Very disappointed of the outcome of my case. He collected his six figure check and after that (in my opinion) he didn’t try to reduce my liens that were in the six figures, wasn’t sympathetic and if they were it was fake. He reduced his fee but then charged other fees that almost were half of what he “reduced fees”. He stated he wouldn’t take more then me. That’s not true, he walked away with more then I did. The ZLF team will be all nice until they collect the check then leave you on the side of the road like an abounded orphan kid. This is all my opinion and how they made me feel after the case was over. I wish I would have looked at the other reviews before using this firm. They can control the reviews on majority of their Social Media platforms. He also stated “lawyers out in Arizona can do whatever they want as they aren’t monitored. It’s like the Wild West” as he stated on a phone call. Keep your options open for a personal injury attorney.

Deplorable law firm. Typical, arrogant attorneys that only care about their own reputation instead of doing the right thing. I retained them to file a lawsuit against Mountain Vista medical center for leaving my mother's dead body at room temperature in the ER for over 24 hours so she bloated and we couldn't have a viewing before cremation.
Christopher Zachar was very enthusiastic about taking my case but after he spoke with the mortuary owner who was witness to what happened, he decided not to proceed further because of something the mortuary did years prior that had nothing to do with my mother's case. He was worried that his reputation would be tarnished for "having her as his star witness". I was a legal assistant for 20 years and got to work with a lot of self centered attorneys just like Christopher so I honestly wasn't surprised. There are plenty of personal injury and wrongful death attorneys out there. I would suggest not retaining anyone from the Zachar law firm

Went on vacation and things seemed to have turned for the worst. Contacted Lerner and Rowe and Sean was assigned to my case. Felt like I had ruined my life but Sean was with me every step of the way. Shane Miller changed the trajectory of my life. I was facing three felony charges and he managed to get them reduced to a misdemeanor. Throughout my lengthy case Shane was attentive and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had either by phone or text. I’m not the type of person that takes the time to write reviews for services but in this case I feel compelled to. Carlene Simmons is the BEST! She succeeded in helping my wife and me get a fresh start in life financially. We are so happy, joyful, and grateful! Her service was EXCELLENT, a 5-Star service in my book. She is highly knowledgeable with the bankruptcy laws & procedures for AZ, and therefore, guided us meticulously through all the bumps and hoops that we faced in order to achieve our goals. She took the time to thoroughly go through the details with us and addressed all the questions on the petition form are answered correctly. In the end, after approximately 3.5 months later, we got our Bankruptcy Chapter 7 case discharged by the court. It was a MIRACLE! After all the difficulties we had to go through in this process, we did not expect it to be discharged without any condition. What a big relief that was?
Prior to working with Carlene, we had initial consultations with 2 other bankruptcy attorneys. The first attorney reviewed our inputs, and told us that we don’t qualify for chapter 7, and since he does not do Chapter 13 he cannot help us. The second attorney said that based on our inputs, we don’t qualify for Chapter 7, nor Chapter 13. Told us that we are stuck in the middle where he cannot help us. We don’t qualify for Ch7 because our income is too high. We don’t have any money left over to pay the creditors for the Ch13. And did not spend any more time with us to do the long form or look at other deductions.

We hired Mr. Lundberg to help us with our case. When we got to court we noticed that other lawyers there were dressed in jeans or wrinkly clothes. Our lawyer was dressed in a suit and tie. When we listened to the other peoples cases, we noticed that the clients were not prepared very well and in one case that cost the client extra money. I have recently relocated in the Mohave Valley from California. I had gotten myself in a little trouble and had to spend a brief time in the Mohave County Jail in Kingman. Upon my release I went and talked to a few local attorneys. My public defender guaranteed me that at least 30 more days in jail was required of me, in a case I felt that I was unjustly charged.
