Had a credit union mistakenly apply my payment 2 days later than I should have missing my statement and date. They said they fixed the mistake and I will see this correction on my next statement but the issue is it was reported to the bureaus with wrong amount prior to them correcting this. The amount is over $16k so this is making a huge impact on my credit score/utilization/total balances and ability to get approved for new credit. Well, I fixed my credit and got rid off my debts with the help of PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST whom a trusted friend recommended and he did a perfect job increasing my credit score to (801 TransUnion, 805 Experian, 807 Equifax) all credit card debts are marked as paid, public record, bankruptcy and hard inquiries are all gone. Working with Scott was a total pleasure! A few things I liked about working with him was as follows:
1. He was very quick to communicate with me. Normally no longer than 60 minutes to reply to an email and 30 minutes to a phone call.
2. He was very open and willing to give advice when it was needed.
3. He brought in experts when it was needed.
4. When I was the bottle neck he was consistent on the reminders that he would send to me. This was very helpful as I am busy and sometimes need reminders.
I would 100% use Scott Epperson again and would highly recommend using him!

Being sued for malpractice after 35 years of successful practice was disheartening and depressing. Scott was very warm and friendly and reassuring. He was very prompt in answering my questions and messages and phone calls. He was careful to not predict outcomes but was very clear and concise on the process and and explained very carefully and patiently how events might play out. It felt like he truly had my interests at heart and instead of acting like an attorney hired to represent me - he was resolutely on my side.
I hope I never have the occasion to need a malpractice attorney in the future but, heaven forbid, if so, the prospect is much less ominous now because I know Attorneys like Scott Epperson and his firm are there to help me through it.

I had the opportunity to participate in a focus group with this company.
I was impressed with how respectful they were when presenting their case and how little bias they showed when trying to understand opinions. They never made me feel like my opinion was less than or not valued just because I may have been in the minority of the group on some topics.
I also appreciated how punctual they are when communicating with their team, and personable they are. I would recommend them to my friends and family when it comes to focus groups.

I have not hired this firm as of yet. I am seeking grandparents rights in regards to my granddaughter and the advise given by this office has been very helpful. I called Rex the day before I had court. I was in a panic because I had been talking to another attorney and not much was happenening. Rex stated that he would see me at the court house the next day. I was in a bad car accident that totaled my car and left me with painful injuries, a hospital stay, and unable to work, walk, or take care of my baby for months.
I was so fortunate to have Jessica working on my case. The motorist that caused the accident was underinsured and my medical bills and lost wages were way more than I could deal with. Jessica made the whole process simple for me. She completely coordinated the settlement process with my medical insurance, my auto insurance, and the auto insurance of the at-fault driver. At one point during my recovery, my doctor's billing service was hassling me about paying right away. Jessica contacted them and asked them to go through her so I wouldn't have the stress of dealing with them.
Jessica kept me informed during every step of the settlement process. She copied me on communications sent out to the various insurance companies and clearly explained the reasoning behind every decision, and what we could expect from each party. I could tell that she had a lot of experience working on personal injury cases like mine.

Recently, I was able to participate in a focus group organized by Feller & Wendt. Like a mock jury, we were presented cases by lawyers who walked us through the fact patterns. We were able to discuss, deliberate, and draw conclusions. Since we were from different states, the group was facilitated via Zoom. I had participated in a focus group with this company a few years ago in person that was also enjoyable, but I found that this online experience was better for giving everyone the chance to share opinions, ask questions, and communicate with one another. I would recommend this experience to anyone who likes to watch shows featuring courtrooms (especially the show,"Bull," that focuses on the formation and function of juries). As someone who has little experience with the world of lawyers, juries, and judges, I have, perhaps, a better understanding of how a random group of people, who become a jury, can affect the outcome of any case.

My mom was accused of 3 ridiculous charges and she was petrified she was going to go to jail for these charges for making a split second decision to smack our fence and two fence boards fell out. She panicked when she was told she needed to appear before a judge for criminal mischief and trespassing and animal cruelty, all of which were trumped up charges by some hotshot new cop. She called her divorce attorney Tom King who HIGHLY recommended Rob to her. She called the number and was so surprised/impressed that Rob himself answered the phone and she told him what happened and he immediately calmed her down. She met with him for her free consult and immediately hired him on the spot. He came to pick she and I up before every court appearance and talked us through everything and was upfront and honest. We were always in and out of every court appearance so quick. He got her 2 of her misdemeanors dropped and got her one down to probation for one year. He was great in calming my mom down and talking us through every step of the way so we have no surprises. I would recommend Rob to anyone with any criminal charge no matter how big or small.
