I reached out to Scott Perry to help evaluate a potential medical malpractice case. I was extremely impressed with his amiability, the depth of his knowledge, and his responsiveness to my questions. I consulted with a number of lawyers on the case and, unlike most of the others who didn't know when the statute of limitations would apply or what legal actions to pursue, Scott quickly understood the facts of the case, knew the relevant statutes, and gave me sound advice. I was involved in an accident in 2021 in which another vehicle ran the stop light and crashed into me. The result was injury to back that resulted in therapy. I contacted Mr. Thompson and After talking with him, I retained him to handle my case. For two years he worked diligently with this case, never tiring or giving up even when I felt like it. He gathered all the necessary information, followed up on anything that came into his office and ultimately when we had to go to court, he helped me ease my anxiety of court and prepare myself.

It is with a grateful heart that I write this attribute to a woman who has been there through thick and thin for my family, and showed us that it is not as stressful a situation we were anticipating. Bettina Altizer, of Altizer Law, PC came to me as a result of just searching for an attorney to assist us with a wrongful death situation way back in 1998. We were in turmoil after the stressful death of my mother in law, and we were so very confused. It was not that we wanted a windfall, that could never replace Mom. It was because of the situation that the person in question was still allowed to possibly hurt others.
Well, Bettina understood and fully invested herself, heart and soul, to help us feel that justice would be done. Bettina helped us feel better about this legal matter, and did everything she could possibly do to make it less painful in each and every way, ways that we never even imagined.
All calls were taken immediately, or we were called back within a very short time frame, every step of the way we were kept informed of the process and what to expect in the near future. Bettina also let us know that we were not bad people for doing what we felt was the right thing to do.
Eventually, the case settled, and the ability to prevent future misconduct to someone else was totally satisfied. We felt vindicated that we received the justice we were seeking, and the comfort and care of Bettina and her office staff made us feel as if we were with family the entire time.

I retained Brandon for several cases, and if I ever needed representation again, he'd be the first lawyer I'd contact.

I call him a great defender because, he fought tooth and nail to speak for me. In the beginning I tried to do it on my own and realized it was bigger than me. I even did mediation with party involved through the EEOC, and I felt like I was being bullied. After talking it over with my family, I sought out a lawyer. I met with Mr. Bybee and his team, and they was so kind. He heard my side of the story and said I had a case, so I hired him. From there, every time I had a mediation with the other party he was there to speaks for me. I no longer felt like I wasn't being heard or I was just a small person in a big company. We spoke on the phone and even through email. If he didn't write back right away, I knew he was in court defending another person. When he was done though, he always responded. When my case came to a closing we did settle and I walked away grateful to him. He is a very caring and family oriented man. Mr. Laufar not only approached the case as requested, he also introduced other variables that resulted in a larger award. He explained parts of the law that we were not aware of at the time. Had we gone to Mr. Laufar 6 months earlier, we would have had a much larger award than obtained at the end of the case.
