My brother was hit in the of his truck on duty. The defendant and the cop in charge of reporting the crime to the court have tried to intimidate and blame my brother to be at fault of the incident. We asked for Mr. Yeargan’s help and he fully represented my brother and won the case. My brother was not found guilty in anyways.
Mr. Yeargan is a welcoming professional attorney at law. He has years of experience in the field. He sure will also provide you with resources if needed.

I gave them 1 star because I called to get my remaining balance to pay off. Their accounting person was awful and rude. She did not know what the fees are being charged for nor the remaining balance that I would had to speak to the lawyer handling the case to get the final balance. That was fine but why be nasty and rude if clients are asking. They really need to train their front office or accounting staff better customer service or how to properly talk to clients better. My husband called a second time and asked to speak to a specific paralegal or lawyer involved in the case to get the final balance and they mistakenly transferred him to this accounting person they had again. She was soo rude and spoke to us both slowly like you are talking to a 1st grader like we did not speak any English. I do not know if it’s because of our last name but we both were born in the states so there was no need to belittle people that are trying to pay off their remaining balance. Makes me think she speaks to all foreigners this way and everybody should be spoken with respect regardless what race, former or current client. We will not be using them ever again for any services knowing they have rude and nasty accounting or front office staff that are not properly trained. I will also be telling others I know about this awful experience.

I reached out to Scott Perry to help evaluate a potential medical malpractice case. I was extremely impressed with his amiability, the depth of his knowledge, and his responsiveness to my questions. I consulted with a number of lawyers on the case and, unlike most of the others who didn't know when the statute of limitations would apply or what legal actions to pursue, Scott quickly understood the facts of the case, knew the relevant statutes, and gave me sound advice. In fact, with his experience, he actually knew some of the doctors involved and was familiar with how the particular insurance group handles malpractice cases. I received a very high speeding ticket while detouring through Virginia, which is a class one misdemeanor. When I got home to NC I called attorney's in the Hillsville area and left info. I would personally recommend the Jackson Law Group for any matters involving traffic court. I worked with Mr. Brogan Bowman, who was extremely responsive and helpful. He helped me reduce my speeding ticket assessed in Hillsville (79 in a 65) to a non moving violation that resulted in no points. Brogan is an amazing attorney. When I told him my sons case, he was caught speeding at a pretty excessive speed, but the conviction would ruin his life as in VA it's criminal. Brogan worked miracles and got my son to pay a fine, community service, and a driving course. We are from out of state and although heard horror stories of traffic laws in VA, never imagined speeding would be criminal. Thank you so much for hearing me and understanding our situation. But most importantly recognizing sometimes teenagers are just that and do stupid things. 10000% recommend this attorney.

Hiring Andrew Taylor as my attorney was the best decision I made when filing for divorce. My case was complicated, including numerous filings and hearings leading to a multi-day trial related to my divorce, child custody and support. He also handled my J&DR Court hearings to secure a Protective Order for my children and I. Andrew knows the law thoroughly and his experience in the courtroom meant he gave me very sound advice. After trying diligently to settle with the other side, it became clear we would have to go to trial. This meant months strategically prioritizing and timing the work on discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, coordination with the Guardian Ad Litem (GAL), minor children testifying to the judge in chambers, and supplementary legal negotiations. Andrew and his paralegal, Shannon, expertly managed all of this. They are truly good people and a delightful team: I trust them implicitly.
Prior to my divorce trial, I presented Andrew with a 20-point list of what I wanted the judge to grant me. Andrew’s deep understanding of what the court would be looking for with regard to the best interest of my children, quantifying asset/debt values, jurisdiction, case law, & how that lined up with the fact patterns in my case meant success: what the judge granted me after the trial was beyond my expectations.

He is an amazing Lawyer with amazing staff as well. Words are not enough to describe how Tom in handling our case for a wrongful death of our son. He is the best lawyer out there! He kept us in the loop from the start to finish. Explains all the things we needed to know and so easy to communicate with. He responds with all our inquiry right away. He lightened our load in some way so to speak by not stressing us out throughout the process but was working hard for our case to be done in a way we will not be stressed, but him working dedicatedly. Only few like him that shows genuine concern and dedication not just to our case but to us and our family. Very professional and with excellent work ethics. Very knowledgeable and smart. My two young daughters like him a lot that they asked us to give him something to remember them all the time , a build the bear that they dressed up just like him. I met and retained Mr. Smith in early 2009 to represent me in a medical malpractice claim. That claim was subsequently settled through mediation in early 2011. It is difficult to put into words how appreciative I was having Mr. Smith as my attorney. I have know Brien Roche since 1992. I worked for his firm as a legal secretary at that time. I went on to work for other lawyers and in other fields as well. When my husband and I decided to split I called Brien because my work experience with him in had shown me how diligent he was in making sure that his clients were well represented. He has an amazing legal mind, pays attention to details and all angles that may occur for strategy. His fees are very low and the representation is superb. I am thankful and grateful that I have had him in my corner. My divorce went smoothly and at very minimal cost to myself and my ex husband. We both own businesses and the divorce could have become a financial nightmare if fueled by a lawyer looking to line his own pockets. His skill set and his get it done and keep the fighting down approach were in our best interests were key in a potentially emotional and financially explosive situation. Jason Weis represented me in a post-divorce matter to look at spousal support. This case was a bit more complicated and required hiring a couple experts and Jason was awesome throughout everything. The experts he suggested were excellent and really helped our case.
