Don't wait like we did! Graden Jackson and his staff saved us a lot of heartache, hassle and money when, literally, my Mom was on her deathbed. My siblings and I assumed my Mom had all her legal and financial business squared away. We were wrong. Fortunately, we realized it in time. Mr. Jackson and his team helped us navigate everything from Mom's property and accounts, to life insurance beneficiary protocol, to her retirement funds. He recommended a Trust be set up, and he knew just what paperwork we needed, what needed to be notarized (he is a notary, which is SO helpful) and he did it in record time. Now, we've had him take care of our Trust (so as to spare our children the worry) and we've referred my husband's parents to Mr. Jackson and his team. In fact, we'd recommend all our friends and family (and anyone who reads this review) to make an appointment and take advantage of the services Strong & Hanni offers. Peace of mind is priceless.

I strongly advise against hiring Emily Smoak as legal counsel. My experience was nothing short of a disaster. Throughout the case, Ms. Smoak relied on unfounded accusations rather than solid legal arguments, demonstrating a complete lack of preparation for the hearing.
During the proceedings, when the commissioner instructed her to draft the judgment on-site and obtain signatures before leaving the courthouse, she admitted that she didn’t have her laptop and requested to complete it later. The commissioner was visibly displeased but allowed it. A week later, when the order was finally drafted, it was riddled with errors. Despite multiple requests for updates and corrections, Ms. Smoak’s office failed to provide any response, and the incorrect order was ultimately filed.
After reading other reviews, it appears that this level of negligence is standard practice for this firm. If you are looking for an attorney who is prepared, responsive, and capable of handling your case properly, look elsewhere. Do not waste your time and money on representation that lacks both competence and accountability.

I had a court case back in 2008 and Robert Miner represented me. Fast forward 11 years and the court had put a warrant out for me, saying I had not turned something in. It was so ridiculous. Even though so much time had passed and he was no longer representing me, he still was very responsive to my emails and phone calls, and assisted me pro bono in getting my case dismissed. Awesome lawyer that really cares, even 11 years later.

My mom was accused of 3 ridiculous charges and she was petrified she was going to go to jail for these charges for making a split second decision to smack our fence and two fence boards fell out. She panicked when she was told she needed to appear before a judge for criminal mischief and trespassing and animal cruelty, all of which were trumped up charges by some hotshot new cop. She called her divorce attorney Tom King who HIGHLY recommended Rob to her. She called the number and was so surprised/impressed that Rob himself answered the phone and she told him what happened and he immediately calmed her down. She met with him for her free consult and immediately hired him on the spot. He came to pick she and I up before every court appearance and talked us through everything and was upfront and honest. We were always in and out of every court appearance so quick. He got her 2 of her misdemeanors dropped and got her one down to probation for one year. He was great in calming my mom down and talking us through every step of the way so we have no surprises. I would recommend Rob to anyone with any criminal charge no matter how big or small. He was worth every dime that she paid him!

Walter represented me in a medical malpractice case. My wife and I immediately felt good about him. He was always professional and polite. He was really good about educating us on the situation and explaining things for us in a way that didn't feel condescending at all.
We settled the case before we went to trial and felt very good about everything Walter was able to do for us. We felt like he cared, and just overall was a very nice, genuine guy who was there to help us in matters we were not capable of doing ourselves. Walter called when he had questions about details to make sure he had it right, so he could be as prepared as possible. He worked very hard on my case and was very well educated in his field. I started an account here to help with an incorrect account that was posted to my credit belonging to somebody else. It’s been 3 months working with Lexington with no results. The account was only removed because I called the original creditor myself and they couldn’t locate or verify the account. I spent over a month trying to cancel my account and was sent in circles. I asked for an itemized receipt of services performed for the month of January which they could not provide however they’re still charging me for an additional month. Not worth the money at all. So much easier for you to work with the creditors yourself.

If I could do a zero star: I would.
I am writing this review because I feel a moral obligation to warn people about trusting this law firm.
From the outset, it is deeply concerning that the attorney failed to prioritize my case by neglecting to thoroughly review the information provided by the guardian ad litem. This negligence reflects a lack of professionalism and diligence on their part. By disregarding crucial documentation that could have supported my case, they effectively hindered my ability to present a strong argument in court.
Furthermore, the attorney's consistent denial of my requests to submit important documents is nothing short of unacceptable. As a client, I have the right to expect prompt and efficient service, especially when it comes to gathering evidence. The attorney's failure to prioritize my needs and instead divert their attention to unnecessary communication with the opposing party's attorney is a clear indication of their lack of commitment and disregard for my case.
Equally troubling is the attorney's attempt to pass me off to other attorneys under the guise of providing them with "experience." This is a direct betrayal of my trust and confidence in their abilities. When I hired this attorney, I did so with the expectation that they would personally handle my case and provide the necessary expertise. Instead, they attempted to pawn me off onto less experienced attorneys, essentially treating my situation as a learning opportunity at my expense.
The sense of bias that I felt from the beginning of my case is deeply distressing. It is the duty of any attorney to approach each case with objectivity and a commitment to ensuring their client's rights are protected. However, it appears that my attorney failed to uphold this fundamental principle. As a result, i was forced to constantly prove my worth as a fit mother, adding unnecessary stress and burden to an already difficult situation.
I would have never hired anyone from this law firm after my initial experience with Britt Beckstrom. However, after moving on and hiring Brian Eggleston, he moved to this law firm and my experience with Brian was even worse than my experience with Mr Beckstom.

If you’re looking for a lawyer look elsewhere. Mike Branum is definitely not the guy to go to. He is two faced. He will act like he cares to your face then go behind your back and talk bad about you to opposing counsel. He is unprofessional and a liar. We hired a new attorney and he acted so surprised about many things that were brought up to his attention. Ended up finding out a lot of the thing he said and were told to him that were never once mentioned to us. I would recommend everyone to save their money and look elsewhere.

Is that right because you NEVER told us what was going on you. We saw emails of you talking bad about YOUR OWN clients to opposing counsel. We have the evidence, is that professional? I think not, who talks bad about the people PAYING YOU. All you wanted to do was for us to give, give, give. What exactly were you doing to “help”. Go figure 😊

Took two months of waiting and hounding the attorney I was engaged with to actually get back some legal templates. When I did receive them, they contained the wrong information. Just got the bill...$900 for absolutely nothing in return that was useful and maybe a 30 minute consult before actually signing any engagement letter. I would not recommend these guys for any services.

Soooo, I am curious -
Last year, I chose out of an insanely complex domestic violence situation. Unfortunately, it took two moves and fleeing to a shelter to get away.
The first apartment that I left in 2023, was in the middle of management changes when I had to leave -
The management that was leaving was made aware that there had been domestic violence, that I had somewhere else to go, and that I needed to leave -
But I was not getting emails or calls back, and the office was closed for extended periods of time, etc...
Because of the severity of the situation and the urgency to create safety for my family, I ended up leaving, and moving into housing.
In November, I got a letter in the mail from The Law Offices of Kirk A. Cullimore, suing me for breaking the lease. They want almost $10K from me.
I know VAWA is a federal law and the most recent time that I had to leave my housing unit, the management just gave me some papers to fill out and then they moved me to a new place.
I got approved for Victims of Crime assistance in June last year, but I didnt know that I would be receiving an almost $10K lawsuit for breaking my lease due to domestic violence. Sometimes those offices help with relocation costs- But I didnt ask for that at that time because I didnt have this then.
My offender is currently in jail, and I am working to get a protective order and legally change my name, however...
In the meantime, I have a lawsuit coming at me for 10K that if I had, I still wouldnt give them.
I really need some guidance here, because it kinda feels like theyre harrassing me, but I dont know my rights.

Thought he was a good lawyer, went through depositions in a personal injury case. Ryan and Christian Burridge abandoned me after that, never heard from them again, until mr. Burridge notified me he was withdrawing from my case leaving Ryan as my council. I tried to call him with the number provided, facebook, every means I could think of. I finally gave up, but I would suggest you seriously reconsider if your thinking of hiring him. You would never know if he abandoned you too. I would have been ok if he a least told me he needed to drop the case, but nothing, really. Not professional.

I had some criminal charges that were affecting my license with DOPL. I consulted with Ryan and he not only helped me save my professional license, he worked on the criminal case to get the charges dismissed. Although the process was very stressful, Ryan was intelligent and understanding with me and my wife. He got the case against me dismissed and represented me in the licensing case. Confused during the majority of my case. Did not understand what was going on. Probably because there were numerous different people with their hands in the basket I never knew who was working my case. Thought everything was good and done in 2023, but come to find out Cassie and her team dropped the ball and my custody case was never filed with the courts. A year later my case was about to be thrown out. Then to top it off, After making payment arrangements with me for her outrageously high prices, she dropped out of my case! I now have no legal counsel for a court date she caused by not filing my case and she also went back on her agreement on allowing me to pay a certain amount per month until I got on my feet. Couldn’t have happened at a worse time. Thanks Cassie! (sarcasm) Would highly NOT recommend this firm and after reading other reviews, charging a ridiculous amount and then dumping you is what she seems to do.
