Hi everyone, appreciate your help with this. I had 3 Amex cards that were all used for business across 2 businesses. Two payments on one of those cards (related to a business that was struggling) was missed in the summer of 2019 which resulted in all 3 cards being cancelled by Amex (the other 2 cards, related to the same business had no perfect payment history). That card which was opened in 2016 eventually went into collections and charged off. Which brought down my credit score to 450, I also had delinquent accounts, deeds in lieu of foreclosure. Following the advice found on this site about PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST how they’ve been helping people to get a good credit score I contacted them immediately and explained my dilemma to them which he promised to fix the situation. I sent the necessary information which was needed to get my job done. Within 3 days all negative items have been deleted and my credit score has been raised to TU 801, EQ 809, EXP 811. Just spoke to this law firm, I would not reconnect this law firm. Stay far away. Their first duty is to the court, if a judge tells any one of their lawyers not to wear a certain suit again they will bend over backwards. Their duty is not in the best interest of the child but to the court first! Do not hire this firm, they will not argue your case in court. They will let the judge violate your rights and help them do it. When I heard this from their attorney during the consultation I immediately asked where is the duty to your client and the best interest of the child? She hung up. When a lawyers says their first duty is to the court that means you should run! Don’t be to quick to hire an attorney, look around ask questions because lawyers like these will backstab their clients!

Stewart Forbes was appointed temporary DEPENDENT administrator to the estate of my mother’s late husband. It is my understanding that he MUST have a judges approval on any decisions made. He has been extremely unbiased while handling this estate. Any time my mother had questions and she would reach out to Stewart she was immediately referred to her attorney Susan Forbes. Stewart went out of his way for the animals on my stepfathers estate when there was no alfalfa available and sent someone to feed the animals with his OWN alfalfa. He is fair and does everything by the book. He definitely went out of his way to help the animals in need of food and has shown extreme professionalism in everything he has handled thus far.

Stewart Forbes was assigned to my father's estate as an temporary administrator even though his spouse was representing my step mom. Stewart Forbes never contacted any of the siblings from day one. He only represented the the interest of his spouses client. His only goal is to sell everything off in an estate as fast as possible to make his commission. He does not follow any of the guidelines set forth by the state. Multiple emails and attempts to communicate remain in awnsered. The one time he did respond it can off like a angry two year old. This man will not serve your best interest.

One of the pet peeves of dealing with law firms so far, is the gate keepers, when they say no "not willing to take your case", especially after saying that and if I request to speak with a manager of the firm and they still say 'No' as if they own the firm. In any case the lady conversed with just did not bother forward my inquiry to an attorney, because it was an EEOC case. Regardless what type of the case it is, law firm should still give an opportunity for an employee to tell their story, especially if they will provide circumstantial evidence and when it comes to EEOC process. Especially if the employee had already done majority of the paperwork and all the firm needs to do is provide assistance for the rest of the way. If they do not have experienced attorneys for EEOC cases, well that's a whole different story. Regardless, they lost another business.

When we were searching for a lawyer, we felt that God led us to this firm. My husband had a business depute with a corrupt partner who was a bully, a liar, and a thief. We initially filed a lawsuit in 2020, at the height of COVID. We had a very good lawyer to help us through the case for the last 3 years but he unfortunately passed away this earlier this year. We needed to have someone else represent us, and we chose another lawyer firm (not this one). That lawyer from the other firm dropped our case because we didn’t agreed to have second mediation, even though we thoroughly explained to him we knew it was a waste our money, since the first mediation was very unsuccessful. Again in search of a new lawyer, God led us to the Godwin & Bowmen firm; the name Godwin itself was a very favorable sign for us. After we researched about Mr Ira Bowman we decide to have him & his partner (Ms Samantha Baynes) to help us with the case that was ongoing for over 3 years. It’s hard to write a review that encompasses the kind of wonderful person and professional Michelle is.
Michelle handled a case for my then 9-year son that came to her just weeks before the absolute statute of limitations was to expire. I believe we filed it about 43 minutes before the statute of limitations actually expired. I had originally reached out to a non-profit, due to the circumstances of the case, and they found me Michelle since they needed someone “on the ground.”
I was nervous before our first meeting. I was nervous a medical malpractice attorney would be so “out for blood” that they would forget there was a child in the middle of this. My fears could not have been more unfounded. Michelle was professional, caring, and kept my son at the center.
Michelle’s professionalism extends past her interactions with clients. She is well respected among defense attorneys and treats individuals with respect, recognizing the stress of a lawsuit on everyone involved, greatly diminishing what can be so incredibly adversarial and stressful.
In the middle of the case my son tragically died unexpectedly due to reasons completely unrelated to the suit. His death diminished the strength of our case under Texas law dramatically, but Michelle said she would keep working if I wanted her to. The case was resolved to my satisfaction due to her talents as an attorney, as well as the respect she has from defense attorneys, and even the doctors she litigates against, for her consciousness and strong ethics.
The world lost an incredible young man when my son died at 11. Michelle was able to still get me an outcome that everyone, even the defense, agrees will help continue the legacy of this amazing little boy, taking nothing for herself, and has become a life-long friend.

Cuando me hice ciudadano les pedí un ajuste de estatus. Al meter el ajuste de estatus nos dimos cuenta que ellos jamás sometieron un I 130 para mi hijo. Y ellos solo dijeron que eso no era necesario que porque mi hijo iba incluido con mi esposa. Pero eso no era verdad. Ellos no hicieron su trabajo y nos vieron la cara de tontos. Tenemos dos días pidiéndoles una solución y ellos no aceptan su error. Los asistentes muy groseros. no todos pero si la mayoría de ellos si. La abogada nunca nos dio la cara y después solo llamó para tratar de intimidar y asustar diciendo que no nos volviéramos a parar en sus oficinas que porque estábamos dañando sus instalaciones y en ningún momento eso fue así. Ellos tienen cámaras de seguridad y está claro que eso nunca fue así. No pierdan su dinero y su tiempo con estos abogados que solo roban el dinero y el tiempo.

I was interested in producing a demand letter to help with negotiation, which I shared when contacting the law office. When I was asked for the $150 consult fee, I wasn't certain yet that this was the firm for me because they wouldn't communicate who I would be meeting with or a bio. I rechecked online and the online scheduling fee was 250 or 450 for specific services so I inquired directly about the demand letter fee. I was again directed to the consult and if I booked through the phone I could get the 150 price. I went ahead with the consult only to be told that they dont do a la carte services and would only do the work on my case for a 10k retainer plus 30% contingency. Had the scheduler had the professionalism to understand what they do and dont lffer or at least checked then it would have saved me time and money. The person I met with was helpful but not useful for my situation.
