From the looks of these reviews they must’ve caught Brandi on a good day, bc I would never recommend or give my money to someone so rude! She doesn’t know me at all, I’m asking questions about a simple divorce vs. using an attorney and she had an attitude like I did something to her. I literally hung up in her face for being so rude. It’s a shame. Glad I found someone else who let me ask as many questions and walked me through the process.

Don’t trust this lady with the most important things in your life. My divorce, went on for a year and a half. I paid $12k to this Law Firm to do nothing. First mistake the judge will appoint one lawyer to turn in the paperwork for child support. They appointed my lawyer She never turned it in. I Kept calling the courts house to see how much my child support . Then I find out she never turned in the paperwork. Her mistake made me behind $5000. Me and my ex-wife gave my father-in-law $50,000 to buy his company. Which we had 500 shares of stock in the company. Miss Bowen told me that in evidence finding that it was no proof of 500 shares. She kept on giving me the runaround about this. We went to mediator, That Miss Bowen did on zoom while my ex-wife and her lawyer was there. Saying that she had a flat tire but still charge me $3000 dollars for it. While she was never really present leaving the zoom turning her camera off so we couldn’t see her. Nothing got settled. Then the day before the final court date she called me saying that we did have 500 shares, but it was gonna be a problem in court. So I made a bad decision to go with what she advise me to do. But to find out later she was wrong. So I settle out of court to get half the money back from company that I put in. My settlement agreement was $75k. Miss Bowen told me I would receive that money within 3 weeks. It took 3 1/2 months before I got the entire amount. Had to call her and she only send me 25k. She said that the other money was held up in HER bank. 4 weeks went by had to email her she only sent me $20 thousand more. Then another 4 week went by I had to email her again then she sent me another $20 thousand. These went on for months. She did these like it was her money. A couple more things went wrong but I’m running out of room but I think you get the message. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.

If you have a WC claim I would not recommend them! Got hurt at my job ended up having joshua as my attorney. Time goes on in my case where I started going to see my own Dr's and what they were telling me was not matching up with what WC dr's were saying cause I no longer trusted the nothing is wrong with you stuff WC dr's try and push on you. If you get that gut feeling to fire your attorney do it sooner rather than later where other attorneys say it is to far in on the case. I spoke to a few other attorney's about my case not at C&C . Which they said did he tell you this did he tell you that I said no did he try and get the video I said no. Which they said he should have told you those thing's . It's like he was more for my employer side than he was actually my side. Simple and plain I do not recommend them PERIOD!!!!!!

These people are the most shady people that I have dealt with business wise. I was told to call on a Monday to give an address to mail my check to and it would be sent right out. Called gave the address and was told that the check would not be signed until the weekend by Amanda. Two weeks later I still have not received my check. We have utilized John's expertise for a couple of real estate closings. On our most recent transaction, the day before the closing my husband injured his back and was unable to travel to John's office. I emailed him in the middle of the night to explain the situation and ask if we could utilize a power of attorney so that we wouldn't have to delay the closing. Without hesitation John left his office and drove 30 minutes to our home so that we could sign the documents with him. We are so grateful for John's professionalism and kindness and would highly recommend his firm.

I was referred to the Finkel Law Firm, specifically Dylan Glick by the SC Lawyer Referral Service. I was scheduled with an appointment for 10/3/24 @ 9am which was a 3 week wait. I called at 9:05 am since no one had contacted me. I was told I was Mr. Glick was tied up on another call, then I was told Mr. Glick does not have me on his schedule. I was put on hold yet again and another person came on telling me my appointment was at 2pm and she never schedules consults for early morning! I'm not really certain why I was treated this way; however, it's absolutely unacceptable. Perhaps because I was referred by the SC Lawyer Referral Service and they discount their fee for the initial consultation. I did reach back out to the SC Lawyer Referral Service to file a complaint and also to find a different attorney for my specific need!

My son was charged with a DUI (pending) earlier this year. We spoke with Maya Slaugher and she handled his case. Except for a few hiccups, she did an awesome job. When we finally went to trial, she picked apart the prosecution's case (they brought in the 'big guns' ). At the end, she was able to convince the jury that the scientific evidence was reliable and trustworthy, while human knowledge and training is limited and faulty. What an awesome job!!! This office came recommended by another office in Columbia. Contacted them on 07/19, heard from someone on 07/22 and was told a lawyer would call. By 08/05 still hadn’t heard from a lawyer. Was told they had 6 days to call; was told a lawyer would call “today”; waited 2 weeks for a phone call that never happened, never had a lawyer reach out. Someone did call me twice, only after I complained that I wasn’t lawyer shopping, but at that point you don’t care. I wouldn’t give them my money, they don’t want it anyway.

After denial with my Social Security Disability claim, I almost gave up with the appeal process before a Judge. I reached out to the Finkel Law Firm and was encouraged to continue with their help and legal expertise. Attorney Wendt and his disability team took over and gathered necessary medical evidence as well completing all Disability forms. They informed of each step of the hearing and what was expected. Questions that would be asked by the judge. I would definitely recommend this legal team. Without their help, I’m not confident I would have won my case. I am forever grateful.

The team at the Fayssoux Firm basically saved my life. After a painful wreck that was not my fault, I couldn't work and my medical bills were piling up. The insurance companies kept delaying my payment until I contacted Wally at the Fayssoux Firm. They took care of everything. Finally I had someone that would listen to me and not pass me off to someone else. They got my claim paid and it was even more than I originally thought I was going to get.

I called dozens of attorneys before finally talking to Tim Domin. Most attorneys couldn't get me off the phone fast enough when they realized that I didn't have a big money case. Tim was willing to listen and understand my concerns. While he wasn't able to take on my specific case he did his research and followed up with me on recommendations that have put me on the right track. Aaron was very attentive at beginning of case but then refused to return phone calls unless I had a smoking gun against opthalmologist Carl Sloan. So many doctors told me they never would have performed surgery Sloan did on me. Sloan gave me two different color eyes and excruciating pain in right eye. I have given Aaron test results showing nerve damage but he was too lazy to read all the doctor's notes. He is very unprofessional in his attitude and wasted valuable time.

Mr. Erickson does not pay his expert witnesses in violation of their written agreements. He states many times that he will pay, but in the end all his promises are false and he lacks integrity. I had to file a South Carolina Bar and BBB complaint in attempt to recover monies owed. Still no payment. His poor business practices with his business clients will effect his ability to represent his clients. Forewarned is forearmed!

I spoke to her 3 times and yes, she was confrontational to me also. But, I dismissed it hoping that she would use that attitude in litigating my case. However, after sending her detailed information, I got a letter back basically saying "I am too busy, go somewhere else. Good luck". Take your chance, maybe she will be less busy due to bad reviews:)

What a complete waste of time and my money! I don't even know who Tom Winslow is because I only dealt with receptionists and via email with Allie Brown, an apparent junior attorney at the firm. I provided the firm with over 900 pages of medical documentation pertaining to a malpractice case. Everything was turned over to the "expert" for review. She never met with me one time and the "expert" never asked a single question. I did manage to get onen brief call into her, in which she was able to inform me how much money I would have to pay. Every document that they could have obtained from any doctor I have seen was laid in their laps, so they had to do absolutely nothing to obtain it. All they had to do was review it. After being told in writing that I'd be notified by the end of July if they would proceed, I found out today after sending another email that the answer was no. "I tried calling you last week to talk about your case" was the answer I got from Allie, but there was no voicemails & no missed calls on my phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
