Zach was a very calming influence and persistent advocate for my personal injury case due to an auto accident. He was very thorough, detail oriented, and was able to provide a very accurate estimate of my settlement's timeline. It is especially worth noting how much help his paralegal, Nicole Roberson, provided with our medical claims issues. Zach and Nicole provided much needed help with the confusing (and sordid) world of auto accident claims, medical claims, and our health care insurance billing. Only leaving one star because I have to. Sue sold me the dream during our consultation over the phone. Told me everything I wanted to hear but actions did not measure up in the court room. It’s been since 2020 that I’ve lost my daughter to her father who is an absolute POS. Despite having provided mountains of proof and organizing all my exhibits. (All Sue had to do was file them, in the exact order they were in!!!!) And still NONE of them were used during my trial. It was he said vs she said and honestly the responding lawyer (Jason Pistiner) did what he was paid to do, took my daughter away and in return put me on child support. I had invested over 5 grand (putting myself in a financial bind) for Sue to be present at ONE trial and she failed me completely in many ways. Including the fact that our trial was virtual due to Covid and because her assistant Kim Yazzie failed to notify me that the trial was not going to be in person. I showed up to the court house the day of my trial where I learned it was virtual and had to sit in outside of the courthouse, literally outside. The traffic was noisy and I couldn’t concentrate on what was being said, nor did I have a way of effectively communicating with Sue to ask questions before or during my trial. To this day I am STILL fighting for justice for my daughter as she was placed in the hands of a convicted drug user/dealer who has failed my daughter completely since 2020. Please do your research before choosing Sue and make sure if you decide to proceed with her, you ask for itemized receipts of what she’s charging you for because I was never provided that information and don’t understand where 5 grand went when I did all the work and all she did was drop the ball the day of my trial. Not to mention how she claimed to have been “under the weather” the day of my trial which she seemed to be discombobulated and unfocused and even after the judge asked her if she was ok to proceed or needed to reschedule she refused to reschedule and chose to proceed as “sick” as she claimed to be. I think she intentionally failed to fight for me because she knew I would have to keep fighting (using her services) if I lost and in return it would cost another 5-10 grand if not more. That’s not how business is done. Had you won my case or even attempted to try and win my case, I wouldn’t be writing this negative review and you would have more business by word of mouth and recommendations but I would never in my lifetime refer anybody to Sue as she has proven to be untrustworthy and incompetent. The few minutes I talked to her on the phone when she needed additional information, she seemed very scatterbrained and all over the place. Which explains why her assistant isn’t good at follow ups. Blind leading the blind. By the way I noticed her 5 star reviews are from employees or friends which says a lot about her reputation! All I can say is if you’ve read through my review please consider investing elsewhere and don’t go based off the dream she sells during the phone consult. And if you’re reading this Sue, a refund would be nice.

How can you do better for your client than obtaining a settlement well in excess of what the client expected. Rich did just that. He was cost conscious asking me, if I wanted to pay for a deposition or pass due to costs? I left that chose to Rich who chose yes and I'm glad he did. The deposition appeared to have increased the settlement in mediation quite significantly. Rich was obviously very well prepared for the deposition with a good retention of the facts and issues supporting my claim. I am not an Attorney but my two kids are so I get it. Law is a business so chose a lawyer that's a winner. I did and it provided great results.

Of all the attorneys I ever worked with- this individual was one of the most helpful individuals I ever met in my life., I am a physician - I had a problem with an administration playing games that are not uncommon in Tucson. Hardy understood the problem even after my meandering attempt to explain the problem. He was able to see the problem clearly and took the appropriate steps to get the problem administration- to understand their behavior was unprofessional and was inconsistent with their own policies and procedures- and their unrealistic demands to try and get us to work several additional hours without proper compensation represents harassment. Although the same agency is still harassing their current staff- Hardy's help put the agency on notice. It allowed me and several others to escape the poor working conditions they were imposing on their entire staff. Without Hardy's help- the agency would of kept making unfair and unrealistic demands on the staff and myself. Before consulting with Hardy- the agency was ignoring its own policies and procedures - and making unfair demands at their staff. Staff who did not follow these demands were fired and threatened they agency would report this to the employees licensing board. The agency removed important protections for the workers that was written in clear language in their policy and procedures. Hardy made it clear to the agency they were in violation of their own rules. After his notification- several of us were able to successfully get out of our contracts because their demands were in clear violation of policy. When we tried to point this out to the administration before I consulted Hardy- the administration used smoke and mirrors to justify their improper demands. After Hardy made it clear that the agency was violating their own policy with their demands the administration quickly backed away from their demands and most of the staff who were effected - were able to leave the agency. If it was not for Hardy- this would never of happened- and we would of been forced to work in a hostile environment.
I recommend Hardy without any reservations- he really saved many of our staff and myself from continued harassment from the agencies medical director and her distorted use of the agencies own guidelines.

In 2021, I was a victim of police misconduct and excessive use of force by the police department in a small town in Arizona. I decided to sue the city/police dept and begin making calls to attorneys in the area. Spoke with at least 20 or 30 different attorneys before finally being referred to Andy Gartman. Andy was highly effective, professional, and helpful throughout every step of the process. My first conversation with Andy was very encouraging because he listened to everything I had to say with open ears and an open mind. Andy obtained and reviewed all of the evidence including body cam footage, police reports, an d other key documents (all of which was strongly in my favor, and helped both Andy and I build conviction in the strength of our case). Andy then crafted a masterful notice of claim and negotiated a favorable settlement before ever going having to go to trial. I would also note that Andy's fees are very reasonable and he is very fair in terms of what he charges. Andy is also a down to earth, good hearted person who wants to help you if you have been wronged. I cannot recommend him more highly, and I strongly suggest you contact him if you are looking for help in the legal areas he covers.

My mother died unexpectedly due to nursing home neglect. Mary is a wonderful family attorney in Yuma, Arizona. I would definitely recommend her for anyone going thru a divorce or in need of legal services involving family matters. The original judge we had in my case was extremely biased and ruled against me. But with Mary's help, we appealed my case, won the appeal, and ended up with an extremely favorable decision in the end.
