If you have a WC claim I would not recommend them! Got hurt at my job ended up having joshua as my attorney. Time goes on in my case where I started going to see my own Dr's and what they were telling me was not matching up with what WC dr's were saying cause I no longer trusted the nothing is wrong with you stuff WC dr's try and push on you. If you get that gut feeling to fire your attorney do it sooner rather than later where other attorneys say it is to far in on the case. I spoke to a few other attorney's about my case not at C&C . Which they said did he tell you this did he tell you that I said no did he try and get the video I said no. Which they said he should have told you those thing's . It's like he was more for my employer side than he was actually my side. Simple and plain I do not recommend them PERIOD!!!!!!

I retained Attorney Neal Lourie for my Workers Compensation Case, which was a rather difficult one.
Attorney Lourie is by far THE most Honest, Loyal, Tenacious, Caring and Honorable person one could wish to have handle legal issues. His 'can do' approach is only second to his excellent, courteous manner. He only gives the facts and fights hard to see that Justice is done. He has a caring kind manner that puts one at ease as soon as one meets him. Gerald and his team were so organized and his expert witnesses were so good that he won the biggest verdict ever in Hall County, GA., according to Jakob Medley's grandmother. Jakob needed a breathing tube when he was born, but it took eight minutes for the hospital to supply one, and he was born terribly brain injured. The $8.5 million the jury awarded showed they agreed the hospital was at fault. Jakob's grandmother now will have the financial means to give him the best life possible. She has nothing but praise for Gerald and would recommend him to anyone.

Mr Messervy and his assistant Autumn Hazy helped me in a disastrous case where I was being asked to show cause by my ex husband, who had resurfaced after being absent for several years. Mr Allison at Kahn Law Firm helped me and successfully won my case where I suffered from permanent damage due to the negligence of a leading healthcare facility in South Carolina. Everyone there was compassionate, understanding and tuff when they needed to be to win my case. Also, I took my case to several other Law Firms and no other office would touch it. I was even told by a few that it wouldn’t be enough money and wasn’t worth their time even though I have permanent back and nerve damage.
I would recommend him and everyone at their office because my case did take their teamwork and they worked with specialists, my family doctor and doctors who are highly recommended in neurosurgery at MUSC.

Ken won a $6.5 million settlement for the Riveras, whose son was born brain-injured at the hospital at Ft. Hood, TX. According to the lawsuit, Kasie Rivera’s pregnancy had been proceeding normally until near the end of her term, when the doctors decided to induce labor because the baby’s growth slowed down. Even though fetal heart monitoring showed the baby was in distress in the womb, the doctors kept Kasie laboring instead of doing a C-section. When the baby was born he was severely brain injured. Suing a government hospital is hard, but Ken did a great job and got the Riveras a settlement that will help them take care of their son for the rest of his life. Based on what he did for the Riveras, I think Ken would do a wonderful job for anyone needing his help.

A year ago, I was attacked by a pit bull during a door dash delivery. The dog attacked my left calf and I was left bleeding on the owner's lawn. Luckily there were neighbors that came to my aid and an ambulance came and took me to emergency. The attack was so bad that it resulted in a big scar on my left calf.
I felt that I needed to be compensated for something that could have easily been avoided by the owners. So I contacted Louthian Law Firm and told them about my case. I gave them the details and showed them the scar and they believed that I had a real case.
I can't tell you how helpful Brianna Higgins and Bert Louthian were throughout the whole process, as it was my first time contacting a law firm of some sort. They walked me through the process and eventually settled the case, which helped me get a lot of compensation.
My scar may never heal again, but the everyone within this law firm helped me as much as they could, and I'll forever be thankful for them!

As a lawyer he does good on your behalf, just don’t expect a lot of communication and he is very arrogant. He will remind you consistently about what a good attorney he is in case you have doubt. But again he is a good attorney for our community. I would recommend him if you have a serious case you are fighting. He will gain your confidence. His presentation is excellent. Just be well prepared. Every lawyer has their flaws and his is being extremely arrogant and make sure your money is right and you have a lot of patience.

I went to the office to discuss a possible case, I carried my medical records with me and 5 or 6 months later there has been no calls, emails, no contract none.
The firm hasn't even bothered to return my medical records back to me. This would be 0 stars if it was possible. I guess my case wasn't big enough for them to bother with.
