I met Krista in 2015 when she agreed to take on my case when it seemed no one else would. My case was involving a motorcycle accident, and even the law tiger wouldn't take my case (they claim to specialize in motorcycle accidents). She was very professional and had my best interest in mind the whole time. The case lasted 2 years and 5 months with many setbacks. Krista and her team made me feel like I was their best client and encouraged me to stay positive throughout the whole process. My case started out by going to arbitration. We won the arbitration in the amount of 23k. Unfortunately the defendants lawyer appealed it and we went to trial. At this point Krista decided to do a counter offer we the defendant knowing full well that they would deny it. This was detrimental to me as if the outcome was in our favor the defendant would have to pay my attorney fees and all the taxable fees in double. Like she predicted they denied the counter offer and we would be going to court. The court system has a backlog so it was 1 year later going to court. Krista and her team went to bat for me and the trail ended up in a mistrial at no fault to her. So another court date was set for another 1 year later. Yet again Krista and her team pulled out all the arsenal they could. They called in specialists, and engineers to help aid in my case. They fault gallantly for me with the best outcome possible. We won by a jury verdict in our favor. The jury awarded 21k. Krista didn't stop there. Remember the counter offer they denied....
She went back and fourth with the defendants attorney with sanctions, fees, and costs. After all was said and done Krista and her team cut me a check for $48,288. I was shocked and awed on the phone when she called to tell me. That was more than double what the jury awarded me in the court room. I was very blessed that Krista came into my life to battle for me and my family. We will be forever in her debt, and she will always be in our heart and prayers. I will highly recommend her always and forever.

Krista handled my case after an accident in Aug of 2015. Her and Jodi worked diligently on my case and got ALL of the providers to negotiate my medical bills and agree to settlements to get more money for me. She was always available to answer any questions. It was the first accident I have had that I had to obtain counsel due to the extent of the damage and injuries and with them, all I had to do was get treatment and get better. They handled everything else and I felt she was always looking out for my best interests from the very beginning. Krista is very professional, compassionate, genuine and very efficient. I had a bad fall out with my business partners. When I hired Adam I was on the verge of completely losing all my shares to my partners because they had the majority vote.
After our first meeting, I knew he was going to be my lawyer because he asked all the right questions. He explained what my rights were and the legality (or lack of) in what they were trying to do to me. He discussed a few approaches I could take and discussed all the pros and cons of every approach. He took all my advice into consideration when putting a game plan together. So of course I hired him.
I was ready for a very long battle because it got very personal between us. I knew nobody was willing to budge. To make a long story short, it is now 6 months later and the case is over. I sold my shares for almost 10% more than my asking price.
Adam is hands down the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He made me feel like I was his only client. He remembered every detail about my case every time we spoke. Not to mention he is very generous when counting his hours.

Steve represented me when I was involved in a car accident on the interstate last year. I suffered a closed head brain bleed. Steve was able to recover my medical expenses, wage loss, and damages for my pain and suffering. He also was able to detect multiple sources of insurance coverage to provide me compensation. Of all the attorneys I ever worked with- this individual was one of the most helpful individuals I ever met in my life., I am a physician - I had a problem with an administration playing games that are not uncommon in Tucson. Hardy understood the problem even after my meandering attempt to explain the problem. He was able to see the problem clearly and took the appropriate steps to get the problem administration- to understand their behavior was unprofessional and was inconsistent with their own policies and procedures- and their unrealistic demands to try and get us to work several additional hours without proper compensation represents harassment. Although the same agency is still harassing their current staff- Hardy's help put the agency on notice. It allowed me and several others to escape the poor working conditions they were imposing on their entire staff. Without Hardy's help- the agency would of kept making unfair and unrealistic demands on the staff and myself. Before consulting with Hardy- the agency was ignoring its own policies and procedures - and making unfair demands at their staff. Staff who did not follow these demands were fired and threatened they agency would report this to the employees licensing board. The agency removed important protections for the workers that was written in clear language in their policy and procedures. Hardy made it clear to the agency they were in violation of their own rules. After his notification- several of us were able to successfully get out of our contracts because their demands were in clear violation of policy. When we tried to point this out to the administration before I consulted Hardy- the administration used smoke and mirrors to justify their improper demands. After Hardy made it clear that the agency was violating their own policy with their demands the administration quickly backed away from their demands and most of the staff who were effected - were able to leave the agency. If it was not for Hardy- this would never of happened- and we would of been forced to work in a hostile environment.
I recommend Hardy without any reservations- he really saved many of our staff and myself from continued harassment from the agencies medical director and her distorted use of the agencies own guidelines.

In 2021, I was a victim of police misconduct and excessive use of force by the police department in a small town in Arizona. I decided to sue the city/police dept and begin making calls to attorneys in the area. Spoke with at least 20 or 30 different attorneys before finally being referred to Andy Gartman. Andy was highly effective, professional, and helpful throughout every step of the process. My first conversation with Andy was very encouraging because he listened to everything I had to say with open ears and an open mind. Andy obtained and reviewed all of the evidence including body cam footage, police reports, an d other key documents (all of which was strongly in my favor, and helped both Andy and I build conviction in the strength of our case). Andy then crafted a masterful notice of claim and negotiated a favorable settlement before ever going having to go to trial. I would also note that Andy's fees are very reasonable and he is very fair in terms of what he charges. Andy is also a down to earth, good hearted person who wants to help you if you have been wronged. I cannot recommend him more highly, and I strongly suggest you contact him if you are looking for help in the legal areas he covers.

My mother died unexpectedly due to nursing home neglect. We turned to local authorities, whose investigation of the facility unearthed some information, but we still didn't have all of the answers our family needed as we grieved my Mom's death. We did a Google search for attorneys who.work with elder neglect/abuse and wrongful death cases. We had never worked with an attorney before, so we didn't know what to expect. In January 2017, my husband was involved in a head-on collision due to a driver that ran a red light, then fled the scene on foot. I called Donn based on a personal referral from a coworker. First class from the opening greeting. Stan Marks and his paralegal Coleen Chavira are nothing short of everything you want and need in an attorney. Professional, thorough, communicative, easy to contact, and straight to the point - they don't waste your time or theirs. My sister was in a horrific car accident that took her husband of over 15 yrs away from her - the only man she ever dated. Her life changed instantly because a tourist couldn't wait to see the Grand Canyon. I hired them on a blind referral (a friend of a friend of a relative), and never looked back. While the family was working on my sisters physical well being, Stan was dealing with auto insurance, medical insurance, legal 'stuff' and all manner of outside 'noise', and did so with my sisters interest first. He doggedly tracked down monies and resources other attorneys would not even had looked for. Could not have been more pleased with how things were handled and the end result. The only pleasant part of an otherwise horrific experience.

Our family never worked with a lawyer before and I was overwhelmed and intimidated at the thought. This was my first ever car accident. I’d never gone through this experience before and boy, was I put through the ringer. I was hit by a semi truck changing lanes and pushed into another semi truck to my right. I was scared, confused and this was my very first car (which I loved, so I was very sad about it haha). The moment I spoke to the team and to Chris, I felt comforted. I felt supported and encouraged.
The other guy’s insurance company that we were trying to settle with fired and rehired at least 5 different case workers for my case alone. Now the company is going under. Chris. Was. Awesome. They put red tape, hoops and so many other things in front of him and he just led me through it every step of the way.
During this time (March 2019- December 2019) my car was classified as abandoned, had the wheel stollen off of it, the battery stolen off of it, and some of the items inside were also stolen while it sat on the lot. Someone from the tow yard decided to steal the title on the car. I moved states. I got married. I was taking classes. AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS.
So everything that could have happened during this time DID. And Chris was ALWAYS on top of it. He was so communicative and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I could ALWAYS get a hold of Chris at least within the same day and that’s something I really appreciate.

Steve assisted us when my wife's parents moved out of a retirement home due to being unhappy with the food. This was a "purchase" type of unit, where they paid $200,000 when they moved in but were promised 90% of that would be returned to them if they moved out. After moving out they were told that they would not get their money until their unit was sold and occupied. Sure enough, buried in the legalese of the contract was that provision. With the housing market down in Phoenix, that could be years. We found that the retirement home owners had subsequently changed the contract such that that provision had to be initialed because others had complained of being misled. Steve filed suit and successfully negotiated the refund of the deposit.

The best choice I could have made was to hire George Damon. He gave me the best results possible on two different cases! The first one was nearing the end of my probation. It was revoked and the state recommended 1 year in state prison. George won the decision to terminate my probation with no jail time.
