Today I learned that Brien had been successful in settling my personal injury lawsuit. My husband did all the work to choose Brien, out of dozens of well qualified attorneys he had researched. Having interacted with Brien for over two years now, I cannot think of one thing that he said or did that did not make complete sense to me. He was thorough, thoughtful, communicative, fair and in every way a top notch attorney. What stood out the most to me was his unwavering honesty. I hired the right guy. This case could have jeopardized my career. Mr. Roche provided me with expertise knowledge throughout the entire process. I have know Brien Roche since 1992. I worked for his firm as a legal secretary at that time. I went on to work for other lawyers and in other fields as well. When my husband and I decided to split I called Brien because my work experience with him in had shown me how diligent he was in making sure that his clients were well represented. He has an amazing legal mind, pays attention to details and all angles that may occur for strategy. His fees are very low and the representation is superb. I am thankful and grateful that I have had him in my corner. My divorce went smoothly and at very minimal cost to myself and my ex husband. We both own businesses and the divorce could have become a financial nightmare if fueled by a lawyer looking to line his own pockets. His skill set and his get it done and keep the fighting down approach were in our best interests were key in a potentially emotional and financially explosive situation. Mr. Hankins has help myself with neurmous cases, all have turned out in my favor with cases being completely dropped or a minimal un-surpervised probation for a 1 year period to then after completion of probation the charges be dropped. These cases ranged from simple misdemeanors to serious charges which could have led myself to be labeled as a felon; although Tim's wittiness save myself from facing the ramifications of the courts. I highly recommend him and I still remember his number by heart for that un-foreseen instance I get another charge. He is a doer and doesn't poke around the subject and can make an officer even doubt himself/herself of what actually happened at the time of arrest. For example, I was 20 years old, 2 months away from being 21, and I caught an underage possession of alcohol charge while fishing, I blantely told the marine police officer I purchased the beer since he stated if no one owned up to it myself as well as my friends would all get a charge, in court the officer showed pictures of the beer in the rear of my truck bed and told the judge I had admitted to purchasing the beer, Mr. Hankins then went on to perceive the marine police officer to be a total num-nuts and cross-examine him in a way that made plenty of loopholes in the officers story. Then the judge ruled the case be dismissed and to the officer who wrote the citation as well as all of the other officers in the court at the moment were stunned at the verdict since I had admitted to purchasing the alcohol and it was in my possession.

While the insurance company said we didn't need a lawyer, I knew that I had to have someone to help us. Ted was this someone.

Jennie did a phenomenal job in representing me on a tricky speeding case. I was pulled over on the end of a downhill slope for going 90+/70 and headed for a reckless driving conviction which could have had serious consequences for me. Jennie understood what was at stake and from the beginning had very thorough explanations and always made my available options clear to me. She tried to make a plea bargain with the prosecutor who would not accept it, and so she suggested that we tried the case in front of the judge. She laid out the facts very clearly and built up the case to the judge in a terrific manner. In the end the judge agreed with her and decided to reduce my charges to a speeding ticket. I can't say enough how grateful I am for her work. It was amazing and I am SO glad I contacted her. Thank you Jennie!

Jennie is a life saver for my driving record in Virginia. If it wasn't for her, I may not have my license right now. Covington may be a pretty small town, but they still have strict and frequent patrolling by State Police and Local Enforcement, specifically on the Interstate for anyone that knows the area. Nonetheless, I was pinned for a 80/70 that was reduced from an 84/70 on the spot by a friendly and forgiving Officer. Jennie worked with the Commonwealth Attorney directly to allow me to take a driving safety course and avoid negative points on my record by reducing it from a speeding ticket to another type of infraction without damage to my record. She completely got me off this first time and then, flash forward close to 3 years later it happened again, only worse at 90/70, and I thought for sure I was done for considering the Officer did not cut me a break whatsoever. I thought to myself "My luck has finally run out" but she managed to get it dropped to a regular speeding ticket and avoided a misdemeanor on my record and other severe implications caused by a reckless driving ticket/borderline intent to kill ticket (Virginia does not mess around with Speeding).
In both instances, I did not even have to attend the court hearings (luckily so as I am not from that area and can't afford to miss work). PLEASE Do not hesitate to contact Jennie as she will work until you are satisfied and do everything in her power to limit traffic ticket complications. Thank you Jennie.

When I first considered filing suit for a dental injury I discovered Michelle and was immediately impressed by her professional approach to my situation. She thoroughly researched the unique aspects of my case and began a well planned approach towards achieving a favorable settlement with the defendants. I was aware that most suits settled prior to trial; however, my confidence grew with the realization that Michelle was prepared to go to trial should that have become necessary.
As time passed I was referred to several expert witnesses who supported our assertion of negligence and characterized Michelle as a "tenacious bull dog" who probably knows as much or more about dental implant injuries than most dentists. I had a big car accident in June 2018; I almost lost my life because of a careless driver that crushed my car to rush to the gas station. I suffered a lot from this accident, been through so many medications and treatment, mentally so stress, and financially been rough. With so many going on in my life, I didn’t have any more power and energy to deal with the person and insurance that responsible for all of these. (This case is almost 3 years; you can imagine how frustrated I am)

Wallace B. Wason, Jr. represented our family in a case involving complex litigation, which involved multiple corporate and individual defendants, and as plaintiffs, a family including two minor children as well as a business. He filed our complaint within a narrow 90 days before the statute of limitations ran, and a counter-complaint soon thereafter. He was aggressive and impressive, both in the courtroom and in pleadings which is reflected in the opinions of the Court. Ultimately, one corporate defendant settled early (in the middle of a deposition) and a final settlement was achieved post-mediation with all parties.

There is no words that would give fair praise for Mr. Larsen. He is an incredibly tough attorney who knows what he is doing and does not waste his clients time or money doing nonsense. When I had a personal injury claim against the State of Virginia, I found it difficult to find an attorney willing to take my case…too difficult to sue the State and most likely not enough money to bother with. Even more difficult was the fact I lived in the Midwest. But after a phone conference, Mr. Littel agreed to take my case even though we were up against the statute of limitations and he sent me a contract as well as guidelines for the legal procedure via Clio Connect, a web-based client portal. I was more than pleased to find that David Littel practiced with complete transparency and honesty. He always took my phone calls or answered my e-mails. I was very impressed with his attention to detail, finding questionable statements that could be challenged. It provided me an opportunity to give an explanation eliminating a possible vulnerability. He settled the case for more than anyone anticipated and stood by his agreement. Although there were minor charges he could have added to the final bill, he did not. I would highly recommend David Littel. This is an endorsement I have not been able to make for many attorneys I have dealt with.

I have been an attorney in Virginia since 1985 specializing in Administrative and Regulatory law. I have learned one thing in my practice, which is not to practice outside my area of expertise. David Lawrence is a professional and takes his cases very seriously. I have used him twice in cases I had in Roanoke and Bedford and both times it went in my favor.
