While on vacation in Santa Fe, I had a horrible slip and fall accident…broken shoulder, smashed mouth etc. The property owner was clearly liable. After months of trying to work with their insurance company we finally decided to hire attorneys. Not being from the area, we went to Google looking for recommendations. Buchanan stood out as a highly ethical firm owned/operated by women. So glad we chose them! Can’t say enough good things. The settlement that I will receive is fair but much better than I had ever hoped. I always felt listened to and knew that my interests were being taken care of. I got a reference for this law firm to help with going thru the SSI/SSDI process. I called, they made a virtual appt for my son and me for next week. Two hours later, the meeting was cancelled and form email was sent out saying they could not take the case, with no explanation at all. Horrible customer service.

In my 41 years on this planet, I have never needed an attorney. I made the initial mistake of hiring another attorney in the early stages of my case. It quickly became clear I needed a new team, and I all but barged into their office during their lunch break. It was the best decision I ever made.
When the time came for my divorce to protect my assets, custody, and really, my livelihood, I cannot say enough about this team. Nathan Frazier is a highly intelligent, compassionate and decent human that truly cares about his clients. I was emotionally distraught during my divorce with custody case and Nathan truly came through. Laurie and Lorrie are extremely efficient and know their stuff.
