at. I called his office and they said oh well you know what we don't take those type of claims it's personal injury you don't take those type of claims? So he left me high and dry. Thank goodness that while I was in the hospital instead of thinking about him first I called another lawyer and am waiting for a settlement it's been a year and a half. The hold up is the paperwork and my lengthy recovery cuz I'm still having problems and need an extra surgery but they want you to be taken care of and treated all the time that you're spending all your money so you're going to hear the same thing and attorneys can let you borrow money from their finance company if you don't win that you don't have to pay it back but you're not going to get a certain amount because of your credit score my credit score is low because I can't pay my bills because I had my accident and can't work so be aware who you do choose and if you do choose Tim misney make sure he does what he says he's going to do. And there is no slander or libel involved in my comments because I did not put him down I just told you to watch out you can read the reviews and find out for yourself make your own opinion but don't do it based off of mine I'm telling you my experience. Therefore I would not choose him.

I was talking to an Attorney who came after me. We talk less than half an hour to file BK I thought at that time i should and he said to give him a deposit of $705.50 and less than three week later I change my mind. I ask for my deposit back and he said I sign an agreement and I have no record of me signing anything or I would have copies. Now HE want to Keep $600.00 of it saying that was his time. What for 15-20 min on the phone. When did you ever discuss with me about your hourly fees. You told me it was a flat $1400.00 to file. That is BS and I will report you and your firm to the BAR ASSOCIATION. WOW!!! HOW SAD!!!

I am in law enforcement. Pretty sure there isn’t a warrant for my arrest. I paid cash for my college degree (when college was cheap) so pretty sure I don’t have any outstanding student loans. Huge Law Firm with a few bad eggs. Watch out for Attorney Brian Perry out of Cincinnati, OH. Brian's special skill is setting up Upper Encelon Workers Compensation Fraud Rings. I know from first-hand experience. Mr. Perry is willing to bend or outright break laws to help his clients win Injury Claims. I am still injured 2 years after I was injured, Ironworking and fighting my claim. Brian has, unfortunately, forgotten there are Rules/Laws he has to uphold. I am going to make sure Mr. Perry is held accountable for his Unlawful Participation that landed me living in my SUV for the past 15 months. All while having a serious spinal injury. I don't deserve nor any Injured Worker should be forced to combat against Bad Faith and Fraudulent Inducement to prove their Injury.

He seemed extremely confident and with just the right amount cockiness had me believing that I could win with him as my representation. Once the custody battle began he then showed me that he wanted to do what was easiest and ultimately that led to me getting nothing that I really wanted. After the case ended, he ghosted me. I never received one invoice for the nearly 7k spent on his services either. Oh and on the day of my trial..he hit on my mother. I really wanted to have more confidence in him as he came highly recommended but I so clearly was nothing but a drop in the bucket for him. Now I’m dealing with the fallout of him not fighting against a messed up parenting order that my ex keeps going against and I’m out a good amount of money that could’ve been spent on an attorney who would’ve actually fought for me. I think he’s a good guy and maybe it was a fluke but it’s disappointing that I now have to deal with so many issues all because he didn’t do his job.

Don't ever use Blake Maislin attorney law. I've been having a case going with them for 3yrs now. And I have to continue to call Stephanie Collins to see how my case is going. We reached a settlement . And this settlement was settled in October and I still haven't received my settlement. I was told it took 1to 2 weeks to receive my payment. And that's past. And I reached out to her again and then I was told it can take longer and there's nothing else she can do to push my case forward. I thought she was the lawyer not the insurance company. 🤔 Bad management

THE WORST! I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Scott Heasley and his firm. Despite having both a verbal and written agreement in place for the resolution of the matter, they have failed to sign the release after more than three months. Mr Green was the prosecuting attorney against my husband for a case in which the jury found unanimously in our favor. Shame on Green that he takes cases that should never be pursued and that people’s lives are upended needlessly. Green himself caused two mistrials by passing out, once during jury selection and once during trial. Greens’s own expert witness agreed that everything was within the standard of care. We are still wondering how Green thought he had a case.
Please google Harrison Green, Ohio Supreme Court for why he had his license suspended temporarily and what he was indicted for.
